Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience renting a car from this location. My car was being repaired and had to stay overnight, hence the rental. Chan, the agent, was professional and had a cheery personality. He made the entire transaction a pleasure and quick. I appreciated his manner in which he familiarized me with the car I was renting. Upon return, I was in and out in minutes, even though he was the only agent at the location. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience for me.

I had no choice in rental car agencies — this location is on site where I am having my car serviced (Lee Johnson). The man at the counter when I came in to pick up my loaner was a little too glib and a bit of a smart aleck for my taste. I asked why they needed my credit card when Chevy was picking up the tab for my loaner. His answer involved drinking and driving, in what he probably though was a joke. I thought it an odd comment when checking out a car. He did hustle as he was the only person on duty and there were four people needing to check out cars.
The office is clean with sufficient seating.

I have had some bad experiences with car rental companies internationally so I was apprehensive. I was however very pleased with Enterprise. I rented from them for 4 weeks initially whilst I went car shopping, but had to rent again for another 3 weeks whilst I was considering what car to buy. I am not very decisive when making a large purchase. Enterprise in Kirkland were transparent, they didn’t nickel and dime me, they were reasonably priced and the customer service was excellent. They even allowed me to drop the car at Autonation Ford in Bellevue for my convenience when I picked up my new car. Katie in Kirkland office is excellent. She even called me and told me when it had been picked up and confirmed the final charges. The only downside is Katie sets the bar high for her colleagues! I am more than happy to recommend Enterprise on 85^th in Kirkland here on Unilocal
