The Thai coconut is pretty good. The chocolate flavors taste too sugary. The straciatella is good. Decent portions. Fast service and polite. If I went again, I would get pistachio.

Finally, a gelato shop that serves REAL gelato! I love the location and the staff. Very friendly and the service is fast. I would imagine this place gets packed during the warmer seasons, so be sure to time your visit accordingly. I have a very specific palate for flavors, so my review might seem a little bias, but I’m sure ALL of their gelato’s are great tasting! Get some!

The gelato here is AWESOME. It is so tasty and creamy, I love it. The staff is super friendly and nice, even if you ask for a lot of samples before committing to one flavor. It is a bit on the pricier side, but I think that’s normal for a gelato place in such a good location.

Great experience at this gelato place! Super friendly staff who offered samples, great chill environment, pretty good selection of flavors, and delicious thai coconut and hazelnut gelatos in a waffle cup! I love that you get 2 flavors for $ 4. Solid experience and I’m definitely coming back.

Ice cream is my favourite thing… so coming to gelato while on a day trip into the state was necessary. Sirena gelato in Kirkland gives very generous portions of gelato that isn’t too creamy and possible to finish without feeling sick afterwards! It isn’t TOO sweet and has the lightness of gelato that ice cream often misses. You are able to split one «single» into two flavours so I ordered the oreo and hazelnut and BOTH were exactly as advertised. The flavours stood out on their own but also blended together perfectly. Mom and dad got the lemon and mango and again, both bursted with flavour! Finally, the prices were also exceptional. Being only $ 8.50 for both cups and basically 4 huge scoops, this place is definitely a top contender for frozen treats!

I had been waiting for the remodel to finally visit this place, and I must say that it was worth the wait! So many delicious flavors, but finally decided on the dutch chocolate, pistachio and lemon. All were exceptionally delicious for different reasons. The two gals that were working this evening were very sweet and helpful. There is only very limited indoor seating, so be prepared to take it to go or go on a nice day when you can enjoy it on the patio. I will be a regular here for sure!

4.5 stars. Sirena Gelato is AWESOME! So many great flavors of rich and creamy gelato. They’ll give you a taste of whatever you’d like to try so my advise is to find a couple and combo them up in a waffle bowl. If you’re walking around downtown Kirkland, you need to stop in here and have a scoop or five!

My parents, my boyfriend and I would always come here for some delicious gelato. I love how it’s not that pricey and I’m always hooked on their Turkish Hazelnut gelato. Sometimes they have Oreo, sometimes they don’t. I just hope they would include Nutella on their menu.

This is the third one of their stores that I’ve been to and, just like the other two, just awesome Gelato. So rich and creamy. So damn good.
The only drawback to this one is the layout of the store. If there’s a line, you have to squeeze between the people ordering and a wall to get to the back of the line. Not sure how the could fix it, but don’t let it stop you from getting in line. It’s well worth it.

This was an awesome place to go for a hot day, and thats what we did. It wasnt packed but pretty busy, and the place was pretty small. We sampled a few of the selections but at the end, i chose the slow roasted pistachio and the thai coconut. The portion was pretty big but it was on the higher side in term of price. Service was pretty good. Overall, i would come back again. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because there flavors were limited and it wasnt anything special.

Not too impressed. It’s pricey like all touristy gelato shops in downtown areas. The flavors were very weak and the texture not too impressive. I’ve had much better gelato at other places.

I want to give this place a 3.5. Service is great, and the place seemed really cute and homey.
I had two flavors today, which were the rococo coffee and the popcorn. I liked how the gelato wasn’t too sweet, but I wish it was creamier and richer. I also sampled the hazelnut flavor, and I felt like it sort of lacked depth in terms of its aroma.
Overall it was pretty decent, and I wouldn’t mind coming back.

I had a great experience here. There was one person serving when me and some friends got there on a Sunday night. She was very patient, had a great attitude, and gave great recommendations since we were pretty indecisive.
You can also get a kid scoop here, which is smaller than the small size that they have. That ended up being the perfect amount for me. I recommend the pistachio, coffee, and Oreo flavors! So delicious.
