I can’t speak for my fiancé (he loves this place), but I came here to buy him a few games for his birthday. I purchased 3 used games, and I have to say, I was happy with the price. The gentleman at the checkout was so nice and made great conversation. He asked if I needed help with anything else and if I found what I needed. The 3 pre-owned games I purchased work just fine and my fiancé hasn’t had any issues with them.

This place is usually pretty busy, but the manager, Jon, is almost always there to greet you with an enthusiastic, «WELCOME TO GAMESTOP!,» and he and his staff are very helpful. I’m not a gamer, but the rest of my household is, so when I walk in all shell-shocked and deer-in-headlights-looking, they take pity on me and help me out. We’ve probably spent a small fortune at this store over the years. Nice, convenient local location, but the parking for the store is a bit annoying/busy with Target and a nail salon in the immediate vicinity.

My husband, my son and I have been shopping at this gamestop since we moved here almost seven years ago. We are very impressed with the customer service, so much that it has kept us coming back exclusively to buy games for our four systems here. The store manager, Jon, has went out of his way to see us satisfied, sometimes to the point of bending store policy to reward us for our loyalty. There is also a girl there named Karen who makes sure I get the best deal for my money every time. She is very creative in doing so and she is enthusiastic and helpful every time I see her. I would not buy or trade video games anywhere else in Kernersville.
