1st off the kid bartender seemed to have a bad attitude. He wasn’t welcoming as he should be considering this is likely a tourist area. I had to wait too long to settle my bill and the guy beside me showed some annoyense that he had to wait too long to order. It wasn’t busy. I ordered a burger. It was good but we waited far too long to receive our order. The server did her job but I guess there was a problem with the kitchen. Someone in my party ordered a brisket sandwich. Apparently it tasted fine but I’ve never in my life had a brisket sandwich that was chunks of beef like the one they served her.

I like smokey bones mostly for their drinks, in which I could not indulge as my current state equals pregnant. My second favorite thing here(as well as the only thing I’ve ever had) is the veggie burger. It is really quite tasty and is reminiscent of a Boca Burger. That may be what they use. Be aware that it comes with two patties so it is incredibly filling. I only eat half with no sides and it leaves me a little fuller than I normally like to be. I’m grossed out by biting off of a sandwich and putting it in the refrigerator for germs to marinate so I take one for the team. My husband got a build your own combo option with chicken breast, chicken fingers, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. He could not finish it either. Huge servings, good prices. I’ll also add that they have multiple side items for young children so you’re not stuck with fries. The only thing thing I didn’t enjoy was the judgey eyes of the other patrons as my son fed himself half of a grilled cheese sandwich. He’s very small but he’s way past the food introductory stage. He can even use a fork. I won’t hold that against the restaurant but I just needed to get that off of my chest. Thanks for listening lol.
