Jack In The Box

We sure miss this place in Chicago. They left in the 70’s. Their tacos are awesome! It was nice to revisit the great taste.

Only love this place because of the employee MAYRA. She’s made their work atmosphere fast and friendly! All the other workers including the managers are stuck up and rude! If you try to use any type of coupons it comes with 21 questions which should be against their policy and a big waste of time! Other than that when Mayra is working I know I’m getting a fresh sandwich and crispy fries. She does not complain or give attitude either and she looks very hardworking!

Didn’t even have a chance to park even though there were plenty of spots in the back.
Obviously it’s jack in the box and I do enjoy the food regardless of location, but the location sucks. Idiots with huge trucks and SUVs park in the tiniest parking lot and most of the cars there were SUVs. My main point, if you can’t drive a huge car why bother driving it. I couldn’t even make my way to the drive thru so I just left empty handed on my break.

I’ve never had a bad experience where the mess up my order or take too long. I consider that worthy of 5 stars when it comes to a fast food joint.

Five stars for a good burger, fresh and hot fries, and amazing customer service! I walked in, was greeted with a smile! Super rare at a fast food joint. I used a gift card, that for some reason didn’t read. I don’t recommend buying Jack gift cards because it seems like they cause lots of issues.
The manager came by to enter it by hand, and then it worked! They apologized for the inconvenience, and my food was ready for me in a few minutes! It was so delicious, which is weird because Jack in the Box usually pre-​prepares the food like everyone else. This is going to be the only one I go to when in town.

Been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes now… i have never had to wait so long for food. I could have sat down at a restaurant and ate by the time we have reached our food. So ridiculous. Won’t come again.

Got here! Got chicken nuggets which was really chicken strips only 4 pieces I thought I read it was 12pcs. What a jip. Got a Sourdough but realized it was a Chicken Club!!! Weird but food was still good but they should add more strips, 4 isn’t enough.

For a fast food joint, this jack in the box has done it well. Tastefully done, spacious dining area and clean/​well-​kept restroom. I dig the vacant/​not vacant door lock. They even try to bring your food to you with table numbers. Well stocked condiment area and friendly service. And my tacos and fries were fresh and super tasty! Didn’t even need ketchup! Air conditioning works great. If I’m in the area and need to eat junk food, I’ll be here again. Although the WiFi signal is weak, I’m here for fast food and they fully met my criteria for a good fast food meal. Just wish the chick before me had perfected the «pee *in* the toilet» technique. Bad!

First location that did not served me reheated or a overcooked meal. The burger was freshly made and they brought the food to my table. Not a big fan of this franchise, but it was walking distance from where I was that added convenience to my schedule. I would recommend this place compared to other locations, at least during this time of the day.

Idk I guess the cashier was just challenged. Asked for the minute maid, he gave me a coke. Asked for hot sauce and ketchup, didn’t give me either but did turn the bag of fries upside down that they were everywhere inside. Been here a couple times. The food was meh for JBX standards.

This jack in the box is great. Excellent customer service… i go there on my lunch. they are fast! Vargas is super nice… she has great customer service… give her a raise

This is the best Jack in the box in San Diego ! They are super fast and the food always is good ! Love the ice tea and service. Lupe is one of the best workers and is super friendly ! Love going there !

It’s Jack in the Box. You know what you are getting. The Drive thru on this one is very narrow.

Okay, today was one of those days when I had to have one of my favorite snacks to eat. It is a bad vice, but I had the craving.
I walked in and ordered a regular vanilla milkshake, NOT the new bacon shake, and a order of crispy onion rings. That is it. The milkshake was perfect: cold and thick and rich. (

I got to say, Jack In The Box makes some of the better fast food onion rings in my opinion. They were nice and crispy and the best part, you get a real steaming onion ring inside. Great stuff.
This particular Jack In The Box is not that large inside, but they make up for it with ample seating outdoors. I ate inside and I noticed the drive thru was quite busy. I wonder if they have been selling many bacon milkshakes?
So who invited onion rings any ways?

this is the best Jack n the box I have been to! Staff super nice and super clean location! We stopped here for a snack break and we had fun conversations with the manager and worker :) love it here!

This is my go to spot if I’m ever in the area. The line isn’t usually too bad but it’s worth it especially for the g. breakfst sand.
From the churros to those tiny little mouth watering cookies. I am a fan

I really like this place. Sure, it’s not grade A food. But it’s good. And it’s cheap. Good and cheap.
Sometimes two deep fried tacos for 99c just hits the spot.
And so does their chicken sandwich.
I used to be a fan of their Oreo cookie shakes until I had my 100^th. After that they just never tasted the same.
I also have to give props to Jack for being in so many convenient locations around San Diego.
You go Jack.

I used to live nearby and would frequent the local restaurants. I gave this Jack In The Box a fair shot, returning a few times, and it was always a nightmare. I often had to wait 10 – 20 minutes for my food in the drive-​thru (they would have me pull over and wait in the parking lot while they served people who were behind me). The got my order wrong more times than they got it right, and I never found out until I got home. I won’t be back.

Slightly above average Jack in The Box. By this I mean that it is cleaner than most locations, probability of getting order correct is higher, cashiers are competent, and food is prepared correctly. I enjoy a weekly breakfast, and an occasional salad or burger (often with a 2:1 coupon) Otherwise, it is still just fast food,

I don’t like fast food as a general rule and hadn’t gone to a Jack in the Box for well over a year but my husband wanted to stop here today so we did. I got the Sirloin Burger which did have a much larger portion of beef and was better than the usual JB burger but not worth going out of my way for, fries were same as always.
The real winner was the Cherry Chip Shake with whipped cream on top – very delicious, creamy. just the right amount of cherry flavor and especially refreshing on this unusually hot February day! I can highly recommend this shake to anyone who loves cherry flavor. Most places don’t carry it and this one will broprobably be a limited time offer so go treat yourself before they are gone! Bravo Gag-​in-​the-​Bag for getting something right!
