Awesome job. I have a precocious puppy dog, a soldier husband and a long haired cat — which really takes a toll on your carpets. Despite vacuuming multiple times a week, and periodically using a personal carpet cleaner, I felt like my carpets were dirty and disgusting even though they LOOKED clean.
A friend of mine referred me to Zero In after an exceptional experience with them. I scheduled an appointment for today. It took them 45 minutes to clean 3 large rooms. They were very professional, thorough, and efficient. I was given a $ 10 discount for being a referred customer, and it only cost me $ 60 before taxes. They offered to do high traffic and pet treatments, but I opted just for the deep clean. Despite my opting of those treatments because of the added charge, they threw in both treatments (an additional $ 30 charge) for free. I highly recommend this company! My rooms look and smell great!
Oh, they also call you the night before, and send you text messages when beginning/​ending the job. Very impressed.

Gave courtesy reminder call and a follow up call to ensure we were satisfied with their work. Definitely recommend them for a move out carpet cleaning. They did an awesome job! They did a great job at cleaning my carpet before I moved out, it was pretty quick. Took less than 45 minutes to clean 4 rooms. I would recommend to those who are renting and moving out and need to have thier carpet cleaned before moving out.
