Target

Target used to be my favorite store. Well not anymore. I’m not sure what has happened to target but it is just a trashy place now. I walked in to used the bathroom before I shopped, just NASTY! Target used to be so clean. Not sure if it’s just this location or what but this whole store seems so dirty. There prices are so high now too. They are for sure no my go to store anymore.

A very nice place, not to noisy and not to quiet. But also staff are very independent and helpful around buying or looking customers. Also if you ask me target is a very organized store. The spot is a bit messy but easy to find things in some areas. Whoever is cleaning the bathroom is doing fantastic in fact it’s so clean it looks like a new bathroom. When staffs see things out of place it will be their pleasure to find its home.

I purchase a $ 50 item at Target on Monday 2÷22÷16 and that was the last thing I purchase using that credit card. Today around 3:30pm while I was having lunch with my kids, I got a mobile alert from my bank said I was charged $ 74.97 from AYI-​Are You Interested, some sort of dating/​escort services per Chase bank representative. Well, hello FRAUD! So looks like the bank had resolved the issue and had refunded back to my account and closed it.
I think there was once a fraud alert incident from Target before, I just didn’t pay attention to it cuz I don’t shop their until recently after having kids, Target is a kid friendly place to shop at and it is close to home!
My point across is to be careful when you shop using your credit card at a store, especially Target where it has been breached once or twice before. Bring cash to shop! Haha lol

I am sad I have to be writing this review, because I love target and prefer it over Walmart. Unfortunately the customer service and customers are worse than Walmart scary to say.
Pharmacy staff is beyond rude. There is not a sign in sight NO CELLPHONES. I pick up a call and the pharmacist starts rudely yelling no cellphones. The lines are always long. No matter the time of day. I was trying to squeeze through with my 2 kiddos and a shopping card, and a man started yelling at me and my kids. Employees and security saw everything.
Nothing was done. I literally had to run to my car with my kiddos from that crazy man. So for your own safety stay away from this target.
FYI couple months ago there was a man shot and killed at this parking lot.

I go to target in federal way. Its always really busy. Staff isnt helpful very rude. I only go once in a while looking for sales. Store is clean. Parking is a nightmare!

If I could give negative 100 I would. Don’t go here. I went there day before Xmas only to have an entire bag missing. Have spent a month fighting with a store that ignored me, then offered me$ 25 for $ 88 worth of missing product. Corporate doesn’t care brushes you off to mail a complaint to another address. So don’t shop at Target. I am a single Mom and it took away Xmas from one of my kids. I had to pull out of pocket to make up for it. Shop at Walmart, Fred Meyer, or another store that gives proper customer service. They won’t give you a District Leaders number, only a phone number that doesn’t care. Stop shopping at a corporation that cares only about bottom line, not customer care.

Well, it’s a Target. Not the *best* target by any means, but a Target nonetheless. I came to this one while running errands for my aunt to pick up things I KNOW I’ve purchased at other Targets before, but were mysteriously unable to find here so I improvised. Annoying, as I was short on time. Upon leaving, there was only ONE –*ONE*– open checker. The express ones were off, and there was a long line at the self-​checkout as customers fumbled with carts full of groceries and payment options. This irritates me like no other. I was already in a hurry, and had to wait almost 20 minutes just to check out. If I wanted to bag my own stuff, I would ask for an application. Do your freaking job, Target. That’s not fair to the patrons who are PAYING your employees to service them, and they’re nowhere to be found. THEN, after putting my goods in the car and getting situated to leave, I get approached by a peddling 20-​something wanting me to buy a bag of him. WTF? No. Go away. Ughhh… I will be avoiding this location unless absolutely deathly necessary.

I shop at this Target at least once or twice a week. It’s always clean and I’ve always received great customer service and help locating products I cannot find.
However, they NEVER have the makeup I need in stock. Ever. NYX is always empty, so is Covergirl and Rimmel, etc. Where they keep the Ardell false lashes (well, ALL lashes) are always 90% sold out. And pretty much all the makeup (when I do find what I need) is opened and used or smeared over other products. Gross. That’s pretty much the only complaint I have. They need to keep their makeup in stock especially a popular brand like NYX.
I will be speaking to the manager today to ask why they are always out of stock, when their shipments are and if they would consider having an employee in the makeup aisle at all times so teenagers (eh-hem…we know it’s you) don’t go opening and trying on every color of lipstick known to man and not buying it so the product is un-​purchasable.

The employees at this store are mostly unhelpful, but the store is clean enough and they stock a lot of items.
The night before Halloween, I dropped in to pick up last minute carving tools. I asked an employee to point me in the right direction, and he told me that they already sent back the Halloween stuff, and replaced the displays with Christmas stuff. That didn’t sound right, so I walked through the store anyway. LO’ AND BEHOLD there were three Halloween aisles!!!
The cashiers are also always slow as snails, and I once even got rung up at the customer service desk where the employee didn’t know how to use the system. Some better training or higher standards when hiring could certainly help at this store.
From my experience, the less interaction that you have with the staff… the better.

Go here every now and then and have so far had great customer service. Always find what I’m looking for and love the candle sections!
I asked for a certain product I couldn’t find and instead of just pointing and telling me where it was; the person walked me over and showed me exactly where it was. They were very polite and courteous. Love going to this store.

Every time I ask a rep. for a manager they always say «I’m the manager» lmao! All of the employees there are «MANAGERS» so cool! cashiers needs to work on «customer service» and more training please! stop making up store policies. horrible csr. I havent gone to this store for a while. Maybe months and when I went back to return something and talked to a cashier name Bessie right then I remember why! RUDE TARGET EMPLOYEES! One thing though they all need to learn how to SMILE …

I’m actually rating the pharmacy not the entire store because I only used the pharmacy. They were great! They were fast and efficient and had big smiles too! My bf’s mom even had the pharmacist look at a rash to see if she needed to see a doctor or if it would go away and what she should take he knew it was nothing to worry about and Benadryl would take care of it in a could of days. Just great service all around!

Horrible cashiers and guest service representatives. Not very accommodating and mean!!!

I was going to fill out the survey but I couldn’t because I clicked that I’m not over 18. I didn’t even care about the «chance to win» the survey, I just wanted to give feedback. But I got carded for buying glue? I don’t know if that’s a thing or something? I wanted to buy it for a craft I am going to do but she gave me a look like I was going to use it for something else. Kind of ruined the rest of my day and had to go somewhere else to buy it.

This target consistently provides great service! I often wonder how they survive as it’s never busy and has few staff members working– yet the registers never have lines and everyone is extremely pleasant. They normally have what we need and we like the great customer service we receive!

I love this place! I’m kind of forced to because it’s the only Target in the immediate area, but whatever. I’m only giving it a four star because I come here for one thing, and leave with 15. What the hell is that? Happens every time…

03÷24÷15 @10:40pm near closing. I know, I don’t usually shop this late but snuck out of the house because I saw they had Nerf darts on sale lol … kids. Normally you get cranky customer services because it’s near closing and they want you outa there. but I was there with a purpose. get as much Nerf Darts on sale that was avail… but available I did not see :(
Thankfully a nice lady with Target helped me out by tracking down the item but the item have been renewed by the manufacturer so it did not look alike but is the same product with new design. Honored the sale price of the older version and additionally allowed Cartwheels 10% off on top. Scored? Yes… along with great services near closing. Didn’t get her name but my kids thanks her as well! :)

My go to Target for so many years.
Not always the tidiest clothing stacks. Grungy, gum coated parking lot. Have been to worse but have also seen far tidier Targets. There is usually a fair selection of dog toys though. More often than not, a mininal number of checkers, aka «a bit of a wait to pay». Returns have been reasonable.
Can’t beat the convenience of location and generous parking, and for that, I continue to shop here when visiting in the area.

I really wish there was a different Target closer to me. Really.
Why? They don’t seem to ever have enough cashiers or backup cashiers. There’s always a backup. The fitting room attendants are always distracted or apathetic. One time, the lady was too concerned with being grandma Sophia to see me standing there waiting to try on a small stack of clothes. Nobody ever asks me if they can help me find anything.
The reasons I keep coming back? It’s nearby. Like 5-​minutes near. Starbucks. Fairly in-​stock on the items that I come for. It’s fairly neat. But it’s close. And Target has great prices on groceries.
PS: I guess this goes for anywhere, but be cautious of strange-​looking-​or-​acting people in the parking lot. My car was stolen here earlier this year. Thankfully, Target had the thief on video and was able to be an excellent partner with the Kent PD, and I got it back in about 24 hours.
