terrible service. the drive thru order take can be hard to deal with depending on who’s working there. the food quality is inconsistent. they always forget to give you napkins or ketchup so you have to remind them, adn they get angry if you do. sometimes i have to pull over and they take over 5 minutes to give me my food. this place needs to shut down or replace whoever is in charge. has to be one of the worst mcdonalds in san diego county.

Once again I only was given part of the order. Having drinks and bags handed to you at a speed to keep the line going I expect when the attendant says ‘Thank you!’ it should mean everything is in the bags. Nope. Once again mine was left out. Thank goodness I only get this for the grandchildren occasionally which will now be even less.

Horrible service and when I order a bacon and cheese burger I expect bacon and cheese. I got none.

My order took 21 minutes to complete. No acknowledgment or apology was made during the wait. I asked the manager on duty why such a long wait. Her response was she was short staffed. There were about 7 employees and only 3 other customers waiting after me and nobody in the drive thru. They had to remake my mcflurries because they melted from waiting on their back counter. The girl remaking the mcflurries had to get more Oreoes and sluggishly walked to the back to retrieve her bag of Oreo crumbs. I then asked why no apology or acknowledgement was given to customers while they were waiting and she just gave me a blank stare. I asked for her name and the corporate phone number and asked her to write it down. She takes a deep annoyed breath, writes it down and says«have a great day!» This location also had both drive thru monitors out of order and never even put a sign up for customers. People were waiting at the screen for several minutes before a young man came out to tell them to pull up to the window. From the outside, this location looks amazing and welcoming, but they need to coach the management and their staff with BASIC customer service skills.

Guilty pleasure? Check! I love this place. The lady that works food window at breakfast is a gem. She is very nice and pleasant. I love their breakfast. I get the hash brown and dollar biscut. Also obsessed with the grilled onion chedder burger and fries. There used to be a problem here with long drive through wait times but this has changed. Don’t judge me for my amount of check ins ok? They have a special late night menu! You can get some breakfast items with the regular menu. A chance to mix and match fries and biscuts? Burgers with hash browns? The possibilities are endless!

This is the worse Mcdonalds that I have ever been to. They serve you old food and incorrect orders. The workers have poor customer service and are very rude. DONOTEATHERE a complete waste of time and money.

There are two types of people in the world– people that like McDonald’s, and liars. I am happy to admit that I like McDonald’s. That being said, I think this is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The people are really nice, they never mess up my order, and the fries are always perfect. Okay, so it’s not a high class, white table cloths, candlelit kind of place,(obviously), but for what it is, I think it’s a solid five stars!

Always fresh hot food. Fast service. I’m not kidding I’ve been going here over a year! Once I had an issue with the fries being half filled in the box and the manager was super accommodating and went out of their way to help me even though they were already clocked out and were on their way home! That’s customer service! :)

McDonald’s is usually known for Happy Meals and kids friendly. I don’t expect customer service from Mckie Dee’s but this is unacceptable! This McDonald’s is by far has the worst customer service in San Diego. The lady helping us(me and my son) seem irritated because she has to ring in an order. I believe she’s the manager because of her white uniform. Each key strokes as she type in our order and body gesture seem dreadful. And smile was pulling tooth. I wouldn’t be surprise if she spit in peoples food.

This McDonalds is grossly overpriced. I went through their drive through late on Saturday night to get two Filet-O-Fish sandwiches. I got nothing else, no fries, no drink, just the two sandwiches. The total was over $ 8.50! I can see why the clerk doesn’t advise the total at the drive through speaker. Save your money and go to a real restaurant!

If I could give zero I would. My friends and I came here after a night out, but when we ordered at the window since no one responded at menu the girl said”, oh I guess we are only serving breakfast now. «That stupid girl just didn’t want to take our order.

My family got an order of 7 mcdoubles, 4 large fries, and 5 large drinks from the drive thru. They didnt have no cup holders and all the fries they gave us was old and soggy and to top it off I found an old mustard package dried out in one of the fries box. Bad service.

It’s a hit or miss here with the employees. Most times they are staffed with kind and patient employees, but that wasn’t the case the last time we paid a visit here. At the time they had a sign posted on the drive-thru speaker box that if they didn’t offer any pastries or pie, we could get one for free. So, we inquired about it at the window when our cashier didn’t offer any. She snapped at us saying that they didn’t offer it because they didn’t have any cooked. Luckily we were just swinging by after a long trip from LA, and I wasn’t in the mood. Otherwise, I would have given her a piece of my mind. Next time, take down your sign if you’re not going to be in the mood to explain why you can’t fulfill your posted guarantee POLITELY.

How do charge $ 8.79 for a quarter pounder meal with an iced vanilla coffee and have the audacity to charge $ 0.10 for extra onion. REALLY! They don’t even use real frickin meat for crying out loud. So I took my friend to In and Out burger. She got all the extra onions she wanted for free and the meat is way better than McDonalds.

The signs are by Costco but you have to figure out where the real place is down the block. I was a bit shocked. There is a driver and passenger order screen which is kinda cool. they are a bit slow. We came in just for an old school Big Mac but had to remember that sometimes some things are best left in the past. :-(Old school is the best way to remember a Big Mac… There is nothing cute about this anymore.

Customer Service sucks. Went through the drive thru and got dipped chocolate Soft cones. They offered us flurry Instead so ww got it. Tasted horrible because the ice cream is melted. Went back and Returned it and the manager said«we know». Then why sell it and wait for the customer to return it if you know you have issues. And manager was just giving you a sarcastic smile. Don’t even think he meant what he said when he said«sorry».

If you see my rating spread, I do not give many one star rating, unless it is well deserved. I normally keep an open mind about things, and I usually do not visit places that already have a bad reputation on looks kind sketchy. Well, today is one of those unpleasant days. I came by here after visiting Costco to try their new Club House Burger.( ) When I arrived, I was greeted by a messy floor, a table and bench I had to clean myself before I sat down, and an annoying employee, on the customer side of the counter, having a conversation with an employee on the other side of the counter. The employee on the ordering side was acting strange and thinking he was being all funny. Little did he know, he was ignoring a number of customers in line, including myself. Well, after having to listen and watch these two employees go at it like Andy and Barney-Five from the Andy Griffin show, we finally got to order. Unfortunately, things did not get any better when the food arrived. I am very certain that the burger they gave me had been sitting under the warmer for hours because the bun on the outside was stale, as if it been sitting under a heat lamp or warmer for a significant of time. In addition, the meat was kinda, how would I put it, mushy? Or one soggy textureless patty. It was on the borderline of disgusting. All that being said, the burger just did not meet my expectations as a quality«Club House Burger» Not even close. They need to make these burgers to order. The french fries did not fair any better. they were overcooked, dry, and over salted. I threw them away. The only good thing I had there was the non-sugar iced tea, hence the one star. And finally, as I went to throw away the garbage on my tray, the trash cans were full. I could not even put the trash in the can without forcing myself to stick my hand in the can to push down the trash. What the heck was I thinking? Today was a very bad day… very bad…
