Can’t compliment this RiteAid enough! The pharmacy is professional and at the same time go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. They know their regular local customers and there’s a small town feeling that they care about you. The other employees of the store are also courteous and helpful. The store just got a remodel! It’s awesome! Biggest thing to hit Kings Beach since the«round abouts» on hwy 28.

The pharmacy is a joke!!! The male pharmacist is horribly rude. The petite female pharmacist that works there now, it doesn’t appear that she knows quite sure what she is doing. I would double check that you receive the correct medication and the quantity. The staff in the regular part of the store and very friendly and eager to help in any way they can.

A good pharmacist is the cornerstone of any pharmacy and this location has one of the best! Rich Collins goes out of his way to assist you with prescription issues and in doing so… can help save a vacation like he did for me.

It’s always so frustrating to get ads promoting great sale items for Rite Aid — and then you come to this Rite Aid and they don’t carry half the stuff advertised. This is especially true in the summer with backyard /beach items. While this is the closest real drug store to where I live in Incline Village, I rarely visit it because it’s so tiny — aisles are close together, a bit messy, and prices are high. Too bad.

Rite– Aid! What can I say, great place to pick up beer and a bottle and band-aids. oh during the summer there are all sorts of beach toys and cheap sunscreen.

WHOOHOO! Unlike some ski/snowboard rental places up and down this strip, Rite Aid sells those polystyrene sleds with handles. How else are we going to tackle the sledding jumps? $ 25 is a bit steep, but it’s worth it for a day of fun in the sun(and snow).

It might be the smallest rite-aid this side of the Mississippi(so I hear) but it sure makes up for it with it’s great staff, esp. at the Pharmacy. Rich, at the pharmacy, knows his customers by name and cares about each one; he goes the extra mile to make sure they understand what they are taking, and if they run out of a medication, will contact the doctor to take care of it. I don’t know what Kings Beach would do without Rich and the staff at this Rite-Aid. It’s much different than the ones in the Bay Area! You rock Kings Beach Rite-Aid!
