This was the single worst dining experience my family & I have ever had at any Cracker Barrel. We were seated quickly & the food was fine, but the service & dining experience was abhorrent. The menus looked like germ warfare starter kits. While our server fawned & fussed over a table directly adjacent to ours(I was waiting to see if she was going to cut their meat & spoon feed them), it took her over half an hour to refill a glass of water for my VERY pregnant daughter– while apparently completely forgetting our meal order. Two vegetable plates, a Sunday Special(fried chicken plate) & a child’s shrimp plate? Almost 2 hours from order to service :0. While I’ll still count on Cracker Barrel for reasonably priced, decent family dinners, I will NEVER spend another dime at this location.

We got seated 5 minutes after we arrived tonight which is a great wait since Cracker Barrel can get fairly busy. Our waitress, Caroline, got our orders & was friendly. We both got the campfire summer special. I got Campfire Chicken & my mom got Campfire Beef & we each had an order of cornbread. It came out nice & hot. Both the chicken & beef were great. It’s a bit disappointing they only serve these meals in summertime. When we placed a to go order, that’s when things went a bit downhill. Our waitress didn’t bring us any drink refills until we asked & it took us a while to get the refills after asking. We wanted to get a campfire chicken or beef to go but were told they ran out of them. I always think it’s a little strange when restaurants run out of food; especially for their specials. So we instead got grilled chicken tenderloins & it took awhile for us to get that & a couple pieces of Coke-A-Cola cake to go. Food was wonderful, hot & tasty but the service tonight could have been better. A bit of slow service won’t stop me from coming back here though since the food is always great.

We were waited on fairly quickly upon our arrival and provided drinks, which order the waitress, Yvette, got wrong. After a difficult ordering process, when we explained that we were in a hurry, we waited for over 40 minutes for Yvette to even bring bread and drink refills. When she did bring food, she again got the order wrong. She then handed the hot plates to us rather than setting the plates in front of us, in spite of the fact that there was plenty of room to maneuver around the table. It was 50 minutes before all the food arrived. In all, this was a very negative experience. Loving Cracker Barrel as I do, I’m so very disappointed.

Of course the country food is good. Breakfast is the best. Southern home style dinners. Staff was nice and kept our glasses full. Always a good choice.

Terrible. The place had dirty, sticky, grubby finger prints from the art work on wall to the filthy chairs and the nasty ladies room. Service was slow, my order was wrong(salad dressing on the side. .how hard is that to screw up?) and the food tasted bland/processed when it did finally arrive. Avoid. I refused to speak to the manager because I don’t want a comped meal from a place that freakin’ gross *shudders*

They NEVER have vegetable soup, a staple of the Cracker Barrel franchise. This is the only one I’ve ever been to where it’s not an every day or at least once a week option. Other than that it’s good.

I will warn that Cracker Barrel is not my favorite place to eat. The food is decent, it’s not adventurous, but good when you want something simple and familiar. For what the food is I think it’s somewhat expensive, but many don’t mind paying for it. As Cracker Barrels go this is a good one. Service is polite and fast. If you ask something well done it will be well done, if you ask for a substitution it will be done correctly. Never had a cold plate here(other Cracker Barrels have a habit of sending out cold food– Alcoa I’m looking at you! And for something I can make at home for a fraction of the cost I do expect warm food!) Luckily this is the CB I visit most often, and they make it worth my time and money.

This store is clean and nearby my house. If you go ask for Dawn. She is a great server! I love the weekday lunch specials!

This is a really good Cracker Barrel, they all are of a similar feel but the wait staff and service here is just really friendly and the food is served with a smile.
