Learn the friggn details of your job lady!!!

It’s an OK Starbucks but it is crowded and countertops are sticky and unclean. They put my straw down right on a gross sticky spot. Ugh. Also ran out of lemon pound cake by 3:30. Aside from that, service is fine and drinks taste fine.

Looking surprised when we ask for porcelain cups and gets upset because we asked for a glas of water when we get the coffee and tell us to ask for it when we order. Will do my best to avoid this chain in the future.

Very convenient, clean and friendly barista! There are about 4 seating tables and chairs inside the store. More seating available outside the store though. If u r looking for a reasonable, ordinary, convenient coffee on your vacation, this is the place to go! Don’t waste extra$ for a coffee at the hotel!

I get excited when I head to Hawaii for one thing at Starbucks, it’s the coconut frapp! I had it in Maui and fell in love, reunited and it feels so good! Good location in Waikoloa near our Marriott hotel. Staff was super friendly as always!

I come to the location every 8 weeks and it’s always a 2 – 3 star, today it was on point! Tim slid over to help support the bar instead of standing at his register!

Service was fast, lots of customers but they got us in and out in no time. Drinks were great as well. Friendly staff.

This is a smaller store in the Queens Marketplace in the Waikoloa resort area of the Kohala Coast on the Big Island. They are very attentive and the line moves quickly. They have most newspapers with the exception of the New York Times. Their selection of pastries and breakfast items are the same as most other Starbucks. The store manager also stopped by my table to take a quick survey as to their operation here. Good service and a clean store!

We came here for my free birthday drink for using the membership card! You can have any drink you want! So, of course, I go online to find the best drink for me on their secret menu! Yes, they have a secret menu! Oops, might not be so secret anymore! Haha! I got a Thin Mint Frap! And it was awesome how the girl worker automatically knew I wanted the biggest one, the venti! The place was clean, the workers were nice, but my only complaint is that it’s a bit small. Good thing we got there in time, because the seats ran out quickly!

You expect a certain standard when you enter a Starbucks. Although I feel like the staff here tries really hard, there are two major points that results in this disappointing rating. 1. No bathrooms. You are directed to bathrooms in the shopping center BUT those bathrooms are not open at 6am. I was on a big morning walk and stopped in for a refreshing treat. Then I had to use the potty before the big walk back to the hotel but no restrooms were available. Not acceptable for a coffee shop. 2. The were always out of something I wanted. First the were out of cold brew for about 5 days. Then they were out of coconut(which is part of their signature drink in Hawaii) for over a week. I can understand if they were out of perishable food items but this seemed unacceptable. After several frustrating attempts here, I decided to drive 5miles up the road to Mauna Lani to go to Kimobean coffee.

Great Starbucks experience. The manager Tim and his crew provided a delicious beverage and wonderful customer service. Already looking forward to my next visit!

A modest Starbucks which is perfect if you’re staying in Waikoloa. Stopped here on the way to a conference for my morning espresso fix and also ordered an Oprah Chai Latte for the road. My drinks were good but it was quite busy at 8:30am so don’t expect to get out of there in less than five minutes if you’re in a rush. Although this isn’t a «local» coffee shop, which is always my preference, this is a convenient option before you hit the road. Sometimes you just need a few sips of corporate branded consistency to get your morning going…

The drink were on par, the service and energy was not. Maybe we came at a bad time, but it seemed like everyone working was pissed off or something. I could almost taste the bad energy in the air. Awkward.

Yup. Starbucks on the Big Island of Hawaii. Well for most it’s the best of both worlds. You get you cake /frapp and paradise too! The usual Starbucks menu will put you at ease. The cool drinks will chill the hot humid temps and put a smile on your face. Free wifi /they take the app too. Only thing that would put it over the top is a drive thru — haha. Oh and I gave it a solid 5 stars for using local Kona coffee here!

My wife and I love Starbucks. I just recently started to get the decaf flat white and love the the smooth taste! My wife likes hers with coconut milk!

They advertised a coconut mocha Frappuccino… I believe this is a local flavor as I haven’t noticed it elsewhere. I tried to order my usual iced black tea lemonade. They were out of stock on lemonade because they didn’t receive their order. Can’t really fault them for Hurricane Ana related issues, but that meant walking out without a drink :(!

Regular Starbucks. Not much room for long line. It could get congested. We came to this Starbucks twice during this time. It is conveniently located at Queens Market Place.

This Starbucks location is the best coffee spot in the area(somewhat sad considering the Big Island is known for Kona Coffee). The employees are friendly and pleasant, and the drinks come out really quickly! They also still have the old pastries(which were a nice treat and break from the nasty La Boulange ones back home!). As usual, great place for your morning coffee fix.
