Buffalo Wild Wings

I was in the mood for wings so I called BW3 to place a take out order… well, I called 4 times over 20 minutes, allowing the phone to ring 12 to 15 times each. No one at BW3 bothered to answer the phone so they obviously are making so much money that they don’t care to receive take out orders so I will be going somewhere that wants my business enough to answer the phone.

There are larger wings to be found elsewhere. One particular experience has pushed this place down to a last resort for us; We arrived and business was slow. The bar seating had about 5 seats open — only 2 of us should be plenty of room. NOPE– according to the bartender they were saved for customers smoking. We accommodated Him by sitting at a table instead. A group of bikers came in and he denied them the seats as well… They ended up leaving as we should have done. We were there for close to an hour and by the time we paid our check, the supposed customers that were smoking had still not come back. Needless to say we felt slighted and are in no hurry to give this place our cash!

Food tastes just okay… but the service is so bad, I’m torn as to whether to give this 1 less star. I actually complained about the service after the second time I went here because it was bad both times, but so much worse the second time. It was a pretty slow night and we were there early. Our poor waitress burned her hand, and no one came to take care of us and pick up the slack for over an hour while we waited to tell them we were ready for dessert, and the check didn’t come for another 45 minutes after that. So they sent me gift certificates for free food, and I told them we still would not be back because we were THAT disgusted. Well one day I decided to get an order to-​go just to get that free food but not have to sit through the misery… they still managed to botch our order and give us the complete wrong things which were cold, and it took forever to do it. I will NEVER ever be back at this horrid place.

My daughter’s birthday and she wanted BWW. We told our waitress and she says «Sorry, birthday song is trademarked.» Didn’t even bother to tell my kid happy birthday. Second time with horrible service here and won’t be coming back.

Like a lot of people said here, they often mess up the orders, and when they do, they are very unapologetic. I placed an order for pickup once and they missed a part of the order, I called in and they said I had to come back to the store, and it was like midnight. I didn’t feel like it. But their attitude was the the bigger problem, never apologized. Another time I called in, they said the waiting time is gonna be 30 min, I said «Wow that’s longer than usual», the first thing they said was «Yeah, you wanna delete the order?» Lol. Not sure if they need customers here.

Ordered online. Picked it up and came home. Garlic mushroom was missing. Called store. Manager said she can’t find my receipt nor my record. Talking about bring the receipt to the store back. Was 11:30pm. Didn’t feel like drive back and forth 1hr. I have both paper receipt and online ordered email. How bullshit is this???

Love their choice of sauces and usually by them bottled to take home and cook with. BUT every time I eat at BWW (Knightdale) I am sick to my stomach about an hour later. Too much grease? I don’t know, but I rarely eat here anymore.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain. Having said that, they don’t outshine local businesses but they have a good amount of draft beer for the choosing. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable about the selection. The wings are ok. Not terrible but I have had better.

Service was fast and pleasant, drinks and refills came quickly, and the food was tasty. We’ve now been to this location three times, and the experience is consistently good. My kids love the idea of using the tablets to interact with other patrons playing games.

Food is good, as usual. Beer is expensive and the service is hit or miss. We love it here anyway.

Nice staff, but it was freezing! This is the 3^rd time I’ve been here and if your okay feeling like your dining in a refrigerator this is the place for you!

Decided to give this place another shot, this time dining in instead of ordering takeout. While I will say our waitress was especially nice, she still got our order wrong, and the wings were still dry and under-​sauced, even after specifically asking for extra sauce on them.

Food here is as awful as the service. It’s amazing this BWW is still in business. Do your self a favor and drive to the Mexican place behind it.

My wife, my 38 year old youngest son, and myself were first timers for lunch. It was sports bar and manly atmosphere. Service was great and very helpful for our first time. It was boneless Thursday and my wife and I got the small size boneless. We tried different sauces and everything was tastyyyy. Our son got regular large size wings. He was a happy man. At 6 foot 5 inches it is a good thing to have a fed and happy baby boy. Ha! We will be back on a Tuesday next time for wings special. Long ride from Kittrell area but really worth it!

These reviewers are whack.
A) It’s a freaking sports bar themed restaurant — it’s going to be kind of loud.
B) It’s a hot spot so people are coming and you can never, as a manager, exactly predict your stores volume.
C) I’ve never had bad food nor poor service in the many times I’ve been there.
If you’re out to talk or have a quiet evening, go somewhere else. If you’re here for food, beer, loud talking, and sport events — come on in!

I must start by saying don’t believe the reviews. Bre our server was amazing! She checked on us, but not in a pushy way!
My son ordered a build your own burger and it was ok considering we was in a wing place! Our table ordered wings and the flavor was just right the sauce was evenly distributed on the wings. Most of all for a family like ours from the time we walked in until we left we was treated with respect!!!
Everyone including the manager assisted with all tables. No one gave the generic,“let me get your waiter/​waitress” line that I despise!
The restaurant wasn’t packed, however all staff members remained busy. Although waiters/​waitresses didn’t have tables of their own they assisted on top of cleaning the restaurant! Yes, they were cleaning, actually earning their wages and keeping up with the cleanliness of the restaurant! Also, March madness is a big thing in this area, the restaurant has brackets posted in the lobby area for all to see who is currently playing as well as links so that those who wish to participate in the festivities can do so with ease.

Good food. Great atmosphere. The staff was friendly as well. I enjoyed myself. Would definitely go again.

Good wings and well priced lunch specials, but sauce is unevenly coated on just the tops of the wings and all the sauces I’ve tried are too tangy.

Out of the beer of the month and celery? Really??? Two things you know you sell a lot of…
Food wise:
Try the flatbread pizzas, the spinach and chicken is delicious.
Wings are good, get them crispy for the crunch you expect. Definitely good to have a wide range of flavors including new margarita, Carmel and ghost pepper flavors.
Downfall that no one mentions, big beer is the same price of regular. Ie if mich ultra is on special the large and regular are both $ 4!

We live around the corner and sometimes my hubby wants wings so I will do a pickup. Last week I called four times to place an order and no one answered. Finally on my way there someone picked up. I think the price is really high for the amount of wings you actually get and they are never friendly in there.
