The staff is super friendly and efficient but the WI-​FI CONNECTION IS TERRIBLE. This is the third time I’ve been here for a late lunch and all I want to do is sit in the corner, eat my lunch and do some work while drinking the FANTASTIC ICED TEA. but I can’t get any internet connection. Please fix this or I’ll have to start frequenting Panera.

A different location this time. Also the same deliciousness and wide range of selection. They never say no to any requests to add /​delete stuff. Great tasting cheese tortilla soup and delicious chipotle chicken sandwich. Will be first choice at any other location also.

It’d not really a deli. It’s Panerra Bread knock-​off.
The place was busy… even so, the people working seemed a little unorganized. The manager’s need to get more people to clean up. There seemed to be no one cleaning up the tables. I stood by a dirty table waiting for it to be cleaned for almost 5 minutes. I see staffing problems and a need for stronger management.
The sandwiches were OK. I ordered a vegitarian sandwich. I was surprised that it didn’t have beans sprouts on it (I should have read the menu better). I was also surprised that the sandwiche was so small. The portions for all the other sandwiches seemed large except for mine. The chicken tortilla soup was good. It had nice texture and a little heat at the end. So, the soup saved the day.
I wonder if the soup is outta a jar or home made?

SLOW!!! Last time I waited 20 minutes for my meal before getting a manager who blamed me for waiting so long. No it is your fault you forgot my food, it is my fault for coming here. Food is over priced for what you get. I would not recommend, I think this was my last time to eat there.
