Not like other Arby’s… The roast beef is generally tossed together quickly and with little care. The chicken is poorly battered, low in quality, and overcooked. The sewer smell by the soda fountain pretty much sums it all up. Never a line or many people eating inside, sitting area should be cleaner given the low traffic. There will be a long line next door at Chicfila and still no one goes to this place. It’s like everyone knows, just pass on this place.

This place is always dead. I was going to snap a shot the other night from the Right-Of-Way. The picture would have shown the business at Chick-Fil-A compared to Arby’s. I love Arby’s and have been visiting the Six Forks Road location for years, big difference in service and customer base.
I believe this location could use a facelift and possibly new management?
Recently I purchased roast beef sandwiches for my girls and Mother, made them all sick.

The food is good, but the drive-thru is horrible. Every time I order mozzarella sticks, I’m asked to pull forward and wait. Every time. What’s the point of having s drive-thru if you can’t prepare the food quick enough. I suppose it’s a testament to the fact the mozzarella sticks are made when ordered, but having to wait 5 minutes each time is a big inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience trying to drive-thru and get some of Arby’s usually good fast food. Not only were we asked to pull around front for our order (3 chicken tenders, chicken sandwich and fries), but after waiting 7 minutes (yes, I was counting due to having a cranky 2-yr old in the back seat), turns out they forgot the fries. Having to make a u-turn after not discovering until back out on 64, the employees then seemed to catch an attitude that I would come back for the missing french fries. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this location, and may avoid all Arby’s for a good bit, as there are definitely other options.

This is a really nice newish Arby’s. The fast food places seem to be making an effort to make their new locations attractive. The food has been fine every time we’ve been there. I like Arby’s sandwiches better than most other fast food places. This location has always been clean, and another plus – this is one of the few Arby’s that has raspberry iced tea on their soda fountain!
