Tridentis Tactical

Brian and Rich are experts at what they do. I have been dealing with Rich for 20 years and I would follow him anywhere he leads me. Rich is a active navy Seal and knows his stuff. I had him build me at least 30 rifles and purchased a hand full of pistols from him as well. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. I had Rich do a trigger job for me and it came out awesome. Brian does Cerakoting and I had him do my SCAR and AK and it looked amazing. I take all my business to them and trust no one else.

Awesome service and super helpful! They took the time to show me everything I needed to know about my gun. I felt very comfortable asking questions and they made sure I was good before I walked out the door.

I purchased an AR upper receiver from what I believed was a private party on a well known firearms form. The seller described a new, quality item, at a fair price. Tridentis Tactical shipped me a worn out, used piece of junk. It was basically well used, no name parts.
When I contacted Tridentis Tactical, and attempted to resolve the issue, they told me that they didn’t sell me anything, and they only shipped a box for a friend. They acknowledge who I was, and what the issue was, and they were basically hiding their «friend», and acting as a filter or block to prevent me from resolving the issue. They actually called me back, cussed me out, and threatened me, asserting that they are all «cops». This went on for a few days, until I contacted the La Mesa PD, the CA DOJ and the BATF. Yea, I did that. I received a refund, but I did pay to ship the junk back to «Tridentis Tactical».
This «friend» of Tridentis Tactical is on the gun forms selling used items as a private party, and you will not know you’re dealing with Tridentis Tactical until you see the return address on the box. This «friend» of Tridentis Tactical also promotes the shop. Go figure. Perhaps I don’t know the full story, and maybe this «friend» is responsible for his own deeds, but they shouldn’t allow him to pull this stuff, and hide behind their name. It’s not good for business. Yea, I’m stil mad, and here’s my $ 20 worth.
