I bring my two boys here they love it. The class staff is very friendly and welcoming. Im always greeted when I come visit. The instructors take time with each pupil. My boys get great excercise and knowledge on self defence, wow win win!

It’s been 10+ years since I’ve kickboxed, I’m a «big girl» now and was very nervous and apprehensive about getting involved again. Jordan & Shannon made me feel very welcome & my very fit partner for the evening was very encouraging, pushing me to to do my best, she was great! Even with my bad knee and my limitations I felt good about pushing forward. It was hard work, I couldn’t do everything, but Jordan was quick to give me substitutions without making me feel less about myself. By the end if the class last night I know I’ll be back!

I have been training at Elite MMA Kingwood for about a year. I had tried 4 other places before I decided Elite was the best fit for me. Here are some of the reasons.
1. The instructors are very knowledgeable and skillful Jiu Jitsu practitioners. Equally important to me, they are friendly, cool guys that push you to do better but have fun at the same time.
2. The students I train with are at varying skill levels. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Nobody here, in my experience, comes in with an attitude of trying to hurt anyone. Everybody works really well together.
3. I live in Kingwood so the location works great for me.
Coming to class is one of the things I most look forward to each week. Jiu Jitsu is an awesome way to get in shape or stay in shape. The Kick Boxing classes are great as well for getting in shape.

Justin and Jordan are fantastic instructors! These guys always go the extra mile to help every student with their personal goals. I consider myself lucky to have the opportunity to train with such knowledgable instructors. My Elite teammates are just as awesome! Everyone lends a hand to help each other train, even coming in early and leaving late. Everyone at Elite MMA in Kingwood maintains a family unity. Our goals are to help each other succeed not only in MMA but in life.

I’m active duty military and Mitch and Jordan were absolutely accommodating and helpful with my goals and what I needed as far as training.
I was very impressed with their leadership and training style and the camaraderie of the students. Clean facilities, SOLID training and an awesome workout.
I learned a LOT from these guys and I’ll take it with me overseas.
