McDonald’s

There is always an issue and it seems that no one cares. Bought 2 Big Macs on 12÷28÷14. Neither had the center bun and one had only one piece of meat! Unfortunately, it was to go and we saw it at home. It took a bit to realize what was wrong. I complained online and when doing the survey. The owner emailed me, but no one offered to make it right. I even shared a photo of one of the burgers.

The food, McD’s. The service? This is a G-​Rated site so I’ll hold the emotion.
It’s been a couple of months since I stopped here. I did this morning and it reminded me why I haven’t visited in months. You order, you’re asked at the 1^st window, ‘what did you order?’ You say and pay. Then you move up to the 2^nd window and you’re asked, ‘what did you order?’ I was asked a total of 3x. I say and wait. … and wait … and wait. I put the truck in park and waited some more. I finally asked if I was going to get my coffee and was told, ‘she’s making it.’ SHE was just standing there, nothing. I waited 12 minutes at the second window for … coffee. Just glad I didn’t ask for a latte.
IF, if you have to stop for fast food breakfast, go to BK. Next time, I’ll be late to work making my own coffee. Not near as frustrating.
