Great ice cream. But $ 3.50 for one scoop of vanilla in a cup for a child. Enough said. Practically no seating at all a bench outside and one small table.

Got a cup of coffee coffee buzz buzz and it was litterly two bites in a small cup for 4.00. the flavor was good but not worth the cost.

We went for a Sunday walk to the Kirkland waterfront, a number of people were walking by with ice cream cones.
I opened Unilocal to find this Ben & Jerry’s nearby.
Went in to find a line, with a clear Seattle day of 70 + degrees it was expected but the line moved along & in 10 minutes we each grabbed a couple scoops of some kind of chocolate swirled coconut cream black magic delicious ice cream.
The place was clean, smelled amazing & friendly staff

I love that I can try a sample of a lot of the flavors they have in stores so I don’t have to buy a whole pint. Busy little store

We all know their icecream but get a cone and walk down the main drag in summer for a whole package experience! I would choose gelato over icecream but if you want icecream this is the spot to go for quality and quantity for the $$.

Talk about amazing ice-​cream! It’s like the stuff out of the container, but a lot more fresh. My favorite flavor — the keylime pie ice-​cream in the waffle cone — it’s a small bit of paradise. The only downside is the parking situation — not so great…

One of the ONLY places you can get their sugar free ice cream flavor. Great if you are on a diet!

This may not be the hippest, trendiest, frou-​frou place of hipsters with wacky favors like bacon and vodka (or whatever wacky flavor combos some other ice cream places are selling nowadays). But for honest-​to-​goodness good, wholesome ice cream, with friendly staff and free samples and once-​a-​year free cones and iconic brightly painted cow murals and all, this is the place!
(I strongly recommend visiting, too, the B&J headquarter store/​farm in Vermont, if you’re in the area. It’s amazing!).

Staff is friendly, ice cream is delicious, and samples galore! What more could you want from an ice cream shop? The wait can be a little long, but I’ll attribute that to the fact that they are helping everyone like you’d want to be helped. It’s Ben and Jerry’s so the price matches the product, but who cares? It’s ICE CREAM!

I had no idea this even existed! Nothing bad to say – friendly staff and delicious ice cream, with a great variety to choose from. Yum.

We got our wedding cake here 9 years ago: three tiers with two different flavors of ice cream per tier. This was far cheaper — and far tastier — than doing a wedding cake from anywhere else, ice cream or not.
It had been years since I’d been back, but Jenn is still there and as nice and helpful as ever. I’ve been there on other days with some of the newer, younger employees and was pleasantly surprised to find friendly custoomer service from them, too.
You can special order hard-​to-​find flavors here as well, not to mention they carry all the Scoop Shop-​only exclusive flavors.
I consider myself fortunate to have this well-​run Scoop Shop only 12 minutes away, and they represent the brand well.

I love free ice cream day! How cool.
Tip: order the kids size. The small is simply too big for most adults. Large is laughable.
Love the ‘responsible capitalist’ ethos.
I’d mark as 5 stars, except they recently dropped the Oatmeal Cookie flavor, which was by far my favorite!
Also not cheap.

Love Love Love Ice creams, So its my Top Favorite places to enjoy my creamy sinful bite. Love all the flavors and guess what they sometimes run deals on deal sites. I just got one from Living social and its just for 6bucks for 6 double scooped visits. Its awesome and Love this place. Staff is wonderful too.

This ben n jerrys doesnt make me want icecream when I walk in. staff isnt very friendly or offer help right away. Icecream doesnt look appealing which dissapoints me

We stopped by here for free ice cream day. Come on, what’s not to like about FREE ice cream?
I tried out the Stephen Colbert cone and the coconut cone. I love love love Stephen Colbert and I loved that ice cream too :)
This was in a charming location near the water. It wasn’t too crowded either. I’ve been to the 31 cent scoop night at Baskin Robbins before, and it was chaos. This event was well executed. I did want some water after it was all done, and the cooler was drained dry. No biggie.

Original plans to destroy city of Kirland on hold. Stop. Went into the city yesterday in an attempt to purchase some blown glass unicorns before leveling the town. Stop. Don’t you judge me. Stop. Turns out, there’s a Ben & Jerry’s there, and they were giving out free ice cream yesterday. Stop. The Stephen Colbert cone I grabbed as well as the coconut cone Lady Vader acquired were delicious. Stop. Impossible to allow destruction of a city where an ice cream vendor gives you delicious treats free of charge. Stop. Free cone makes Baskin Robbins 31 cent cone night look downright stupid by comparison. Stop. Few things in life better than eating an ice cream cone while overlooking a body of water. Stop. Why do you keep writing Stop after every sentence I say? Stop. And seriously, we’ve mastered intergalactic travel, but we’re still using telegraphs? Stop? Stop writing down everything I say! Stop. Dude, I swear to god if you don’t stop… Stop. For crying out loud, I didn’t even finish my sentence that time! Stop. Man, you are really starting to tick me off. Stop. Ben & Jerry’s: 4 Deathstars. Stop… by for a delicious frozen treat.

I was off on a picture taking adventure in Kirkland and saw Ben and Jerry’s with a sign that said «free cones». Of course, at first glance, I thought this was a joke, and just a banner to catch my eyes, but they truly were giving out a free scoop of ice cream to everyone that came in.
As someone who organizes many events, this free cone day was well organized. I was greeted with an employee who had a menu of what the free scoops were to choose from and the line was easy to get through.
I have to admit that I did not really believe that it would be free, but the employee with the menu said «this is our gift to you, we hope that you will come back sometime to see us.». I will be bacl again. The mango, mango sorbet was excellent.

This place hit the spot for my sweet tooth. A scoop each of black raspberry and chocolate fudge brownie in a waffle cup. such a killer combo!
What I noticed at this location was what others had stated, the workers are not friendly and are not generous with the scoops. They give you small scoops as if they own the store.
Workers here should crack a smile or two and come correct with the scoops. You’re supposed to carve into the bucket of ice cream more than twice to get a nice plump scoop!

I’ve been here a dozen times, mostly for evening dessert runs just before the 10pm closing time. No point in reviewing the product, we all know it’s good but pricy (who orders the $ 35 20-​scoop bucket, by the way?).
The staff has been exemplary, there is little waiting at that hour, sometime there is even convenient parking. Worth cruising up from Bellevue rather than stopping at the local places.
