I went today to get a sandwich after the beach today and I have zero complaints thanks to Darrell! He just moved here from Iowa and we’re happy to have him! I’ve never experienced this much enthusiasm in a Subway, ever. He made the best sandwiches! We will be back because of him!

I went in during lunch brought my sandwich and chips back to work, I opened my bag of chips and chips were stale, as I take the first bite my bread is stale too so i decided to drive back told the manager and she was so rude instead of just trying to fix my sandwich. Worse subway ever!!! Manager needs to learn customer service!!!

This review pertains to the Lake Murray Blvd. location just off the 8. Great people there behind the counter dishin’ out your custom sandwiches; friendly, efficient and professional… getting you through and out the door as efficiently as possible depending on the customer flow of course. You know it’s always going to be great because it’s just what you wanted. Add to that a clean facility, and life is good. The only issue is the parking… there isn’t much of it, coupled with a busy thoroughfare, so be aware of that one. Remember to do the simple survey referred to on your receipt. You’ll earn yourself a cookie! Come on, who doesn’t like cookies… you frickin communist.

The worst thing about this location is that it gets sooooo hot in the afternoon. PLEASE turn up the AC. Other than that, typical subway.

Typical subway here, nothing special. The only problem here I’ve found is they are too cheap to keep making bread all day so towards the end of the night they run out of certain breads. I like the hours of this place, 10pm is nice for a late night dinner. However I’ve found if you arrive late after 9, the employees get that ‘close to closing, I’ve cleaned everything’ attitude.

Friendly staff! Have had nothing but great customer service every time I’ve been here. The food tastes similar to what I’d get at any other Subway location. So if you like Subway, you’re probably gonna like this location. And if you don’t like Subway in the first place, you’re still not going to like it.

This is the subway I come to most. They send these pages of coupons in the mail with like 20 coupons. so I have been coming here a lot lately. Coupons are buy one sub and a drink and get a free sub. This subway really packs in the veggies to the point of overstuffing. I get the veggie delite so I hate when they barely give you any veggies or overstuff it with iceburg shred lettuce, not here, they give you plenty of everything. Staff is friendly, everything looks clean. And they have hawaiian punch here so I can make my hawaiian punch coke combo!

Decided to get some subway, and came to this location since it was close to the boyfriend’s place. The service was a bit slow, but nonetheless they were friendly. It was fairly clean, just your typical subway.

The food — ok, typical Subway quality. Cleanliness — above average. Staff — horrrribleeeeee. These people really need to get it together. Slow, forgetting what people ordered, your freshly toasted sandwich sitting on the condiment bar for 10 minutes getting cold because you’re waiting for the condiment person to finish up three sandwiches before you while trying to explain to the cash register person how she forgot what she just made and having to open the packed sandwiches back up to see. 18 minutes at Subway and I was 3rd in line. FAIL.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Service was terrible, staff was all equally terrible for some reason. The way they speak to their customers was ridiculous. Someone before me asked for Avocado, «Thats extra, you still want it?», it sounded terrble. I saw so much cross contamination it made me kringe. I wish they would have changed their gloves or been more organized. I don’t know what they are doing back there when they go grab the lettuce and keep the same gloves on. They worst part came when someone making my sandwich wasn’t paying attention and cut their finger. I felt bad for the guy, but they wanted to give me the same sandwich, which was already made wrong. The guy cut his hand on the sandwich, the possiblity of blood on it did not sit well with me. Not only that, they all stopped to take care of his cut, which is okay, but come on. Does everyone need to stop and stare at the guys hand? They really had to deal with it in the front of the store, right where the food is? At least move it to the back office. I was the only customer in there at the time, so its not like there was a crazy line. Anyway, after seeing that whole ordeal, and the way it was handled along with the bloody sandwich I was about to be given lead to my first ever«walk out». I walked straight out and will never go back. I made my way over to Chipotle. Best thing I ever did. Don’t go to this Subway, seriously, go to the liquor store next door and get a Snickers.

I am a big fan of Subway but not this one. Two of the people must have been new because my sandwich was a disaster. Mayo was squirted on in one area of the sandwich, I said«extra honey mustard please» and only one line of it was on my sandwich. I thought veggies were free? When I say extra onions don’t but on like 6 pieces and push my sandwich down the line and have the nerve to mumble under your breathe when I ask you to add a little more. I have given this place many chances since it’s right by my house, but almost all of the employees here are rude and unprofessional.

this gets 5 stars for a subway. i love this subway. they are always really nice, and the are not stingy with their meats. they really pile it on. for example, on multiple occasians, i’ve asked for the subway club without ham. instead of giving me 1⁄3 of the normal meat, they asked if i wanted more turkey or roast beef. i have not been asked that at any other locations! and they put a lot of tuna in their tuna sandwiches. yum. craving a 5 dollar footlong now…

Subway– Eat Fresh… or not It didn’t taste fresh when I ate here last weekend! I am usually very happy with my subway sandwiches from other locations. This one was not up to par. The veggies looked gross in the bins and that was how they tasted too! I got a $ 5 foot long, planned to eat half for lunch and the other half on a road trip that day. After the 1st half I was NOT excited that I had more left over for later. I’ve definitely experienced better!

«Subway… Eat fresh»! Subway is great and so close to my apartment. I go here at least once a week now, ever since they had the $ 5 Footlong promotion. Now the promotion is over but Subway has a new $ 5 Footlong menu that has a few subs always at $ 5 a foot; like the Cold Cut Combo, Tuna Sub, and the Spicy Italian just to name a couple. These are great for me when I get home from the gym and need a quick dinner. Also just to note, that if you order one of the $ 5 footlongs, don’t get it toasted, and carry out(not dine in) then there is no tax on it! Yup! No tax even in CA. Crazy isn’t it. **Note** Its good Subway locations like this that give me yet another reason to Boycott Ramona Subway!
