La Conner Sips

This place is so cute. The owner is so beautiful inside and out. She hosted a wonderful event the other night. I will definitely come back with my husband, baby and dog and drink wine here

Great wines, friendly hostess. Right on the water, you can sit on the patio, relax and watch the boats go by. Free wifi is another plus. I really enjoyed my visit.

White wine was served warm. Bruschetta was tasty. Service slow. 2 of us had our drinks 10 min before the other two. Think the there are some kinks that need to be worked out. Owners were nice and accommodating. I feel bad not giving a higher rating. However, I rely on Unilocal and feel I need to uphold the integrity of the app. Maybe just an off afternoon.

Nice deck. Staff had a difficult time adjusting my bill to reflect the Unilocal discount offer.

Great wine and cheese! New owner, very knowledgeable and sweet! Enjoyed our time! Came here a year ago and enjoyed our time but love the new owner and atmosphere! Dog friendly too!

How cute is this place? The owner is a gem and a totally sweetheart who is pouring (literally) some love and vino into the little town of La Conner. I hadn’t been in the area in years and the downtown strip of shops is revitalized along with a boardwalk that flanks the water. We wondered from shop to lunch to shops again and about 4 pm we thought: Wine tasting! We settled in for quite a deal. 5 bucks for 5 sips (about an ounce apiece) of whatever was open at this location.
The owner has a good palate and we liked what she had on hand. There’s a back bar with more seating, and they have live music sometime. I’m so glad to see the wine scene expanding in the area with this new addition. The more the merrier and for us drinkers — the more the motivation. With a few wine shops along this street I’m MUCH more tempted than before to make a visit and a day of it. Good on ya La Conner Sips: boosting the economy and my BAC at the same time!

My husband and I went there for wine tasting, and we were introduced to such variety of delicious wines! The lady who owns the wine bar was so friendly and informative! We will be back next time we visit La Conner!

Just great. Great atmosphere, great service, friendly. Definitely a must in La Conner.
Also note that the hours are a bit flexible (open longer), so if you’re not sure if they’re open — give them a call!

What a wonderful find in La Conner! Dave and Anna were so sweet and knowledgable about the wines and pairings! A really nice atmosphere and beautiful outdoor seating! I loved the whole experience and will defiantly be back to check out the afternoons/​evenings when they have music. If you love wine, great atmosphere and great people, do yourself a favor and check out this unique spot! You’ll find it’s not ostentatious, but very friendly and inviting.

A wonderful wine bar in old Downtown La Conner in which we visited after the tulip festival. This was by far the highlight of the day!
We were warmly welcomed by the owner who was very friendly and cheerful. We decided to sit on the back patio which is gorgeous on a sunny day. They had a guitarist playing which made it even that much better.
The wine selection was large and their appetizers were quite good. They seemed to be paired for the wine theme.
Overall a neat place in a neat town.

Outstanding location right on the water, very friendly and personable owners! Learned a lot about various wines and really enjoyed a peaceful evening on their waterfront patio!
