Pretty much overpriced and limited selection of advertised 4 for 10 specials. It wasn’t worth the stop. I only gave it 2 stars because they have some nice upper end clothing such as under armor, Columbia, Hurley, and billabong. I wouldn’t stop here I’d just go on Amazon or continue on to Key west to get souvenirs. You’ll find it cheaper elsewhere.

Don’t be fooled by the sign. They claim they have 4 t-shirts for $ 10. They forgot to mention it’s a small rack in the back corner of the store only. «Don’t pay key west prices» is also false advertising. We went to Key West and thought we would stop here on the way back through. We should have bought the shirts in Key West. The prices were cheaper down there. The prices at Sandals were ridiculous.

Shopper beware… this store is not an «outlet» in the traditional sense. I paid exactly what I would have spent had I purchased my new Sanuk sandals in a store. Good selection of sandals, but do not expect«outlet» prices.

Stars are only for friendly staff. Like people said… over priced and Internet service blocked while in there so I could not check prices elsewhere. Got to my hotel room and found every other website was $ 10 to $ 20 less. the marked as a sale with $ 5 off and on line way considerably less. Loved the Sandals not loving the feeling of being ripped off.

Horrible Customer service, the attendant was awfully rude and snotty and the prices were not«outlet» prices. If you are driving by, trust me, it is not worth the stop!

We were lured in due to the many billboards stating that they have cheap t-shirts. We were in search for some cheap flip flops since we accidentally left ours back at home … so we made a bee line to this store right before we hit the beaches, and holy cow … they most definitely have flip flops but they were SOEXPENSIVE! We couldnt find anything under 20 bucks in this place so we got the hell out of here. Luckily, I remember that most Walgreens on beach spots usually have flip flops so we waited until we found one, and woah and behold, cheap, durable flip flops! Anyway, I was not impressed. I understand that they are selling name-brand quality stuff, but it just wasnt making any sense to me paying for this much for shoes from some place that doesnt make it even fun to shop around.

They have a lot of tee shirts, beach wear, designer sandals, shoes etc. The prices were decent nothing to rave about. I really expected more of a discount. I would say that you can get sandals here about $ 20.00 cheaper than in Miami. I thought their tee shirts were a bit overpriced. Their regular clothes were as expensive as if you went to Macy’s or Lord and Taylors. They do offer a clearance section, all the way in the back of the store, in the corner. Their clearance section is pretty junkie(sorry to say) just odd types of tee shirts and sandals nothing exciting.

Großer Laden mit massig T-shirts. Leider sind die Sonderangebote nicht gerade attraktiv, eher mit seltsamen Motiven und etwas prollig. Bei den Schuhen findet man eher was.

Rely on tourists. Very very poor customer service. Bad attitudes, unfriendly @ islamorada store. Jipped a German student out of 200 dollars when he purchased boots to take to his wife and being a young man got the wrong color. Return policy poor but why do they care you buy and go away. Purchases can not be returned with out original box ??? Even though they kept box and wrapped shoes. Had sales slip! Returned in less than 24 hours… Too Bad.

Biggest tourist trap ever. They say this is an outlet. All shoes, sandals, etc are full price, even outdated ones, never have your size and worst of all, THEYDONOTGIVEREFUNDS. So, if the shoe doesn’t fit, they give you a credit… go back and they don’t have your size, So, you are stuck with a credit of $ 80 to $ 150 and leave the Keys only to lose your money completely. I will never shop in these stores again and recommend you never do either. Go online and get the same thing or go to your favorite shoe store where you can get refunds. Lots of sandals of varying quality, but mostly junkie types not at what I think of as outlet prices but more at regular souvenir trinket shop prices. Indeed I found my favorite flop flop attire that I purchase at Albertson’s Super Market priced at $ 15.00 when I only pay $ 5.99 a pair. And if I wanted to go out on the town dressed my very best, most fashionable«Key West Formal» attire, as in wearing flip flops and pearls, the three for $ 1.00 string of my lavish pearl necklace accessory here went for $ 1.00 each. Anyway, my thought is that if you care to follow my fashion notes on how to dress like a Key West Slum Goddess, you might just as well be a cheap one; shop elsewhere. Yes, they also have lobster T-shirts if you like wearing something sporting a vicious claw or two on it, but the one I saw had a Maine Lobster, not Keys warm water Spiny Back Lobster depicted on it. Hence, they’re not very authentic to the area, giving yourself away with a certain degree of unknowledgeable tourist as to your identity.

Lame. Don’t be fooled by their massive billboards that claim to be cheaper than key west prices. It’s an outright lie. These are the most overpriced sandals I’ve ever seen. The only thing that screams«outlet» about it, is they are all previous season models. Regardless, they were still over priced. The cheapest pair we found was $ 16 crappy pair come table to a dollar store purchase. Keep driving a half hour longer and go to Payless or Kmart. There they have sandals for as cheap as $ 3 a pair. We even found sandals that were over $ 100! Unbelievable.

We were meeting my Sister-In-Law so we could caravan down to Key West. She called and said that they were at The Sandal Factory Outlet. I am not a fan of these places. You know on your way to your vacation spot and you see 3 T-Shirts for $ 10.00, etc.(Tourist Trap). I do have to say that they carry an extensive selection of beach footwear. The do carry 3 for $ 10.00 T-Shirts also and many, many beachwear clothing. My wife found some Margarita ville Flip-Flops she had been looking for. No top designer wear here. This is a chain with 3 stores down the 1. So if you miss the first one, don’t worry they have a few more you will come to. Hey, you can’t miss the Billboard advertising for this place.

I’ll keep this short, but not so sweet. This place is definitely a tourist trap. My mom was lured by the brightly colored exterior and tropical décor. We stopped in, and I immediately felt like I was in a store run by hoarders. It was so cramped and all of the merchandise towered over me. It was overwhelming. Too much stuff, most merchandise was overpriced, and not enough help in the store to tackle the piles of stuff. There were a few unique yet touristy gifts up front like coconut and key lime scented candles and varieties of shot glasses and seashell jewelry. I left without making a purchase.

True that it’s not a true outlet with discount prices but they have a huge selection of great sandals. You pay for what you get and you get a great selection of quality brand sandals. If you want dollar flip flops then head to Old Navy.

If every billboard up and down the main highway didn’t scream about what a great deal this place offers on sandals, I would have given it at least three(and probably four) stars, because they’ve got a very nice selection of name-brand sandals and other goodies. The sandals are all pretty much regular price, though, no real discounts to be found(and they’re name-brand, and therefore not cheap, think $ 40 and up… way up), so I’ll only give it two stars for the false advertising.

A sandal shop with the ubiquitous t-shirt shop attached. They have a wide selection of sandals and flip-flops. Generics and brands like Merrills, Uggs, Keen, Teva, Rainbows, etc. Great place to browse for a casual summer sandal. What were you expecting… designer shoes? The use of the word«outlet» in the title is advertising and nothing more. You are paying retail here. There’s a really touristy looking place next door if you wanted to do one-stop-shopping. I bet they even have Florida Keys snow globes. ‘Nuff said.

My wife has an obsession with sandals, so as soon as we saw the sign for a «Sandal Factory Outlet», I knew we would be stopping in. Maybe the definition and concept of «outlet» stores has changed over the years, but when I was growing up, it meant cheaper prices. The stock was often last seasons, or it had a small defect which meant it couldn’t be sold in normal retail shops. We found the same exact sandals my wife was wearing. She had bought them at a shop at Universal Citywalk — not exactly the cheapest of places — and yet, Sandal Factory Outlet was charging the same exact price. Even more frightening — those were some of the cheapest sandals at $ 50. Other pairs went for as much as $ 100 or more. In addition to the overpriced sandals, they also sell the standard touristy t-shirts which were a little more reasonably priced. If you want to be a pricey sandal boutique, fine — just own up to it and don’t pretend to be some sort of discount shop.

I stopped thinking, oooh, cheap Tevas!, but no. More expensive than on Amazon with shipping. Not so much an outlet as an overpriced store.

Sandal Factory Outlet I spend about 90% of my time in Flip Flops, and the last 5 pairs I bought were from here. They have any kind of sandal you want. Dressy, boating, beach, working; you name it they have some kind of sandal that will fit your needs. Without a question the best sandals they have are the bottle opener flip flops. Bottle openers on the bottom of the sandal! How awesome is that?

I really don’t do shopping, but I love this store! I live my life in sandals. I want them to be super cute, but don’t want extra height from heels or platforms. My husband is 5’6. I’m 5’5. I don’t need extra height from my shoes. This store has an amazing selection, from totally snazzy to boat flip flops, and most of them are flats! The prices are great and all the name brands are there. Guys, this store is for you too. This is where my husband found his pair of Reef flip flops that have bottle openers built into the bottom of the sandal. I mean, come on, beat that for cool!
