Terra Nova Four Season Pizzeria

If possible, I would give this place a 4.5. I walked in and was automatically greeted and introduced to the many items available. I asked about the ingredients on several and opted for the meat lovers pizza with an unsweetened tea. While placing my order, the customer service was great.
The dinning area was impeccable. No crumbs on tables or trash. My pizza was delicious! Perfect crust, thin, generous ingredients and cooked perfectly. I took a menu as I left. I only wish that someone had come over to check on us, in case we needed something else.

A cheese pie that is outstanding. A menu of other dishes that is as seductive as you can imagine. Loaded with a fantastic assortment of classic comfort food. Even the simple house salad was just perfect. Very, very satisfying. Friendly interactive staff. Check the negative reviews: sad, angry people taking potshots and nearly no other reviews. Don’t mind their white noise, this place is a destination.

This place rocks for delivery! While I cannot review for dining at the establishment, our delivery order was incredible. Kind, prompt service and the food was great quality as well as portions for the price. We will definitely order from Terra Nova again!

Stopped for lunch & had pepperoni pizza, meat pizza & garlic knots. Very good pizza. Friendly staff. Great place to go for a quick in and out lunch.

Do you like to be treated like dirt? Love old dried out slices with no shot at getting a plain slice? Then this is the place for you. These people are straight up pissed that you’re there bothering them with nonsense like trying to order some dinner.

Consistently poor service. The last time my group was there was definitely the last time. It took over an hour to get our food. We had our drink order taken 3 times by 3 different people. There were only a few table taken, and plates kept coming out that no one in the whole restaurant had ordered. Two of the employees were in a screaming match behind the counter, making it difficult to even pay and leave. Will definitely not return.

Went back for chicken Parmesan dinner. Plenty of food and prepared well. No bread or garlic knots either. Asked for large soda got house cup mostly ice, no free refills. This place has food that makes it a four star even five, they then nickel and dime on the little things other places do without asking. I hope they bring the service up to the same level as the food.

Ok, the pizza is good, the rest… Blah. Arrived at 9:30 pm from movies, bought some already prepared slices, and the 6 of us, family sat down and started eating. They made us get up and move to a smaller unbussed table so someone could clean so they could close at 10. We finished by
9:45.anyway, kids (16 yr olds) fed and see ya. If i were the owner id be pissed.

Picked up food here while on business and thought it was very good. Had the BBQ chicken wings and they couldn’t have been much better. Staff was great and I’m looking forward to going back and trying the pizza

My husband was a little concerned about the janky shopping center but we went anyway.
They have table service after 5p so before then you walk up to the counter and grab a slice or order what you want and pick a seat in the dining room. The place was clean and the food looked really good with a lot of variety so you have plenty of options if you just want to go in and grab a slice.
We each had a salad slice, served cold, with lots of dressed, fresh veggies. I didn’t think it would be nearly as good as it was. It was, by far, the best slice in the area. The crust soaked in some of the vinegar from the dressing so it was soft, but not doughy.
The people were very friendly and they have specials we plan on coming back to check out.

DON’T DO IT! KITCHEN NIGHTMARES! 0 Stars! My friend and I were sick for days! I had a gift card for $ 25 off their site. We spent the $ 25, but the small print said SPEND OVER $ 35.00 to get $ 25 off! We had to pay for everything! It made no sense! It was more like a coupon rather than a gift card! That day I paid for my diarrhea.

I’m not sure if it’s the same owners or not but this place use to be called Four Seasons Pizza. I found the pizza to be a little to salty but still really good. Great sauce and great size slices. They really don’t have a lot to choose from in drinks, but they do however have some beer on tap (which is new from the previous place it use to be.) They also have 2 picnic tables outside.

You can’t do better than Four Seasons (Terranova) in Kingston. Really, you can’t do better — but only because there isn’t ONE pizza place in Kingston that really stands out. I order delivery from them all the time — usually credit card over the phone; not every pizza place accepts that method of payment. I
recently got a large margherita pizza to split with my fiancé. This was eat-​in, not delivery. Okay, we didn’t really split it… I ended up eating six slices to her two. You know, I’m not kidding when I talk about being a food destroyer. Anyway, this was a great pie. My only complaint was that there were no whole pieces of fresh tomato, which you expect on a margherita pizza.
The cheese is fresh, the crust is crisp, the service is fast, and there are free refills on drinks. Delivery orders usually come in 30 minutes. I’ve had decent calzones there too.
I WOULD give four stars, but I’m deducting one for the obnoxious Nashville-​style country music that was playing for the first half hour of my last visit. Seriously, I don’t want to hear your musical tastes imposed on me. I just want to eat my pizza. If you want to play music, don’t play it that loud. We were the only people there.

AKA Terra Nova. The bacon and cheese slice is really good. Perfect to dip in ranch!
Bacon is perfectly crispy, crust is thin and not greasy. Enjoyed my slice as I sat at my table covered in red and white checkered table cloth. Nice music in background. Friendly service. Really good pizza!!! Will definitely return and highly recommend!

Every single time my love and I go here, it’s better than the last, and ALWAYS memorable. For example: once, our waitress dumped our entire pizza on herself, and the 2 pieces that stayed on the tray she brought to us, apologized literally HUNDREDS of times, brought us an entire other pizza, and didnt charge us for like, anything.
Another time (and my favorite time), we were the only ones there. Really cool waiter. Finished our awesome dinner (it was our anniversary), paid, got up to leave and the waiter stopped us. Said the cook had just come up with this dessert and we had to try it. Zeppoles stuffed with cannoli cream. DECADENT. We got engaged right outside :)
Their pizza is BOSS. I haven’t had a single bad thing yet. The staff is always friendly and helpful and just… cool. Really reasonable prices too. Love me some Terra Nova Four Seasons.

Their buffalo wings are awesome. The variety of pizzas all tastes great. The music is a little bit old for me but I can live, as long as they play some elvis!
