I made an in home first aid/​CPR training appointment with this company. The day and time I was supposed to have my appointment with Estevan Sanchez he never showed up and didn’t even call me. When I tried to get ahold of the company their phone was busy the whole day. I was very upset with this company and it was very unprofessional of them to flake on an appointment with no phone call.

Just received my renewed BLS card and I have to rave about the instructor… Nikko is the best instructor I’ve had. I’ve been taking CPR classes for over 10 years, 6 of those as a telemetry nurse. I appreciate that Nikko was able to reschedule me due to a schedule conflict and was still able to get me recertified before my card expired. I liked how engaged Nikko was during his class. He knew his material, showed his credentials, and is current in his AHA information. He wants to make sure you KNOW your CPR and is patient in going over both the written material and hands-​on demonstration until you’re comfortable and knowledgeable. I recommend Nikko for obtaining your BLS! He also has the best pricing for BLS renewal in the county!

Nikko is an amazing instructor for BLS! He is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and approachable. I wasn’t afraid to ask questions, and he is amazing at clarifying anything you have problems with.
I’m a nurse, and felt confident in using him for my recertification because he showed me all his credentials. I really appreciated that!
He makes classes easily accessible. He brought all of his tools to my house where my co-​workers can also recert. It was extremely convenient. $ 35 is the most reasonable in all of San Diego County! (Trust me, I looked!)
I just can’t say enough good things about him. He emphasized the points to pay attention to for the test, and made sure that we felt comfortable with the hands on portion.
I am looking forward to my next recert with Nikko!

Okay I just recently renewed my BLS here and my experience here was great! The building was easy to find and the parking was great since it had its own designated lot (I’ve had to do street parking and meters before for a 4 hour course).
The instructor was Nikko and he was very friendly! He was very straight forward, clear and helpful. Anyone who has done any of these certifications knows that it the classes take about 4 hours. It took an hour and 45 mins to complete the course! He made sure I knew the material before doing the test. Corrected me if I did something incorrectly during the skills portion and pointed out the key points to know for the test. Majority of these videos are repetitive and he basically showed me what I needed to see.
The best part about this place is the price!!! Only $ 35 for a renewal! This particular place is just starting out but from my experience it seems it will become very successful.
My overall rating are 5 stars. I honestly have nothing to complain about. It was fast, fun and cheap! I will surely come back in another 2 years to renew!
