Juanita Firs 76

I have never had more honest and skilled auto work. They have been taking care of my (very) high mileage old car for a few years, and never fail to let me know what it actually needs and –more importantly!- what it doesn’t. They also do all the service on our family company vehicles and do a great job. Their prices are great and service can’t be beat. I don’t live in Kirkland but make the trip for any service I need.

Just found out that I became the duke of this place so I’ll go ahead and give it a review. I only really come to this gas station because of their offer to get a free car wash. I believe they have 4 different options for the wash. They offer a free express wash (cheapest option) if you purchase 8 gallons worth of gas and discounts to upgrade to the other wash options for said amount of gas. They also offer a free deluxe wash (2^nd cheapest) if you check in. What they’ve let me do every time I’ve been here is that since I check in AND get at least 8 gal. of gas they give me a free upgrade to their plus wash (3^rd cheapest) and since I get a discount on upgrades to their washes it only costs $ 2 to upgrade to their most expensive wash (the works). What a deal! Their car wash does a great job although of course since it’s automated it’s not as good as a hand car wash. The rims don’t get clean so you have to clean em off yourself after the wash which I don’t really mind because it gives the car time to really dry off. The staff are always nice and friendly and willing to help you out if you need them to. While I don’t know if I’ll ever take advantage of their mechanic services, since I take my car to a Volvo specialist, based on the treatment I get from the staff that I do get to interact with and their dedication to customer satisfaction I wouldn’t be surprised if I found out that their mechanics do top notch work as well. As long as they keep offering this deal I believe I will be filling up in this station for as long as I live in Kenmore.

My car’s headlight needed to be replaced. I called them and they asked me to just walkin without needing an appointment. I went there and they replaced the headlight in few minutes with a reasonable charge. I am impressed with the service kept simple without the extra paperwork process etc

To note how awesome this place is, I purposely take my new vehicle here for servicing rather than the dealership. They’re honest, relatively quick, pricing is competitive, and I’ve never felt undermined or taken advantage of here. They have online booking if you don’t feel like calling them (
) so you can choose which day and time you’d like to bring your vehicle in for something specific. If you need more than one thing done, you can add that in the notes section!
I have referred other friends of mine here and they’ve also received the same kind of professionalism & kindness. I was admittedly skeptical of how many five star reviews for something as trivial as a service station (as they can be kind of skeevy, y’know?), but after bringing my vehicle in twice now, it’s understandable why so many customers are satisfied with this place – I know I am!

From the moment I walked in Stephanie was upbeat and professional she greeted me by name and explained how the diagnosis would go (failed emission) as I had scheduled service online which was super easy on my truck. She contacted me at 11:00 with the doagnosis and gave me the quote which was much lower then I was prepared for, then called when it was completed. Phenomenal job of staying in contact & keeping me informed throughout the repairs. Got my truck in at 7:45 & she had it done by 1:00. Highly recommend looking here for repairs. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. Great job Juanita Firs and a big thanks to Stephanie, well done.

Came for an oil change because the reveiws here were so good. And I see why.
Pros:
The young man at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. Free car wash with oil change or 8gal purchase of gas.
They checked my battery, fluids, tires, brakes, wipers, and vacuumed My floor and washed my windows.
They said their oil changes take 1 hour, and it took exactly 1 hour. And it’s a good price for oil change. Out the door $ 33.00 for partially synthetic oil change.
Cons:
Waited in a long line for car wash 29 minutes, and as soon as I got in, the whole thing just shut off. I had to call them from my cell to have them turn it back on.

If I could only give one recommendation to Juanita Firs 76, it would be that there are a lot of lousy businesses out there who could seriously learn a thing or two about business, let alone customer service from them.
If there was a foundation for honestly and great customer service, it would be 76 that takes the cake. My parents had their vehicles serviced here since the early 90’s, and we continue to have our vehicle serviced here even though we live in Lake Stevens. Yes, a whopping 35 minutes away: D
Dan and his crew are always friendly, informative, caring and professional. They are and have always been COMPLETELY HONEST, and when you’re making minimum wage in high school, or almost 30 with 3 kids, you don’t have time to mess around with expenses that aren’t necessary. Not only are they honest, they do phenomenal work, and their prices are good. Free carwash when you receive service on your vehicle, how can you beat that?!
I’m happy that they have been working on our cars over the past two decades and would refer them to ANYONE looking for the services they provide. My only complaint in life is that every business isn’t as amazing as them!

Dan was WONDERFUL! He helped read codes on my car, explained everything to me in ways I could easily understand and then got my car to pass emissions. I’ve heard great things about this place in the past and I will for sure be going back!

Super friendly and helpful staff. I came here for car wash for the first time and didn’t know that I should have asked the cashier for a code to redeem my Unilocal coupon. The waiting line for car wash was long, so I just sat in my car and called the store. They happily came out, brought the code to me, and instructed me. Very pleasant experience!

Great service and a fair price. Had engine work done on two cars and pleased with both. Clean lounge and car bays. They also vacuum your car out, give you a print out of possible future concerns, a free carwash and if your bill is over $ 200 you receive 6 months of free road side assistance

The customer service here is exceptional, I travel passed this station weekly and have made it my weekly gas stop.

I come here to get my oil changed. I used to live just down the road from them, but I moved to Lynnwood. I *still* come here every 3 months for regular maintenance. They are super friendly, accurate with estimates, and have a clean waiting room and restroom.
I’ve been coming here about 2 years now, and I’ve never been let down. I finally decided to write a 5-​star review after my experience last night. One headlight went out a couple of weeks ago, but I was scheduled for an oil change soon, so I put it off. My other headlight went out, and I was scheduled to drive to Tacoma. I knew I couldn’t make it that far on just parking lights or brights, so I swung by Juanita Firs 76 to see if they could help. They got me in and out of there within 30 minutes! Great and polite service. They have my business for life!

Not only that, but a free car wash, to boot. It’s local, it’s great, and I’ll take my car here from now on.

Favorite 76 in the area. Great value on oil changes, competitive pricing at the pump. If you have the ability to drop your car off in the morning and pick up later, the turn around is great on oil changes and service. Very affordable.

I’ve been going to Safeway gas station right across the street since I moved to the area, using my Safeway points for discounted gas. But I’ve decided I need my car washed more and this car wash is pretty decent, so this is my new spot. You can get a free car wash if you fill up at least 8 gallons, or get upgraded car washes for a cheaper price. Since I wash my car about twice a year on my own, this is awesome.
They also do repairs here and emissions testing, not that I’ve used those services, but in case you needed to know. It can happen :)

AVOID.
I’m so upset with this place! I spent around $ 1.5k to fix my SUV here.
To make a long story short, we didn’t know what was wrong with my car. We brought it in here and they told us the issue and quoted me a price. I said ok and they fixed it. I asked them to do a few extra things (oil, replace lights, check A/​C)
Once I got my car back, the warning lights were STILL on. So I called them again, and they said to bring it back in. I brought it back in and they charged me another $ 800 to fix the car. They misdiagnosed it the first time. A little frustrating but I was glad to have my car fixed, finally.
I pick up my car and drive it home… one warning light is STILL on. WTH! Then my radio and automatic mirrors won’t work. I called them right away and they said they had nothing to do with the radio or mirrors and there was nothing they could do.
I use my radio ALL the time, it was working right up to the point I dropped my car off here.
I had my Dad call them (I was in tears, all that money gone and more problems for me to deal with), and they still refused to do anything about the issue, even telling us to take it to an audio tech.
I wish I had received the «great» customer service everyone is talking about on here but I didn’t and I would NEVER let any of my friends take their cars here.
My radio, mirrors, and warning light are STILL on. Unbelievable they took my money but left me with MORE expensive issues!!! And no, its not a fuse. I checked them all (myself!) 4 times.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Holy crap — AWESOME customer service here. I stopped in because I saw the free car wash advertised (if you purchase 8 gallons of gas). Right when I pulled up to the pump, a sweet young man named Austin ran out to my car and asked if I wanted the «free full service». He proceeded to pump my gas, check my tire pressure, and wash my windshield. I asked him if they would possibly have time to change out my headlight bulb which had been out for like two weeks (god knows I can’t do that sh*t myself) — his response was «sure! We can do that right now! $ 10?» Ummm, yes please! He had it done in less than five minutes (this was the more difficult side of the car where you have to remove a bunch of stuff to get to the light).
Anyway… Super friendly and helpful kid. Give Austin a raise!
Oh yeah — and a free car wash to boot? I will definitely be coming out of my way to return to this place :). Thank you!!!

I have never reviewed a gas station — but Juanita Firs 76 absolutely deserves a review. It is so much more than just a gas station too. If you get 8 or more gallons of gas, you get a free car wash. That alone is pretty amazing — so each time I fill up, I get a clean car too!
I also had an issue with my tire on my car losing tire pressure. While I was waiting for a new part from my dealer, every day I needed to stop and put air in my tire. The gas station attendees could not have been nicer and on my way to work each day they would quickly add air to my tire free of charge. I have never seen such amazing customer service at a gas station. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

I came here just because I saw the free car wash sign for buying over 8 gallons. I’ve read all the great reviews about this service station and that’s promising if I need work done on my car. The gas right across the street was about ten cents cheaper but I still purchased gas because I really just needed the car wash. The free car wash is worth $ 3.00 whereas at other places that offer a free car wash the value has been more like $ 6.00. I was satisfied with my visit here and my car looks so much better!
