I use the online ordering and pick up either inside or the drive-​thru. The service is always great. The people are happy and polite. My order is always right. One time when something did go wrong, they more than made up for it.

Ate here for the first time since moving to nc and I agree with my son much better than bojangles — the service was quick and the food was good not greasy :)

For a fast food place, I have to say Zaxby’s is one of the better options in the area. I like the little nibbler sandwiches with the Zaxby sauce.

It is what it is. If you are expecting a fine dining experience, you will be disappointed. That being said, Zaxby’s is in our usual rotation. Too slow for fast food, fast for a nice sit down restaurant. The wait can be a bit long at times depending on who is working evidently. Of all of the times that I have been there, I very seldom see the same employees. The tenders are decent, and the wings are ok. The Caesar Salad used to be good, but I have not ordered one in quite some time. I do not know what they put in the «Zax Sauce» but it must be addictive!!! I find myself wanting to go back just for the Zax Sauce. My only advice, don’t go expecting a great experience, and you probably won’t be disappointed.

I was really shocked!!! I ordered a blu zalad & omg it was nasty. The salad was not fresh & they 4got my Texas toast

Pretty decent on Wednesday nights atleast, kids eat for free! They don’t clean the tables between patrons very oftens, you have to pick off the fat, etc from the edges of your fried chicken, that’s expected. For my wife, two kids and I it cost $ 13~ for a big meal, not bad!
