I kid you not… Every time I’ve come here… They always forget to give me something. Whether it’s fries or a drink. They always mess up my orders.

Their staff is super friendly, and the location isn’t bad! I just went through the drive through, so I can’t speak to the cleanliness of the store. Their food is just bad. I tried the chicken fries and that was a very poor choice on my part. Probably won’t be back here anytime soon.

i was in the area the other day and i stopped in for a chicken sandwich. i am at an age where i have to watch what i eat so i did not want any french fries or onion rings or even a soda. i have enjoyed the original chicken sandwich since i was a kid, and i was very satisfied with the sandwich i received. it was steaming hot and there was plenty of mayonaise and fresh lettuce. next time i am in the area i will definitely stop in for a chicken sandwich.

Had the misfortune of eating here while visiting my Mom at Kindred Hospital. Julia was so rude it left me speechless. My family and I experienced a bland affect with rude comments while we ordered. A request to make a meal medium either confused her or irritated her so she made a face then rolled her eyes. How sad we disturbed her while she was making a valuable contribution to society while she wiped down tables. I definitely didn’t have it my way. Unfortunately I am unable to give them less than a single star.

Don’t particularly like BK but my son has a thing for their chicken fries. Went through their drive through and the girl at window seemed to be competent enough. Well not so much… Forgot my order of tacos(not jitb worthy). Went back to get them and the dude tells me, «Oh yeah, got your tacos». No sorry, no let me hook you up with a free dessert. Bad customer service and slow as hell. Last time I go here

I enjoy using coupons and burger king gives out plenty of them, probably because most of their restaurants do not have very good management and business is slow. That being said, I went to this location as a kid plenty of times and it was not a bad place. However, in the last three times that I have been, the restaurant has been dirty(when we ate inside), had broken booths, trashcans and door handles and the service at the drive thru has been horrible. This past Friday, I went through the drive thru and this worker in her 50’s was so overwhelmed, I really felt sorry for her and she mentioned that they were understaffed that day. I waited over 20 mins in the drive thru line from start to finish. I went today and there was a worker in her maybe early 20’s and she was also highly overwhelmed, but because she did not know what she was doing. Not only did she not know how to put a coupon into the register, but she didn’t give me straws or ranch, I had to repeat the drinks four times and she didn’t close one of the cokes and it spilled all over the car. I didn’t get any sort of apology(because really, that does help) and the manager was right there. Overall, I spent 20 – 25 minutes in the line again, but this time took the cake! Honestly, I don’t blame the workers, but the franchise owner or Burger King corp for having bad management at this location.

Without exception this is the worst fast food place ever. Slower than molasses in the arctic. If I could give negative stars just so that it closes, I would. No exaggeration– it took FIFTEENMINUTES to get one burger! Oh, and they gave my burger away to someone who had ordered after me, so they took another 5 minutes to make me a new burger. STAYAWAY! You have been warned!

Drive-thru is sooooooooo SLOW!!! This was the third time I came wanting to just pick up a salad for lunch real quick, since they closed the local fresh&easy about a month ago. Each time I wasted a good portion of my lunch break sitting in the drive-thru line. Today it took 18 minutes! The cashier did apologize as soon as I pulled up to the window on my last two visits. I kind of feel sorry for her, because she probably has to apologize to angry customers all day. Who is managing this place? They’re doing an AWFUL job! Anyway, I’m done with them. On a side note, the salad had wilty lettuce and the tomatoes were limp and past their prime.

I ordered 3 double cheeseburger combos and 410-pc chicken nuggets, as well as a MiniBon and 2 cookies on January 23, 2015. We all have choices when it comes to eat, and Burger King was my mom’s first job, so it was natural to choose BK. When I came home, there were no fries at all, and the food was cold. We called and complained, the woman who we talked to said Blanca, the store manager, would replace the order. The next day, I called, and Blanca was extremely rude, and said she would only replace the fries. My mom has been in the restaurant business for 33 years. How would you like only a part of your meal(e.g. fries) after a long morning of job interviews and doctor appointments? I contacted corporate online, and all they are going to do is send a free Whopper coupon! WOW. #BurgerKingLaMiradaFail My mom has over 4,000 followers on Twitter, and she is going to post this on Twitter as well.

Hmm… looks like this Burger King just got it’s first review that is not just 1 star. I actually thought this Burger King branch was okay. Stopped by recently, and my experience was okay. I was greeted right away, and this staff member was cordial and helpful. My order was prepared in about 5 minutes, and it was perfect. The food tasted okay. No complaints on this one visit of mine. Even the Men’s restroom was decent. This branch could use a facelift though. The exterior and interior of the restaurant looked really dated.

I wish there was a way to give an establishment zero stars, because I would definitely do so in this case. The thing that typically sets one Burger King(or any fast-food franchise) apart from any other is the service, or lack thereof. And THAT’S what lies behind my rating of this location. It started the moment that we walked into this joint, on a Saturday afternoon. We had just left the La Mirada swim facility down the road, and my son was hungry after his swim lesson. We saw the Burger King and decided to pull in. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the sight of the rear end of an employee who was dutifully moping the floor in the front of the restaurant, moving backward towards the entrance/exit door. She literally would have backed right into us had we not moved out of her way. The entire floor was visibly wet, so we had to walk toward the order counter with great care. They didn’t even put up a «Caution: Wet Floor» sign. When we approached the counter, we were greeted(and I use that term VERY loosely), by the assistant manager, Ruby. No «hello,» no «welcome to Burger King,» no smile, no personality. I’m not even sure that she made eye contact with me or my wife as we ordered. She wasn’t mean, she was just completely indifferent, and you get the feeling that she either hates her job, or at least really wanted to be somewhere else at that moment. So we place our order, get out drinks, and have a seat. While we’re seated, I notice Ruby standing in the kitchen messing around on her cell phone. She comes out to take another customer’s order, then goes back into the kitchen and starts playing with her phone again(see the pics I posted… that’s how oblivious she was to what was going on in the restaurant… I was able to aim my phone at her at take a picture… twice). We get our food. About 10 minutes after we start eating, I notice that the same employee is mopping the floor yet again! Making the floor a wet hazard for all who dare enter this den of inferior service. And again, no «Caution» signs. At this point, I start to wonder why they focus so much on maintaining a clean floor, when the self-serve beverage area is filthy and REALLY needs attention(posted photos of this, too). I mean, I appreciate a clean floor as much as the next customer, but I’d also like to serve myself a drink at a fountain that isn’t messy with spilled soda everywhere. Oh and I almost forgot, I did get to see the assistant manager smile and show some personality… when she was b.s.-ing with a co-worker behind the counter. Wiped that smile clean off her face once the next customer walked in. Now, in her defense, maybe she was having a bad day. It happens to the best of us. But there’s a reason why this joint gets other 1-star reviews. In my experience, it means there’s a problem with the corporate culture in this location. Translation: the owners/managers could care less about providing quality customer service. It’s all they can do to just not burn the Whoppers. I won’t be visiting this location again.

They messed up my order and when I asked why it was so much she just looked at me confused and got her manager.

Worst food ever. My chicken patty was burnt and fries were cold. On top of that, I waited 10 mins in the drive thru. I dont recommend.

GMIT wants Burger King before going off to night class. I’ve just gotten some coupons in the mail, so off we go! When we get to the drive thru, GMIT wants to use the«Buy any Whopper Value Meal, get a free Whopper» coupon. The menu board says«Whopper Value Combo» in big letters, so I order that, plus another Whopper. I tell the disembodied voice that I have a coupon. Then we wait. The person in front has most definitely ordered a pizza, because we wait for several minutes. At the window(finally!), the cashier tells me my coupon won’t work because I need to order just a Whopper in order to get the free Whopper. That’s odd, because my coupon says«Buy any Whopper Value Meal, get a free Whopper». I tell her that, and she summons someone else to the window. This new woman is angry and huffy and tells me the coupon won’t work because I have to order a value meal. This is my first encounter with the woman. I don’t know why she is so angry when I haven’t even yet said anything to her. But I tell her I did order a value meal, and again explain the coupon. She demands to see the coupon. I show it to her. She hands it back and yells at me that the coupon won’t work because… I drive off. I take GMIT to Taco Bell instead. Within a few minutes, GMIT is eating and I’m taking her to night class. I would have appreciated it if: 1. The second(irate) woman had been calm instead of going off without provocation. If having to deal with coupons severely challenges her, what does she do during that time of the month? Maybe it WAS her time of the month. 2. Someone had said something to the effect«We don’t take these coupons here.» I understand about varying franchise participation. 3. Service(or lack thereof) had been quicker. I visited the Burger King at dinner time. Surely burger prep should have been ramped up in anticipation.
