1. I ordered and paid for 6pcs of chic nuggets happy meal but only got 4. The manager should tell the crew to focus more on the job and less on the chit-chat. 2. They stopped bringing the food to the tables. According to the girl I asked, «it just stopped now», it was around 5pm. They should put a sign so customers will be aware that they stop bringing food to tables at 5pm, and thus, would not be expecting such service. 3. The tables, the floor, and the restroom are always dirty in the afternoons.(I have eaten at this place for a few times now since it opened) 4. 1 star for the crew I dealt with for being courteous.

I know it’s a chain fast food joint but please update your orientation video! In stead of «Can I take your order«I get @ What Happened«Then I still still get the order wrong !!! Not once, not twice but there freaking times!!! All I want is breakfast, I know this is hard because pushing buttons takes a lot of work. Hire kids and one gets shady service plus no manager in site because he’s to busy flirting with the tricks in on site. A giant chain that doesn’t give a hoot about customer service just profit!!!

Horrible customer service… It was about 12:40 am two cars ahead of me took literally 10 minutes for the first car to receive their order, finally when my turn came up I could see two employees chit chatting and laughing at who knows what the entire time, I was already annoyed and tired so when I received my order I grabbed it and left without double checking, my bad ! They forgot my ice cream and when i went back did not even receive an apology …

They are brand new so it going to take some time plus they are friendly. There are thru lanes to order so that can also make a difference in the wait times.

This is the worst McDonald’s the service is extremely poor there drive thru service is the worst. I waited almost 5 minutes no other cars in line to to place an order. No one even checks to see who is in line I ended up driving off somewhere else. I would rather drive to another city then this location.

This mc. Donald’s just opened up! Super happy about the location it’s right down the street from where I live! I went to the drive thru and I bought a 20 piece chicken nuggets. There was a long line in the drive thru. I had to wait about 5 minutes. That would’ve been okay but the chicken nuggets were somewhat stale.
