I like to look at Arden B. fashion and entertain the idea of wearing this stuff because it might make me look younger and trendier or sexy or something, but I always come to the same conclusions. The garment material is very cheap and coupled with the fact that most of the clothes are made to be tight fitted or cover less skin, this results in looking trashy. I so wish the clothes looked good on me. Aside from that, the store is ok. No pressure, no issues. The store seemed organized.

I called on a Sunday morning after the Willow Grove location had located the dress I wanted at the King of Prussia Arden B. The girl put me on hold for 5 minutes and never came back. So frustrating. I called several times after and no one picked up. Monday night, there was absolutely no one in the store. The girl who greeted me at the door asked me if I was looking for anything in particular and I explained that I had tried to call on Sunday and was put on hold for quite awhile and received no response. She honestly could not care. Portia(another sales associate at the store) was very helpful in attempting to find a dress that perhaps would fit me, but as usual, everything was too big. I like a lot of the trendy styles Arden B. designs but the execution is off. The hems were not straight, sewing thread was not snipped, and overall very poor construction resulting in a cheap looking garment. Sometimes, people wonder why you pay more for a garment. Arden B. is a good example. Bebe sells similar clothing in terms of styles but their attention to fit and detail is evident in their garments.

Dear Arden B, We have some issues. 1) Your layout is horrible. There is no place for a line to form between the register and the jewelry display for starters. Plus there is no room to comfortably peruse the sales racks. 2) Your sales racks are a mess. I understand the holidays are crazy, but on more than one occasion, I found items missing tags or have white tags stating that they are damaged.(If this is the case, then why are they on the floor? Shouldn’t they be unsaleable?) 3) Marketing needs work. The sign at the door says 50% off party dresses, but once you get inside, it says party dresses are 20% off. And I was told the dresses were only 20% off when I asked. So they have up the sign at the door to get you in and then pull a switch. Sincerely, Me
