I order Panera often for our business, in multiple locations throughout the United States. That being said, I am used to different issues here and there… but Panera Kokomo you take the cake.
There is no excuse for the UNRELIABLE phone system (Prepare to be disconnected at least 10 times before you can get through to anyone) nor the lack of professionalism & attentiveness to catering orders/your patrons.
We will not be placing catering orders to this location in the future. Very disappointed.

Just as good as any Panera except with better bagels. I don’t know why, but they have the best bagels of any Panera I’ve been to. They will also correct any order placed online that is not correct.

I’m not sure if we just hit this location on an off night, or if this is the new normal since the bypass on US-31 around Kokomo has been completed.
We were on our way through and stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday night around 7 pm. Ordered four bowls of soups for the family. All of the soup seemed very thick, and tasted slightly off. I’m guessing they had been sitting in the warming pot for a long time. The cheddar broccoli looked more brown than yellow. And the baguettes were very hard. So hard, in fact, that my children couldn’t bite through the crust.
I ordered the avocado cobb salad. While the flavor was as expected, I did find a number of romaine leaves with brown edges in the salad.
We are big Panera fans, and to me, I think these issues could be remedied with some additional quality control.

Horrible visit thru the drive thru. Back to work and the order incorrect… after inquiries from the drive thru staff of no less than four about what I had ordered. Croutons should have been thrown away last week. Tossed the soup and nibbled on the flatbread sandwich. No apple… bread instead… followed the soup. Should have stayed at work, bought a coke and had peanut butter crackers from the vending maching. $ 10. shot to hell.
