Incredibly SLOW. 4 people running around in utter chaos. Store needs order and to learn how to be more competent in their work and work with a sense of urgency rather than going so slow like molasses. Omg!
Also — if you have a corporate account you charge to — only valid for pick ups and not of you go to a UPS store!!! Given that — corp acct with UPS not worth much.

Went there to have two pages faxed to my corporate office. They charged me $ 9.66! I should have asked first. I was expecting a dollar or two not almost $ 5 per page. I won’t be back.

This UPS store has, quite literally, the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The staff was literally standing there doing nothing while I was in the store. One of them also spat out some really rude comments. I would give this place zero stars if that was possible.

The worst UPS store on the planet is the the one on 132nd in Bridle Trails shopping Center Kirkland WA They are rude no help what so ever. I will never step foot in the store again. They give UPS a bad name.

Fast, efficient, and friendly service. They have freight, packing, Shipping, notary, faxing, printers, faxing, mailboxes, flyers, greeting cards, brouchers, presentations, business cards, direct mail, and posters.

Worse customer service ever!!! Young man Dakota who work there have no sense of customer service what so ever. When i ask for help to hold the door for me, all he said: «ITS NOT MY JOB !!!» and he just walk away!!!
I hope his supervisor read it and that guy loos his job and learn more about customer service!!! i hope i will have never go back there again. It is the WORSECUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER MEET!!!

I love this place and have never been there and not get a PERFECT service. The personnel is nice and helpful, doesn’t mind any sort of request you might have and I until I walked in that store, I didn’t know shipping can actually be pleasant. I regret going in the USPS or even worse — FedEx, after experience at this store.
I would give them 6 stars if I could!!!

They will happily ship anything (not toxic, hazardous, or illegal) anywhere. And for us busy/​lazy folks they will even box/​pkg it up. And ship anyway you want. Great service!

It’s just my local UPS store. Never had a problem here and everyone is helpful. I like the quick in-​and-​out service. Also, if you need anything, go see Jasmine, she’s great!

2 WORDS– Color copies. UPS has saved my hide more than once when I was In a bind on the way to host an Open House.
Easy in, easy out. They have what I need when I am on the go.
Not cheap, but not to costly. With a BECU and a Starbucks in the same strip mall, I find it VERY convenient overall.

The UPS Store at Totem Lake West is a small store with a consistent and friendly staff. These guys can help you with all your shipping and mailing needs. They also have copiers, fax, and private mailboxes (like a po box) for rent. I have had a mailbox there for close to 10 years and I have seen very little turnover in employees. Employee longevity speaks volumes about a workplace. The shipping prices are a little more than what you at the Post Office but the excellent service is worth it.
