Marsha the hostess, she did the very minimum. She took our names and then just looked at us! Not take our names ask us to take a seat or look look at a menu. Nothing! Good thing Yolanda was here serving us. She was perfect she double check our bill and found that we had extra charges on it and took them off. The meal was perfect as usual. If it wasn’t for Marsha they would have gotten 5-​stars.

We love bob evans, they have such good selection of food that theres always something for anyone. Although i seem to always order the same one lol.
All bob evans that we went to so far the staff are friendly but this one in orlando tops it.
The food is awesome i wish we have this in canada. Food just taste so different. The shredded has brown is my favorite and their pancakes are so fluffy. My husband had the steak and he finished it in no time.
We will be back again!

Great, easy, consistent, comfort food place in Orlando amidst the WDW chaos. We enjoyed the kids chocolate chip pancakes, and breakfast platter with eggs, bacon and pancakes for $ 15!
Our server was wonderful with endless hot tea on a chilly May morning (I know…)
Huge menu breakfast, lunch and dinner, reasonable prices, fast service and parking. What more do you need? Of course specials including kids meals, and over 50 menu (hush!)

Oh how I wish we had Bob Evans in Miami, lol! I had such an amazing first experience yesterday morning and if I wasn’t leaving Orlando at 6am I would definitely go back!
First off, I walked in and was greeted with a smile and sat down right away. Minutes later, my waitress Rita brought me some amazing coffee (perfect taste and temperature)… I like cream in my coffee, which she brought, but I liked that there was a little bowl of a bunch of different flavored cream packets, nice touch!
Now, for the main attraction… THE FOOD! I ordered the «farmers choice» and man, never knew it was so damn good to eat like a farmer lol. The farmers choice came with 2 eggs cooked to order, hashbrowns or home fries (get the home fries, so good), bacon/​sausage/​ham– I got the bacon extra crispy (A+), and 3 pancakes (or 2 slices of French toast).
Let me tell you… This breakfast was perfect and left me stuffed for only $ 8.99! *jaw drops* this is one of the first chain breakfast places I’ve been that cooks bacon the way it should be cooked. amazing potatoes, fluffy pancakes. I’ll definitely be craving this until the next time I return to Orlando.

Delicious! I always love eating here. Also they’re the only restaurant that’s EVER cooked my bacon exactly how I want it on the first try. For that alone, I give them five stars. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be.

The only thing I can say about this place is they were busy (at least looked busy, there were plenty of open tables) and no one was standing around. That being said we waited for almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were waiting to be seated. The family that was waiting before us had been there 10 minutes and they decided to just leave. Finally an older lady came to seat us asked «2?» And grabbed menus but never said another word so we waited and she comes back and waves us over with a not so pleasant look in her face and points at the table. As we sat for 8 minutes or so without even a waiter coming over we noticed the family sitting next to us looked like they had ordered but did not have drinks or anything and no one came to their table the time we were there, so we up and left. Went to IHOP just down the street. Let me just say we walked in @ 8:19pm and were finished and leaving @ 8:49.
Another bad thing about this Bob Evans was they had absolutely no lights on in the parking lot.

We where there with a party of 6, and 3 kids. Good real food, good price, friendly staff. Whats more do you need?

I really wish this was closer to home (Dracut, MA) It was better than IHOP and DENNYS and the waitress we had was awesome. Delecious ! Best place for breakfast off the highway

Being from Phoenix, AZ, we have no prior dining experience at Bob Evans. I will compare our experience with what we’ve had with IHOP.
Location — This location is very clean. It is fairly accessible from the 192. Enough available parking.
Wait — We ate here twice. Saturday morning @ 9:30a, we had a less than 5 min wait. Monday morning @ 9:30a, also a quick wait.
From order to table — This was where I took away some stars. It took a significant long time to prepare our food.
Service — Excellent. Kept my cup full of coffee. Friendly staff.
Price — Reasonable. Doesn’t feel overpriced at all.
Overall: Slighlty preferred over IHOP based on food quality.

Were seated with no silverware. Waited and waited — asked for coffee — still nothing. Told the greeter we would be leaving — reply was «ok». I am real disappointed.

This morning was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant ever! They quite literally couldn’t even make toast correctly. Stay way from this Bob Evens at all cost. Do you really want to trust them with your food if toast is a challenge for them?

We came in for breakfast and whilst it took quite a while for the breakfast to be served due to a confusion on a special order. The manager quickly made it right for us and although we were quite rude to them especially the waitress (because we were starving and waited a long time just to get the wrong food, etc). Everybody still was so friendly throughout that we were compelled to apologize for being so hard on them. All in all the food was great and the service superb!

Been here before always excellent service and food. This time they forgot to give me silverware lol. Food still great.

Great place to come and eat breakfast to get you energized for the long day at the parks. Food was good here and came out fast. It was also right by our hotel so we didnt even need to drive far, could have walked actually if I knew if was that close.
Coffee was good, not watered down. Service was good and friendly. They constantly checked up on us to see if we needed a coffee refill or anything else.
Food tasted great, we all enjoyed our breakfast and were on our way.

Horrible service! I’ve never received service like I did tonight. First it started with the waitress «Mundy J», spilling a little lemonade on my phone because she was passing it across the table. It wasn’t a lot, but it’s a phone, you would think she would show some emotion by spilling fluid on someone’s phone. My son ordered his food with grits, but this breakfast restaurant stops serving grits at 11am. I order the homemade chips, nacho style, and asked to omit the red onions. She brought them out as just chips with cheese sauce on top. When I asked about the jalapeños she shrugged her shoulders and said «yep we don’t have them.» I sent this back and didn’t eat them. I also ordered soup and asked if they still had some. She never mentioned my soup nor brought it out. I basically ate my other son kids meal. We asked for the check and tell her to make sure the soup isn’t on it, she again says «nonchalantly», «oh we don’t have enough soup either. We don’t have nothing tonight». We get the check and the soup was still on it. I’ve never experienced this kind of service at this restaurant in any state. Not to mention «Mindy J» was in the bathroom with my daughter and I and walked out without washing her hands. If you go there, please make sure she isn’t your server.

I grew up in Ohio, where Bob Evans originates, which means this place tastes like weekend mornings growing up.
Service was excellent, from the host to our server. We were well-​taken care of and our special tweaks to our orders were handled appropriately. Food was good and served quickly.
It was a nice distance from the hotel where we were staying, which was a perk. We wanted to escape some of the tourist trap/​resort hell, and this was the perfect antidote to that.

Very slow service and the food is just not very good. We don’t have any Bob Evans in AZ and we won’t miss it. We usually eat here when we come to Orlando, but we don’t need to again. Even the ice water tastes bad.

So it’s a Bob Evans chain restaurant. I know– a bit boring for an Orlando vacation. The good– my son said, «This is just like our Bob Evans back home.» As a chain, that means success. Brand uniformity in menu, décor, and quality of food. Second, kids eat free on Tuesday. After paying theme park prices, that is also welcome.
As for the overall experience, my water glass and coffee cup were empty more than I would have liked. One of the two kids breakfasts did not come out with the rest of the meal, and they didn’t bring jelly or honey for the biscuits. It wasn’t terribly crowded that Tuesday night, so I kind of expected better. But the lower wallet pain, and low crowd level was a welcome change from the hurry up and wait of the theme park jungle. So not bad, not the best, but the kids were happy. So that counts for a lot.

Had steak and eggs which looked amazing but my eggs were ice cold and they burnt my toast the server was nice he brought me more eggs but they were scrambledand my toast came when I was finished eating lol but the manager came by and handled it well by taking my order off the check

Amerikanisches Essen. Der Smokehouse-​Burger ist Weltklasse, der Ice-​Tea eher mittelmäßig.
