Great food nice carhops fast service. love the location very convenient to my house. my motzeralla sticks were hot and my milkshake was perfect… love this location

Okay… so I may be expecting to much from a hamburger joint, but after u order two separate times and both times they get your burger wrong this is ridiculous! Took the first one to my kid at home then ordered again. So after we leave I call the place after I get down the road and opened it and its wrong too! Spoke to Mr. Lacey who claimed to be «one» of the managers. He apologized and said they had made close to 3 thousand burgers that day. Mr. Lacey i appreciate the apologies, but the two times I ordered you got it wrong that means you got my order wrong 100% of the time. And I don’t care how many burgers you make. I just would like mine the way I ordered it. The sad thing is when I got the window I again confirmed with the person at the window how I wanted it. Sigh…

This Sonic is mostly good but can be hit or miss some days. They have gotten better than when they first opened this location and it’s the better than the two nearby Locations out in Broadway.
My only complaints would be they are inconsistent and confusing with extra charges like what is an extra flavor in a drink or which drinks come with cherries or not. Cherries are a big deal to preschoolers! 99% of employees are friendly and food is great most of the time and when it’s not it still tastes good just isn’t as nice looking. I don’t ever recall then getting an order wrong except maybe a drink once.
They also keep running out of tot toys. When they have the special tot toys for the kids meals, they run out and also they run out of the «under 3» baby tot toys.
