Best customer service Ive ever received at a Mc Donalds. Thats all i can say.
Food was also great.

Came here in a pinch. I had a sleeping baby in the car and I couldn’t get out and was starving one day. This is was my only option. I’m usually a health food junkie so eating Mc D’s gives me the guilties.
I ordered my go to (when I go to Mc Donald’s) filet o fish easy tartar sauce, medium fries, and bottled water. It’s hard for me to say it but I liked it. The workers who worked the drive-​thru were friendly. If I ever am in tight spot again at least I have this option.

The employees at this Mc Donalds are by far the best in the chain and often consistent with fast, friendly and efficient service drive thru or walk in. The only concern I have is with the drive thru specifically the yellow guard post on the drive thru driveway. The first post is out of alignment with the other post lined up on the drive thru driveway. The first one is closer to the building while the rest are out farther. This may cause inattentive drivers to scrape the side of their cars and cause expensive damage to the vehicle.
Anyway, love the coffee here. I know it ain’t starbucks, but it wakes me up!

Was at this location over the weekend… ordered combo #4 breakfast (double sausage mcmuffin with hash and orange juice).
Sausage was overcooked and dry. Never had that happen before at a McD’s.
Then they have that ugly vinyl window print of a guacamole burger on the window… photo and photoshop skills are super tacky.

I have been coming to this Mc Donald’s about three times a week for my breakfast Oatmeal for the last 4 years. I have read most of the negative reviews and I can’t believe you people are talking about the same place. I went this morning again which prompted me to write this review. These workers are the best and are no comparison to any other Mc Donalds. Always happy always smiling and they always get my order right. All other restaurants should model theirs after this one. Thank you La Canada Flintridge Mac Donalds lol. Keep up the great work

This is a horrible location my husband and I went on Sunday and the girl was a rude beep she gave us attitude ordering and then she made sure our meal was a mess. But then again she is working at mc Donald’s

I have been following efforts by McDonald’s to improve the bottom line, eg breakfast all day and dual drive-​thru lanes. My suggestion is, improve the food. I tried the supposedly premium steakhouse sirloin burger expecting a juicy burger, it was a hockey puck. Competing with Habit, Hook and In’n’Out, it’s the food that counts.

This is a really good Mickey D’s. It’s exceptionally clean and the counter staff is extremely friendly and helpful. M’s menu has changed for the healthier lately and if your trying to eat healthy you can… But OMG there are just moments when I break down to nostalgia and do a QP with cheese and large fries and it’s nirvana!

I think the people who work here are kinda «touched» (3.26.15 Approx. 9:30pm) first off Id like to say I’m not a big McDonald’s person but I come to this one on occasion because I like to believe it’s better/​fresher/​cleaner than the rest. I tried to order just a basic classic crispy chicken sandwich for my sister but I guess McDonald’s doesn’t make that anymore. The cashier had to ring me up for a bacon ranch crispy chicken sandwich and subtract. Weird. Then I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and asked for a bunch of bbq and sweet and sour sauce… I got one of each. I got two sauces for 20 chicken nuggets. Thanks! You idiot! The fries were cold. The girl who gave me my food (has been working there two weeks) couldn’t figure out how to work the soda machine. It’s annoying they weren’t even busy. You should be able to give me hot fast food and extra sauces. It’s not that complicated. I don’t want to call anyone out or be mean but really. Really! Wow. It’s just incompetence. If you’re gonna do a job so it to the best of your ability or don’t do it at all. The end.

THE ONLY MCDONALDS I EVER GO TO
I’m not a big fan of McDonalds but the reason is generally not a complaint about the food. When you go to any McDonalds you pretty much know exactly what you are going to get so there really aren’t any surprises or a reason to complain about it. For me a place like this is all about convenience.
What sets this McDonalds apart in my opinion is always the efficiency of the service and that speaks to good management. When I am on the road and I want a quick meal be it at a Taco Bell or McDonalds the biggest single complaint I usually have is them getting the order wrong, but this place has always gotten my order correct.
HERE IS A TIP FOR TRAVELERS:
When traveling north on the 210 freeway if you exit at Foothill Blvd and make a left turn the McDonalds will be on your right. Go through the drive in and you will be in and out within just a few minutes. After getting your food make a right turn on Foothill blvd and procede to the next intersection which is Gould Ave— make a right turn — and then you can pick up the 210 North Bound again and be on your way — the ramp will be directly ahead on your left. This McDonalds is the perfect pit stop for food when you are heading out of town on the weekend to points north.

I stop by the McD drive through for breakfast but the cashier didn’t even say good morning or hello that was very rude because the commercial were saying how excited people and when they get McDonald’s but this is not the case

I can’t stand that drive thru! I’m ALWAYS yelling in order to be heard over that fwy noise! I wish something could be done about that. Also I noticed lately that the fries don’t taste as good as before. I used to LOVE their fries, but now I’m starting to dislike them. Maybe that’s a good thing… diet wise…

Breakfast on the weekend should be till Noon…
I don’t know why McD’s hasn’t changed their Breakfast hours for 30 years or more.
The kids are always so disappointed when we just miss that 20:30 cut off time.
We love you McD’s but we really would love a lter Breakfast hours at least on the weekends.

4.5 stars for cleanliness.
We stopped for the Playhouse to stretch Koa’s legs. This was a nice, clean establishment. Even the yellow garbage cans in the kids area were immaculate. Kudos!

This particular McDonalds has become the go-​to place for all the local moms, grandmas, nannies, and gossip clubs to come to. While their kids play in the Playplace, they sometimes spend more than 3+ hours gossiping away with their friends on one cup of coffee. Some moms even bring picnic food (they have no shame). Then after school is out (around 2 or 3pm) all the local high schoolers whose parents forgot to pick them up invade this place. They take out their laptops, smartphones, and tablets to watch YouTube and play video games (with Free Wifi). So you got the old mom gossip club in the back and the young delinquents in the front. All of this equals great business for this McDonald’s. It’s almost never empty. Service is decent. But with so many kids running around, it’s hard to keep the entire area clean. They make a good effort.

I personally really like this McDonalds, maybe because I’m used to unclean and unfriendly places in LA. This place is clean, has nice interior and a kids playground. The area on Foothill is nice with flowers and trees too.
The best thing about this place is the lattes and coffee. I don’t really get why different McDonalds have different tastes of coffee when I’m sure its the same beans and the same measurements. But definitely there is a difference here that stands out. So if you want a good latte, come to this location.
I’ve been here a couple times, but today, it seemed like the manager was at the register. He was very kind with a warm smile, and the food came out super fast and accurately. We didn’t even have to step away to wait, it just all came out right away.
Overall, being from LA and still coming all the way here for some McDs must say something about this place :)

This McDonalds drive through was horrible.
The drive through was ridiculous to get to because of its location. The fries were not hot at all. They got my order incorrect twice while ordering, and then STILL gave me the wrong order. I was home by the time I realized their mistake.
As I looked at the lifeless pieces of brownish matter, I noticed they gave me something with bacon. I bit into the sandwich and almost chipped a tooth on one of the strips of bacon…
Not Jojo approved, and won’t be coming back.

This is the McDonald’s of my childhood and boy has it changed. No longer the dump where I would skip many a school day. This place got supersized!
The location has the latest in McDonald’s interior designs with flat screen galore so you can see their advertising in HD!!! And did I mention that this location has a Play Palace? No? Well, it does. Full on ball pit and everything!
And the wifi works, perfect for any teenager or senior citizen to loiter. Oh yeah! Daddy likes!
Oh, they have food too. #supersizeit #chickennuggies

Incompetent workers — guy straight up open the women restroom door to see if anyone was inside. I was in the middle of walking to the sink, he looked right at me, DID NOT APOLOGIZE, and closed the door — what the eff… ever heard of knocking? Esp when you’re an opposite gender, GET OUT!

The only thing I usually order here via the «Drive-​Up Window» are the lattes, smoothies for my son and Egg Mc Muffins on occasion. This location just got a new expresso machine recently because the last one was out of commission for awhile.
I would probably rate this McDonald’s one more star if decaf was an option. I try not to order any of the deep fried stuff for common sense health reasons. The service is always good.
