They promised me a one day turn around but didn’t even write my ticket for three days. It took five days and I was charged three hours for two farm tractor tires. I was told they had to torch a couple of lugs yet there were no burn marks anywhere. There were two lock washer missing and a wheel stop missing. One disc was receded in the tire while the other was 3 – 4 inches above the tires. Most of the lugs were loose as well. When I called the owner and asked why it took three hours to do two tires and put calcium in them he raised his voice. When I questioned what the hour for repair was he isn’t have an answer. I also found out even though they are called Tires Plus they are not affiliated with Tires Plus. Paul the owner told me most of the cost, $ 545.40 was calcium. I told him that was absolutely false since only $ 225 of the $ 545 was calcium. He looked up the bill and than said, «besides labor, most of the cost was calcium». He than told me he did me a favor and hung up on me. Avoid this place and again, they are in no way shape or form affiliated with the Tire Plus organization.

Awesome and quick repaired my tire!

I bought a used vehicle from a mechanic /​car dealer in 2004 that had a really annoying knocking sound. I brought it back to them 3 times and paid for random repairs that never fixed the problem. At the advice of a friend, I took it to Tires Plus. Within minutes, they showed me the problem. They fixed it quickly for a very reasonable price. I recently had the most ridiculous ordeal trying to pass inspection. After two weeks of driving around, trying to clear emissions codes with other mechanics, I finally remembered Tires Plus. It was a time consuming project on both our parts but these guys finally got the car to pass for a simple fix of a $ 12 hose and no charge for their time. Every other shop wanted to charge for diagnostics and who knows what they would have attempted to fix. I believe they saved me a small fortune. They’re kind, honest and knowledgeable. A shop like Tires Plus is a rare find these days!

We have been taking all of our cars to Tires Plus for many years and we are completely satisfied with their service. Gary, Frank, Paul, and the team of mechanics at Tires Plus are all very professional, ethical, and friendly. The job they do is great and they never charge more than they should. If a service or repair on the car is not needed, they let you know, rater than charging you. Tires Plus has been the best place to go for taking care of our cars. Thank you, Tires Plus.

I’ve been bringing my cars to them for around 10 years now and they are the finest group of mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. They have stood by their work and have fought for me with tire reps when the tires were shoddy. they have even told me when they can’t do work and then didn’t charge me. I swear by Gary and the rest of the team and recommend them without reservation.

Not honest. Does not honor warranty. Says warranty not good for all wheel drive, yet warranty given with purchase says nothing about wheel drive
