OPEN. Kihei location is closed, but the Wailea location is open and as delicious as ever!

Kihei location closed. New Wailea location much more upscale but I miss the shack at Kihei was so much better.

This is a great place to go with wonderful vegetarian options. It’s reasonably priced and the variety cannot be beat. We eat here often and never tire of it. It’s casual with indoor or outdoor seating.

Hummus to start, Opah pita and little Chardonnay. Nice view and service. Would certainly come here again.

What a refreshing change in flavor to Maui. The baklava ice cream is sinful. It truly is worth the trip from Wailuku!!! ;)

The food here is amazing. I ordered the pita and hummus and my husband ordered the falafel sandwich. Both were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spice! I give this place four stars because it isn’t the nicest looking. Apparently, there is a nicer one close to wailea which I would recommend over this one.

Wow what a treat this place was! We had the Kalua pork and Greek salad pitas. Both were excellent and very filling. Don’t miss the rice hidden under the layer of paper that is tasty too! Oh and the fresh made mango iced tea was off the hook for a drink. So yes this is a place we will bookmark and return.

Pita paradise in Kihei location is tucked in between an Irish pub and a tiki lounge. It is easy to miss this restaurant since it is partially hidden by plants and is situated in a tight space. In fact we couldn’t find this place last Friday night. So we went there again on Saturday afternoon, and luckily found it. We ordered the lamb gyro wrap and Kailua pork wrap. The wraps came with tsatziki sauce. While I have had better wraps elsewhere, in Maui this kind of a place is hard to find. And their service was good. They also have a location in wailea which is more upscale and expensive.

I’m sitting outside Pita Paradise right now, just devoured my lamb pitza. By far THEBESTFOODEXPERIENCE I’ve had in Maui!!! Lots of meat, phenomenal flavor. Definitely worth $ 11. Truly amazed. It’s a blessing that I just discovered this place now, on my final day in Maui, as I’d have blown a lot of money eating out here during my holiday. Thankfully, I’ve still got one meal left before my flight home. See you again really soon!!!

Pretty much my top meal on the island… Was not expecting this awesome find. They were super friendly and pretty busy but they kept the flow going through. They had a beer and wine selection that was fair. Pricing was great. The have both indoor and outdoor seating, the are quick with the food, and the food is amazing, I had the appetizer platter and the mediterranean Chicken Gyro. The Ziziki sauce was so amazing!!! My only gripe and it wasn’t enough of a gripe to mean anything to the place is I wish I didn’t have to go in and buy MORE of something and pay again… I mean I get it they have a great deck and they probably have flight risks so they have people pay first but I just like to pay at the end after I have 4 glasses of wine or pop or tea or whatever. Go here, get stuffed, then go next door for live music.

Excellent. Lots of good choices. I had their Mediterranean Chicken — marinated chicken breast(lots of tasty chunks), grilled onions(not enough), and mushrooms(hardly any), topped with lots of lettuce and a few tomato slices, on a broiled cheese pita. Wow, was it good! So fresh, so much flavor, so much chicken. Delicious fresh bread. Even by Maui standards this is a very casual place. Come for the food, not the atmosphere.

After a lot of heavy rich food, the piled high Greek salad with fresh fish was fantastic. They care about the quality and freshness of their food. The owner catches the fish for the restaurant so don’t go expecting many choices of fish. But know that just a few hours prior they were swimming in the Pacific. When they are out for the day, they are out. Which made us sad because it was only 1pm and they were out of the Kalua pork that everyone raved about. My husband got the lamb pit and was not disappointed. We enjoyed our meal out on the covered deck. We could feel the breeze, but get out of the hot sun. This is a great stop for lunch. Fresh ingredients, nice outdoor setting, friendly service with reasonable prices. We will be back!

Love this place! The food is amazing and very fast. Plenty of parking and the customer service is great. A perfect spot for a casual lunch or dinner and the menu has a little something for everyone. My favorite is the steak and onion pita :)
