Keystone Apartments

It is a really nice neighborhood to live but these apartments are old so as well the amenities. This year With a little bit of rain my apartment got flooded. The entire living room and half of my bedroom were soaked in water. It was like walking on a lake. It took to the management ONE WEEK to replace the carpet. They didn’t take any responsibility for the damage of my furnitures because I should have gotten a «renter insurance». The only thing I got it was a «discount» of one hundred dollars for my next rent which it didn’t cover for all the damages nor the uncomfortable week of living «in the water». With the price of 664 for one bedroom one bathroom, you can get a better deal, like a duplex or even a house. I don’t want even to mention the high pet deposit of $ 400 while anywhere else is just around 200. Don’t even bother to check this place out. You will get a way better place and more decent for the same price.
