Was on the neighborhood and saw this place in the shopping center I’m glad I did I had a slice of the bacon cheddar ranch slice. It was really really good I got an extra slice to take with me for the ride, very friendly and welcoming spot. Will be back next time I’m out that way

Been there many times, either eating there or getting takeout. The food is excellent. Really enjoy the pizza and the chicken parm. The service is good and the staff very friendly. Have not had a bad meal. Definitely recommend. AAA+++

I usually order from here because they are one of the only places that deliver to my house. Their food is good and the ordered usually are delivered quickly. However, last time I ordered, I paid online with my card. When it was delivered, the man said I hadn’t paid. I ended up paying twice for my meal. I was never refunded the money.

It’s okay. Kings Park has no good pizza places at all so it’s decent for the area. The staff is very nice but pizza is either burnt or too doughy.

I love Gino’s of kings park! The pizza is amazing and so is all of their other food. The workers are so nice and there is a lot of room to sit there. I would reccomend Gino’s.

Well after a few mediocre visits we took a break from going to Gino’s. Today we decided to give it another shot but just with a simple pizza with half meatball and some garlic knots. The sauce, cheese and meatballs on the pizza were good. The crust not good. Thick, chewy and uneven made for an overall bad pizza. Half the pizza had crust on the bottom that was thicker than the other half. I dont know who enjoys this thick, chewy crust. Its just not good. My kids made me promise we wouldnt get pizza from here anymore so we are done with Ginos. Maybe the entrees are good, I dont know, but the pizza just isnt.

Food is usually good but counter service is totally disorganized. I walked out at 7 pm Halloween night. People were waiting for pick up, I was the only one at the counter and asked to be waited on was ignored. Another woman walked up after me and they took her order and she took the last 3 specialty slices that were left. I spoke up and said I hadn’t been waited on and was told«just a minute» by the same girl. Good bye Gino’s. Back to Short Stops, reliably good food and friendly service

The pizza crust is more like cardboard. It might taste good to some, but not to real Italians.

The meatballs parmigiana with pasta is decent. The portions here is very generous. You don’t walk away hungry. And the focaccia bread is delicious. Salads are good too. Lettuce is always fresh. The meatball sliders were good but the«garlic knot bread» for the sliders didn’t taste like a garlic knot. Was a little disappointed. Servers are always always friendly. Definitely will be back.

This review is from 3 mos ago. Apparently there are 2 Unilocal business listings for this location. So cutting and pasting to this listing: Came here on a Thursday for an early dinner. 3 stars on the positive side for the service and pizza. No extra stars because the rest of the meal Was not good. We left hungry. The bread that comes to the table is delicious. I came here with my husband and 2 young kids. It’s kid friendly and they had a slice each. My husband and I were craving seafood but didn’t want to drive out to Port Jeff. We ordered a couple of seafood apps to make a light meal. The mussels in white wine was inedible. It had some really rancid pieces and the others were just not fresh tasting at all. The baked clams had very small whole pieces, which would be ok, but they were overcooked, too buttery and not tasty at all. The calamari was cooked nicely but flavorless. The server noticed we hardly touched our mussels and promptly took it away when I asked him too. He inquired about the rest of our barely touched apps and we told him it just isn’t good. He was very apologetic and we told him it’s not his fault at all. When we asked for the check, he had taken mussels off the check which was nice of him. We will only go back for pizza and won’t bother moving up to even try the entrees based on the horrible apps. Also the dining experience was very loud, and not because of the customers… It’s the bus boys throwing dishes in bus trays every few minutes. I’d be surprised if plates aren’t getting broken all The time. There didnt seem to be any managers around to stop the constant clanking.

I was in Long Island visiting my family. we went to Gino’s for lunch. the food was great i had a mini pie with son and wife had chicken panini that was delicious. we also had a vodka square that was the best I had in a long time. the owner nick is a very nice guy and the staff makes you feel like at home. i would tell anyone to try Gino’s you will not be disappointed.

First time I’ve visited this restaurant in a long time(different ownership?). Coming back home from my nephew’s baseball game — I stopped in to grab a couple of slices to go. I was pleasantly surprised by the Grandma’s Pizza! Generous portions(not dry — as can often be the case when slices are out for awhile). Friendly counter service. Not overpriced. I give it a THUMBSUP… and I’ll be back!

While I find their pizza much better than the highly overrated Martino’s(which Gino’s has replaced) — their pizza is still bland and mediocre at best. I have, however enjoyed their dinners save the Chicken Francese. I make better Chicken Francese. By far. Huge disappointment on the Francese here, not enough lemon maybe.

Great food but consistently poor service. Mass chaos behind the counter. Doesn’t seem that there is an experienced person running this place. Such a shame because the food is terrific. You would think that after a couple months of being open they would have ironed out the kinks. Latest issue was today. The place was virtually empty. We sat down for lunch in the dining room area. Took us 40 minutes to get three slices of pizza for the kids. The kids were upset and very hungry. All our meals came out at different times. No good answers as to why this happened or when the food would come out. Answer was we were making a fresh pie or making a fresh chicken roll. Very disappointed the last 3 – 4 times. I keep hoping it changes but it if doesn’t soon I’ll be headed into smithtown for pizza and Italian.

Sayyyy… that was good! Since my long departure from the Tri-State region having pizza is a real treasure. Went in on a late Sunday night and grabbed whatever was left out on the counter. Corner Sicilian Corner upside down. Both fantastic and what made it even more special is the regular Sicilian was of real traditional Gino styled. Burnt on the bottom… Beautiful. The service was nice and chatted up the manager asking him which Gino’s are you affiliated with. As I have stated previously in earlier Unilocal, all the Gino’s are conjoined one way or another. Aunts, Uncles, In Laws, Cousins etc etc… The Chicken roll was average… sauce sucked but the Cheese had some good flavor which is rare cause most mozzarella taste like nothing to me. I liked the layout a lot… maybe it was a little to bright but it was cool and I will defiantly return before I leave.

Maybe the MOSTOVERPRICED pizza place I’ve ever been to! I went in during lunch for some slices and a soda during my lunch break. The gentleman behind the counter asked if I’d like the«lunch special»…2 slices and a fountain soda… I said to myself«perfect…, just what the Dr ordered) so I get one regular and one pepperoni and a Coke(good ol’ all American SIMPLEORDER) this«lunch special» costed me OVER $ 8!!!
