This place is one of my favorites! Great atmosphere, the people that work here are awesome… and the food has me like woah! The breakfast potatoes should be reclassified as crack… because I am HOOKED!!!

Ridiculously good. It’s nothing flashy ambience-wise, but they pay attention to small details like bringing my girlfriend a choice of 3 beers on a tray when she was unsure what to order. It’s the food though that makes this place. Great omelettes, fantastic Cuban bread French toast, all delicious. We used Unilocal to find it and so glad we did.

Good place to eat. I had the grilled chicken with rice and beans. Everything was tasty. The waiter was friendly.

A must visit! Location is great! Breakfast food was amazing! The entire family had an amazing spread. The eggs Benedict was outstanding as well as the chocolate chip pancakes for the kids! So tasty coffee!

This is a small Café feeling restaurant, not a lot of seating but also not a wait time to get in. The food is very good! I got Cuban bread French toast with bacon, eggs, and sausage. My Girlfriend got, Havana special. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. But when we got the check for $ 75.00. We definitely felt over charged for the amount of food we got! I would love to eat her again, but I definitely don’t want to pay $ 75 for breakfast.

I was lured to this place by the name«Havana» expecting to find Cuban food. It’s 100% a traditional American breakfast place BUT absolutely delicious!!! And the staff super friendly. A+!

Amazing! Read the reviews on Unilocal and put it on our list to try. Glad we did. Walked in and was seated right away. They have a full bar and the Bloody Mary mix is a little on the spicy side. I had the banana chocolate chip pancakes and was only able to eat about half they are that big. My wife had the French toast and was only able to eat about half. Both alas excellent flavor!

This place has very bad service!!! The server is racist, just because we are the only Asian in the restaurant we didn’t get the same respect like everyone else. She made us put our stroller all the way in the back but other family, they are okay with having it next to them. She never came and ask how we are doing until we are thru with everything. When we ask for some napkins, she brought us paper towel from the bathroom. And last but not least, who on earth charge 2 little children under 2 year old as an adult. We have 4 adults and two little children and she charge us a party of 6 with service charge include. Probably should stay away if you really want to enjoy a meal while on vacation.

First people there for breakfast. Nice and quiet, but it didn’t stay empty for long. Ordered the seafood omelette. Pretty good, but somehow I felt like the eggs were overcooked and the seafood was a bit dried out. At $ 18 for the omelette I felt it was a bit high for the quality of the meal, but I more than that, I’ve had a seafood omelette that cost as much in Austin TX that tasted better. I’m not saying it was bad(after all, I didn’t have any trouble eating it all) but not the best.

THIEF!!! 18% is automatically added for party of two without telling us. EXCUSEME!!! What made me thick was in the copy we need to sign, the amount was listed as PRE-TIPAMT. SICK!!! The 18% tips are added automatically even if we are only two people! And they didn’t tell me that the gratitude is already included, we added another 20% on top of that! They should tell us ahead of time that the gratitude is already included!!! PURETHIEF. Checked the bill again, the lunch we had was 37.85, and we ended paying $ 53. That is 40% on top of what we ate!!! THIEF.

OK food but any real Cuban restaurant should offer Tostones! Served a ton of white rice with black beans and pulled pork. Should offer more pork & Tostones.

I had a very good breakfast here. Was it phenomenal, out of this world? Definitely not. It was an ordinary breakfast with good bread and eggs with bacon and sausage. I wanted my eggs poached and they were delicious. The potatoes were unbelievably good. There is a mad rush as this is a popular place in town and right on Duval Street. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place with rushed service. I sat at the bar as there was no place to sit on the tables. Since we were in a hurry to leave, I asked a different waitress for the bill and she just ignored us even though she knew I asked her. Finally, my waitress came and took the bill from me but it took quite a while. The food is pretty good but the service is lackluster at best.

Excellent little hole in the wall place that many people might not try due to the outside appearance. What a mistake you would make. And what a treat you would miss. Sweet lady was taking care of us. Maybe the owner, I say that because she cared about what was going on. Very quick and happy service, very good food. I had the Havana Special, eggs, potatoes w/grilled onions and peppers bacon and a sausage link. My plate was empty along with 2 glasses of orange juice(fresh squeezed I think). Everyone in the party had a very good meal. I would return and recommend everyone else try then.

This place has French flare written all over it from the small portion sizes to the nouvelle-like music that plays through the speakers. It was a delightful breakfast, very low-key and filled with great food. My party and I all enjoyed are meals, minus the mediocre French toast: lobster omelette, shrimp omelette, veggie omelette and French toast. Each omelette, that was the length of a petite woman’s hand, came with five to six seasoned, crispy potato wedges. The French toast seemed like it was made from Sun-maid cinnamon raisin bread sprinkled with powdered sugar. Like so many others, Blue Heaven and Le Petite were the only breakfast spots I hit up. But to compare the two is ludicrous; you can’t compare apples to oranges. Le Petite is a small restaurant with both a modest feel and portioned meals. No, there aren’t families of chickens running around, iguanas roaming the trees and swarms of flies attacking your food. The outdoor seating at Le Petite is smaller, has metal chairs and cute table tops decorated with red carnation flowers. Overall, it had a family-like feel. I had the lobster omelette, which was heaven even with the smaller amount of muenster cheese that I requested. The lobster was tender, the tomatoes were bright red and filled with flavor(as if it were locally grown), and the onions were chopped and not overwhelming. It was the first time I was able to eat an omelette without feeling stuffed, especially with the few potato wedges that came on the side. Everyone enjoyed their meals with the exception of the French toast that just wasn’t memorable. It reminded me of my mom’s French toast, and she’s no Top Chef. Nonetheless, the breakfast was a more enjoyable experience than at Blue Heaven. There was no wait, it wasn’t uncomfortably hot, there were less flies(outdoor seating), and the food wasn’t over-cooked. I would recommend this spot for people wanting a yummy light breakfast and not a life altering experience. It’s appropriate for all ages and families.

Quaint and charming brunch joint on Duval street. We went in on a Sunday morning expecting a long wait. Although busy, we were able to find five seats at the bar. The staff was very efficient and our food was brought out fairly quickly. I ordered the pancakes. They come covered In powdered sugar and taste very sweet like a breakfast funnel cake. My husband wanted something more savory than sweet so he ordered the eggs Benedict. He loved it! Everyone in our party ordered something different and loved their meal. No complaints with this place. Definitely recommend for brunch!

Holy breakfast! So delicious! You must check them out for a delicious way to start the day. I just got my usual — eggs and bacon, but my husband just went for it and got the Cuban French toast and it was amazing!!! Service was friendly and on par. Has the great feel of a key west kind of place. It’s a must go!
