My wife and I come here often we ready with the original flavor. I like it with mango and mochi toppings.

Not much in the way of toppings
Price wasn’t bad… but the sizes are pretty big.
My biggest complaint? If you’re not gonna have lots of toppings then the ones you DO have better be delicious and fresh! Yeah… not delicious or fresh.
I’ll drive the extra 5 miles and go into Factoria and go to TCBY.

The best part about Shnoo yogurt is that they offer lychee as one of the toppings. Shnoo yogurt is good but I think thing Red Mango has the best tasting plain/​original yogurt.

This was just ‘okay’ — nothing great. I think Kirkland really needs a self-​serve froyo place. The behind-​the-​counter-​with-​only-​4-​options is so 2008.
Shnoo I felt was overpriced for what I got and the froyo wasn’t that creamy as I’ve come to expect.
They also didn’t have children sizes, which sucks for families.
Ce Fiore is a better fit for me.

Hot summer’s day always means frozen desserts to me! So, I came here in the evening, still 80 degrees out, and ready to get some healthy lovin’ from the froyo joint with a friend of mine. I got the small green tea with strawberries and granola. My friend also got the green tea flavor, but with kiwi and mochi balls. The yogurt was delicious, creamy with a hint of the sweet matcha. The employee was friendly, swift, and girl definitely loaded me up on the goodies, and the place was clean and kid-​friendly.
The definite downside were the prices. For a small froyo– $ 2.50, I thought was somewhat decent. But the toppings were $ 1 each. Well, the first topping is $ 1, then it goes up $.50 thereafter. Albeit the yogurt isn’t as creamy as Red Mango’s, it’s at least closer to where I live, and there was no need to wait in line (there’s always a line at Belleve’s RM)

Creamy creamy, dreamy, dreamy, yummy yummy yummy yummy, fuzzy, fuzzy in your tummy, cold and melty, oh yummy yummy! I loveeee Shnoo!
I love shnoo as much as I love being in musical theatre. It will never top Pinkberry, but with its creamy, light, texture you can’t help but to bat the cold goodness around with your tongue. Well I can’t help it. I love love love the stamp card. It’s cheap for the size you get, the small being like an average regular, and they are really generous with toppings and serving size. My friend says the name is Korean, so call it Sha-​noo now. TeeHee!

Couldn’t resist. Saw Ben and Jerry’s after visiting here and glad I saw Shnoo’s first! This place is air conditioned and across from the Heathman Hotel. Good as usual but wished it was a bit more tart. Refreshing nonetheless.

Shnoo is very good. I might say I like it better than Pinkberry and I know I like it more than Red Mango. However, I think the prices have gotten crazy. We used to go about 3 times a month but now probably go once every 3 months.
If the Seattle area were to get a Yogurtland (a froyo chain in southern California that you pay based on weight. And you get what you get at Shnoo at a 70% discount.) then Shnoo and other froyo places would hurt for business.
I like Schnoo, as I said, but I just wish the prices were more reasonable.

I was not impressed by Shnoo’s yogurt. I must have had a serving from the end of a batch, because it was completely melted and held no shape when it was in the cup. The yogurt was chalky– quite disappointing. Their redemming quality was the variety of fruit toppings that they had.
It is difficult to find parking nearby, and it isn’t in a great location in Kirkland. It is a bit far from the main area of downtown Kirkland. I don’t know if they still do– but they used to give free yogurt for a good review… Desperate for business? I think so.

On occasion, shnoo froyo has replaced breakfast, lunch and dinner for me.
I love their plain yogurt the best out of other froyo places. It doesn’t have a very distinct lemon additive, which makes it taste like a real plain yogurt. Their fruit toppings are ripe, and I love the fact that there is watermelon available.
The small container is usually plenty to satisfy that craving, but if you are considering to make it a meal, go for the medium :)

It’s always consistent and good. I always get the pomegranate flavor with mochi topping. Good stuff!

I wasn’t sure about this place for the longest time… until I started testing the other yogurt spots that were available in the Seattle area. Some were too expensive, others didn’t have the right toppings, and still others would «cheat» you by leaving the yogurt as a big hollow mess. Shnoo doesn’t do any of these things. And, since they’ve discovered that mochi is a great topping, they’ve totally won me over.
My suggestion: green tea yogurt topped with mango and mochi, drizzled with honey. yum-​o!

One year later, and several other fro-​yo experiences later, my boyfriend & I returned to Schnoo. My update: I still like the toppings, but the regular flavor isn’t tart enough.
I am still dreaming about the green tea, though.
And sizes are larger than your average fro-​yo joint, by my estimation.

I had some Shnoo today at the Bite and it’s another Pinkberryish froyo spot. I had the strawberry and mochi! I’ve never been to the actual establishment in Kirkland but the froyo was pretty darn good… but still, Red Mango and Pinkberry still better. The froyo here seemed more icy (watery) than anything.
BUT I can’t help but to notice that the majority of people that have given this place 5 stars. have only reviewed this place…
hmmmm… I don’t like that.

I am a doctor and treat addiction.
I swear my wife is addicted to Shnoo yogurt.
I am going to put her in rehab, after we get an XL with 3 toppings today.

Edit: I reduced my rating down to 1 star. About a month ago I brought my friend in for yogurt (her first time there) and I was searching through the punch cards and couldn’t find mine. I noticed that the punch card boxes were pretty empty so I asked the cashier what happened. She told me that about a month prior they posted signs warning customers that they were going to clean out the punch cards because more frequent customers were having problems finding their cards. I had about 8 out of the 10 punches on my card and they had thrown it out.
What is the point of a business offering to hold on to your punch card if they are just going to throw it out because other people cannot find theirs? The cashier was not helpful and I was upset because they threw out my card just because I don’t come in every single day.
Now I patronize Ce Fiore because their service is much friendlier, their product is just as good (if not better) and they make you hold onto your punch card. You see, I am totally ok with holding onto my punch card but when a company offers to hold onto it and then just throws out whatever cards they don’t deem worthy then I have an issue with that.
To the owner of Shnoo: You lost a bunch of customers due to the bad service I get from your cashiers and over the punch card bs. Others might think I am being petty but you have to realize that there are other frozen yogurt shops in Kirkland and I am perfectly fine with moving my business elsewhere. You also offered free yogurt for good reviews and didn’t hold up your end of the bargain. Nice job on trying to sway the ratings on Unilocal to your advantage.

LOVE this place.
First off, it’s real yogurt, which is different, but awesome. It’s got a variety of toppings — fresh fruit and granola being my fave. And the health benefits they boast on their walls really solidify my reasoning behind frequent treats of their yogurt goodness.
But what really sold me is that they’ll keep your frequent visitor card in little boxes right at the front. No more lost cards leading to more cards with only a few punches, none of which lead to anything free.
Thanks for making my summer yogurt experience yummy and keeping my card right up front! :)

Shnoo is an invariable cornucopia of sweet yogurt deliciousness!
The idea originally came from Asia, but a woman in California hopped on it and began the concept in the States. John, the owner, opened over the winter in the bottom of the Kirkland Central Building (my home) and it didn’t seem like he was going to do very well. He has an incredible product and a simple business model. As soon as the temperatures warmed up, so did his business! On any given night, there may be a line to get yogurt!
There are two flavors of natural fat free yogurt, green tea and vanilla. Imagine the vanilla yogurt you get at the grocery store but frozen and smooth. The green tea flavor is just the standard flavor with matcha green tea powder added. There is a large variety of fresh fruits (from berries to kiwi) and some not-​so-​wholesome toppings (fruity pebbles).
Samples are always free, the staff is friendly and fast, and the prices are reasonable. Stop into Shnoo is you’re looking for a healthy, low-​fat, low-​calorie delicious treat!

Wow! What a delicious dessert! Oh, and good for your tummy! I loved the toppings you could put on the frozen yogurt: fresh fruit, cereals. It’s soo healthy. I recommend having some honey on it to top it off. It makes it oh so much more yummier. The prices are steep, I warn you. But you won’t really care because when in Kirkland, live like the Kirklanders do. The shop is very simple offering only two delicious flavors: regular and green tea matcha. It’s wonderful because you don’t have to tire yourself deciding which flavors to choose from. The girls behind the counter are very adorable and helpful. If you are afraid to buy, they will gladly give you a free sample (which is rather a large whip of a sample). Grab a cup o’ yogurt, and take a stroll to the park. It is a perfect sweet for the summer!
