I had the most delightful mani-pedi by Mai. She spoke very little English but had no trouble communicating. My feet & hands look beautiful & feel so much better after a special treatment. I’ll be back!

The staff here is very friendly and you will get in and out fairly quick(at least I did), my only complaint is the tech cut my left great toe way above my cuticle which I still can’t figure out…

Took my grandmother there when she had a chipped gel manicure. They fixed her two chipped nails and checked the rest within 10 minutes. She was so happy and they only charged her $ 5! When another nail chipped, they fixed it for free! I went back to get my manicure done and it was quick and neatly done. I showed them a photo from Pinterest and they copied it, to the T! Will go again!

This Nails of America should NOT be confused with the brand new Nails of America that just opened up next to the big Kroger at Northpark and 59. That place is clean and awesome, this place is crowded, dirty and unhygienic. They do not properly sanitize their tools(they throw them right back into boxes when done with people) and the clientele is on the lower end due to the low prices. Lots of people talking loudly on cell phones, playing games on their cell phones with the volume on high, and generally being loud. I’m still in search of a regular place to get my nails done in Kingwood. Why is that such a tall order?! Argh.

I am sort of a snob when it comes to manicures and pedicures! I went and got a pedicure with my brother on a Sunday. I recently moved from Dallas… So getting a pedicure on Sundays was unheard of. We were told it would be 25 – 30 minute wait. I appreciate honesty, instead of saying 10 minutes and it takes MUCH longer. After waiting 15 minutes, my brother and I were put in pedi chairs with perfect temp water. Tracy worked on my feet, she did a great job! First off, my brother and I wanted to watch the FIFA World Cup final game. Tracy let me brother watch on her iPad and let me watch on her personal cell. That’s 5 stars in my opinion for customer service! As far as my pedicure… she got all the dead skin off, scrubbed with the right touch on my legs with the sugar scrub, massaged with force and attention to specific points on my legs and feet. Her shoulder massage felt wonderful, I wished she could of done that for an hour! My brother enjoyed his technician… but let’s face it… men don’t really know what a good pedicure is! Overall, we really enjoyed our time together. My only complaint is the ladies working were really chatty and loud with one another. I noticed the lady got cut twice because her tech was not paying attention. I also saw lots of dust, color and small pieces of trash on the floor. Not a huge deal, but I would have given 5 stars if the place seemed touch up, clean. I will be back this week for them to re-do my shellac manicure(I got it done somewhere else). I hope I have found a regular nail shop, as that was one of my «requests» when I moved to the area. A nurse who is on her feet all day and washing hands every 20 minutes, needs good nail care! I think I found it. Thanks ladies!!!
