Very unfriendly service from the Asian hostess/waitress. We live in the area and experienced unwelcoming service twice.

Hard to find gluten free pizza that can be delivered, so it’s not the first time I’ve ordered from zeeks. I ordered a half and half gf pizza. One side was great, and the other side was completely undercooked. Ended up spitting out the crust, which is saying a lot because I’m not a picky eater at all. Overall very disappointed.

This location really needs to step their game cup. I just ordered a pizza from here and it arrived an hour and 45 minutes after i ordered it. Also, my pizza was obviously dropped or smooshed, and my bread sticks were cold and scattered across the box. They did provide us with another pizza in a professional and timely manor after I called a couple times. I probably will not go here again, and I’m sure if I would recommend it.

I love Zeek’s pizza most of the time, but, it seems that one out of three orders I am disappointed. Take tonight, ordered two pizza’s and the gluten free pizza was black around the outside and if you looked underneath, it was pretty scorched. I took a picture and went back to Zeek’s and showed the kid who was baking the pie’s. That pizza NEVER should have been put into a box. While they cooked me a new pie, it brings to focus a quality control problem. Sometimes it is so thin on toppings, next time it is good, then, it is thin on cheese, or overcooked. I would normally at this point, just quit going, but, I have a family member who is sensitive to gluten and when they get it right, make a pretty good gluten-free pizza. I hope the management starts to pay attention to quality.

Not amazing, but not bad. Thick, somewhat chewy crust(not the«artisan» super thin authentic kind that’s so popular now) and good selection of toppings. The staff is super nice and attentive and the location on Park Lane is really great, especially when the weather is nice and they open the front windows. Nice casual place for a date or to bring a group. Good local beer selection too!

I ordered Zeeks via DoorDash. The order was accepted and I was told it would take an hour. After about 45 mins, I get an call from DoorDash saying that Zeeks cannot fulfill the order. I don’t care how busy you are, you have to fulfill an order that you committed to. Or else get your name out of DoorDash. Poor customer service; never going to the Kirkland facility again.

Wow. If you want to blow your hard earned money on overpriced garbage. THISISTHEPLACETOGO !!! The staff is friendly. Food made quick. But it tastes like garbage. Not even close to real life pizza. Stick with pj or something you know you’ll like. I swear to god they put more sugar in the crust than Starbucks puts in their ridiculous made up drinks. Gross gross gross I am the pizza king of the east. This is unacceptable.

Ordered a pizza 2 hours ago. Still not here. Called them, told it will be here in 10, 15 minutes later, no pizza, called again, told 10 minutes. Still not here. Yes, it’s a busy night, but 2 hours to deliver some pie(8 minutes away) is outrageous. Last time…

Used the online ordering, not sure if it’s just how it’s made but there was only a tiny bit of cheese on the crust like, a tiny tiny bit, the meats had marinara stuck to the bottom, not cheese, and the veggies just kind of all fell to one side because hey we’re just piled on top, except the fresh tomatoes stuck. Very hard to eat because everything just fell off and it was that huge pizza with everything on it. I didn’t complain so it’s NBD, just weird. Would order again maybe, but over the phone and ask for cheese haha. Delivery boy was really nice.

We decided to stop in and visit after our experience with Zeeks in Redmond. We should have stayed at the Redmond location. Octoberfest was happening at the time in Kirkland so the location had a decent crowd and large quantities of beer were being drank. There were plenty of staff and smells of delicious pizza waffed all around. So why only two stars? Well, the bill was screwed up by the waitress and it took two tries to get it fixed. Items that we had requested were never delivered(but we were not charged for them so that is a plus). Follow on by the fact that the seats were grungy and clearly in need of a cleaning. I felt like I should take my clothes to the dry cleaner after the visit there. It’s good pizza, don’t get me wrong, it just is that the other Zeek’s in Redmond(just a few miles away) is miles above this place. You have to pay for parking almost everywhere here also unless you want a long walk, where Redmond has an underground garage. You know that feeling when you leave a place, you look at your receipt, and you realize it just wasn’t worth it. That’s this place.

I love zeeks pizza — the original combinations, great crust, fresh toppings but I have had delivery from the Kirkland location three times now and all three times delivery was extremely slow — pizza was not hot upon arrival and kinda skimpy on the toppings. Toppings stopped a good two inches from the crust edge… flavors are great but need to step up their game

Not impressed with this place… At all! As a naturally happy and go lucky person, it really takes a lot for me to be turned off by someone or something. My expectations for a decent pizza aren’t high. Lots of meat and cheese. Nothing over the top… Just normal. I just ordered a pizza and when my pizza showed up there was ZERO cheese on it. When I asked what’s up, they started trying to convince me that it was under the toppings. I wasn’t seeing it so they started picking at my pizza… No cheese! Then I asked to have it remade… Still terrible. I wouldn’t be stumped, however, the table next to me is literally swamped with cheese. There is a HUGE incongruence here and even worse service. All I wanted was a decent pizza after a long week of work! :-(

I thought this place was pretty decent. Not a big fan of pizza myself, but everyone in my party really enjoyed it. The price is reasonable for the area and they even give a midday discount, which I think is only for weekdays but still awesome. The breadsticks were tasty, but it’s not really a breadstick. They do one of those slabs of bread they cut into pieces and I didn’t mind, but still not a breadstick FYI. The pizza came out pretty quickly. But I must say the reason for the one star deduction was how long it took us from the time we sat down(the host had us seat ourselves) to the time we were brought menus and water, was longer than my hungry husband appreciated, about ten minutes. Yikes. They weren’t busy at all so for service issues like these, I don’t think you will have a great experience if you come here when it’s busy. All in all, a good almost great experience. More like 3.5 than 4 stars.

A good Pizza chain in the Seattle area. Service is average to below average at times but the pizza is usually good to very good.

I use to make pizzas for a living, so I know it’s really hard to screw up a Canadian bacon and pineapple with half sausage. I’ve never tried Zeeks Pizza, that is, until tonight and I am very disappointed with the pie they gave us. It was just poor in flavor, mostly hard bread, with over cooked cheese on top. I paid $ 26 for this large pizza; I feel like I paid for a puffy cooked pizza base with cheese and maybe a few hints of sausage and Hawaiian toppings. Papa johns would have been cheaper and better tasting. Overall I don’t see what all the hype is about when it comes to Zeeks. Like if I want horrible pizza I can just buy it frozen and pay under half price. The customer service was fantastic though. They gave me a $ 30 credit for the bad pizza; no hassle, which I am very happy about. Hopefully next time they’ll actually be worth eating. Crossing my fingers.

Used to be really good but the crust has been super chewy the last few times. Our company gives Zeeks a LOT of business but last night we found moldy onion slices on our Yeti. Fine enough to pick them off but it was such a turn off no one else ate the rest and there was a bunch left. Makes you wonder if the other ingredients are up to code. We basically threw 2pizzas away because no one wanted them. Literally NOONE ate the crust either it was so chewy and burnt on the bottom… it was actually hilarious the garbage was just full of people’s crust. Reminded me of that Seinfeld episode with the muffins. Overall very unimpressed and disappointed because I used to loved this place.

Service the last 12 months has continued to degrade and if you ask for thin crust they act like you are asking for a miracle. We are going to start going to the Redmond Zeek’s instead! Another update November 2014. I ordered take home and it was horrible. The crust was super thick and hard to actually bite through. I don’t know what is happening, but my once favorite pizza place is taking a fast nose dive.

Anything with goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes can please my palate! The location is great, and sharing a pizza, outside, on a sunny summer Saturday is a great way to enjoy an afternoon. I love the veggie pizza choices here!

Ordered Zeeks pizza for delivery online this evening. The website was convenient and easy to use. Online it said 45 minutes, but it was a hair shorter than that, which was very nice. They called from the store prior to delivery to ask if we wanted any crushed red pepper or Parmesan with our order. While that was greatly appreciated, we got neither of them when the delivery came. Made no sense to bother calling to carelessly forget to pack them with the pizza. The pizza, Quentin florentino, was delicious! Only thing I would take away is the spinach, but thats definitely not a mark on the food. I will definitely eat Zeeks again.

I went to Zeeks a couple of times. They have really good thin crust pizzas. This location has sucky parking(since it is in a downtown-ish area. It was a complete zoo on a Friday night I was picking up an order to go. So, it took a little effort to park. However, the service was great, and they had my food ready and hot when I went in to get it. The pizza was well made, with quality ingredients. However, for how much you pay for this premium pizza, I would gather just go to Pagliacci. Their pizza is just way better and I have never had a negative experience with them either. Since Pagliacci is right down the street, I probably wouldn’t go back to Zeek’s again.
