Nordstrom Wedding Suite

I purchased my wedding dress from the Nordstrom Bridal suite. Although the selection was on the smaller side, they had several dresses that stood out to me. It is apparent that the dresses that are in the store are selected for a reason. My consultant, Marina, was extremely helpful. She was calming influence and really seemed to understand what I wanted. When I tried on a gown and decided that it was the one, she allowed me to stay in it to take photos and FaceTime with my sister. Other stores I have gone to have had strict no photo policies. She also didn’t pressure me into buying any accessories at the time. A few weeks later I was at KOP with a friend so I stopped in to show my friend the dress. Marina remembered me from my previous appointment and took the time to show my friend the dress. Overall I have had a great experience so far and cannot wait to continue to work with them.

I felt that during my experience at Nordstrom Wedding Suite the bridal assistant Deena was insensitive to my daughters physique and ended our appointment abruptly after 30 minutes. Also, it was my daughter’s first time trying on dresses and Deena must have felt as though we were not there to buy, so she treated us as such. My daughter tried on three dresses before Deena told her she couldn’t try on anymore because they would not fit, however the dresses she tried on before were clipped in order to fit. Also the fitting room was uncomfortably crowded with a bridal party and another bride as well as there were holes in the couch we sat on. When Deena told my daughter the other dresses wouldn’t fit (the dresses she picked with us) she told my daughter to change back into her clothes and the appointment was over. We were very confused as to why it ended because Deena ran into the sales station without giving us any explanation. I would definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to any bride. There was a small selection, small fitting room and Deena was insensitive and definitely did not give my daughter the attention and experience she wanted for her first time trying on gowns.
