The wings are great! They are cooked with just enough crispness and are very tender. The flavored seep into the meat so every bite is flavorful. My favorite are lemon pepper, hot(original) and the garlic Parmesan. This LP location is small but it’s perfect for a quick bite. It being located right next to the nail salon is nice too. I can grab some grub then get my nails manicured right after.

Wings are my favorite thing ever, really I call myself the wing King. This Wingstop is hit or miss to be honest. One week we will go it’ll be amazingly fresh fries done right and wings perfect. Next week fries will be over or under seasoned and wings will be raw with no sauce. They really gotta get it together man.

The worst thing about this particular Wingstop is the employees. I have been in here many times with family and friends day and night. I have seen the difference in quality and professionalism when employees are by themselves and when the owner is present. When the owner is present the employees work however, Once the owner leaves these employees just start to play around and the quality of the food is Horrible! Every time I get my chicken it just seems to be under-cooked and they drench my wings in sauce which, is just too much for anyone not looking to have a heart attack would want! I know these kids are not culinary expert that’s for sure. And really they don’t need to be. I just wish that they would do their job to the high expectations, I’m sure the owner and company expects from them! These employees just don’t care and the quality of the restaurant suffers because of it. The food is just one example of their laziness. The tables, windows, bathrooms, Soda machine, and the walls are always dirty! The wall grosses me out as you can see food particles and stains from the sauce which, is also all over the bathrooms and windows. I have no ideal when is the last time that store was completely wiped down! I’m sure most people don’t care however, I’m not most people. I also understand that attitude reflects leadership which, brings me to my next point. The manager who is left there is usually playing around as well. The problem with having a manger acting a fool as well is, that is the way peoples food get contaminated thus, patrons getting ill and, leading to lawsuits. This last time I went I personally told them to burn my chicken because, I’m fearing one of the cooks not washing their hands. I only went because, it was my brothers birthday and he wanted to eat here. He as well gets upset about the dirtiness of of this establishment but he’s not one to speak on this subject. My friends who did love this place, started going to Buffalo wild wings in Puente hills for over a year now. They go every weekend which, is a big loss in revenue for this establishment. My friends an I still feel that, wing stop is way better than buffalo wild wings. However, until this wing stop gets it’s act together we’ll just spend our money elsewhere! One more thing I purchased 10 wings and a soda and it cost 11.42 $ My brother got the 8 wing combo with a soda and his was 11.22 $ Now paying this is no big deal because, I know everything is(Price wise) going up that’s ok. My problem is the the 10 wing 11.42 $ meal doesn’t come with any ranch dressing REALLY! You’re telling me that a side of ranch can’t come with my already high priced meal that ridiculous. especially when my brothers who’s meal was less did get a side of ranch. Can one say CORPORATEGREED! If the wing stop corporation has the gull to charge me almost 12.00 $ then They should be able to give me a little side of ranch GEEEZ… TALKABOUTCHEAP By the way thank you for ruin my brothers B-day because his wings were under-cooked. Unbelievable really! So again, I know I’m one person an I’m sure what I say won’t matter however; until the problem is fixed an, I hear that the consistency of the quality and the cleanliness has return I will take my business elsewhere. my recommendation to everyone is not to go to this Wingstop at all.

Service here is sloooooow. I phoned in my order and was told my food would be ready in about 15 minutes. I arrive after 15 minutes and I pay. In comes a guy orders his food and is out in 10 minutes. Wtf??? I have been waiting now for about 25 minutes and this guy comes in orders and leaves with in 10 minutes ??? Anyways just as I was about to complain they finally called my name ughhhh. Slow slow slow !!!

This is usually my favorite spot but when my husband and I got our food it was so disappointing. Our wings looked like they were mixed up with fresh and old wings, fries were Cold, they all stuck Together and were overly seasoned.

WORSTWINGSTOPEVER!!! I have been to this location before but it seems like they just got new staff. The 3GIRLS that were working on 08÷24÷15 at around 7:00 pm are SOO incompetent!!! I don’t even know why they were hired! I placed my order& it took over 20 minutes and they got it wrong! Then I asked them if they could replace the Unsweetened tea and they did nothing about it. I asked if they could do it a second time and they said ok and never got around to it. I ate my food and after finishing I went over to the machine and tried the unsweetened tea and it was still watered down! I MeaN How hard is it to change it!!! AND if you can’t do it then how hard is it to inform the customer that you were unable to do it but have other selections or are currently out of that tea. I WILLNOT be returning! BWW and HOOTERS have way BETTER Service! :))

Half the time i order from this wingstop I have to have them correct it. I dont think management really cares and its seems like the employees come to work to hang out with each other. When the order is correct, the food is great. Ive had under cook chicken, completely wrong order and terrible service. If you are calling in your order, be prepared to be on hold for 5 mins. They tend to forget you are on hold. The only reason I return is because there no other close enough for me make the trip worth it. It is very unfortunate that the owners of this franchise have not done anything to fix it.

Ok tried this spot cause a friend convinced me. I ordered 6pc boneless combo. The service was great the girl at the register was very friendly and informative about the food. Place is clean staff is friendly they were pushing food out pretty quickly. Got home tried my food. The fries are pretty dammmm good. I got mild wings they were just ok to me. Nothing to brag about. Not sure what the hype is all about to me they were just ok about average. But I’m glad I tried it.

We have been coming here for around 3 yrs. Now I was a repeat customer every Friday w my 30+piece Family pack order but lately Ive started to notice that the workers changed & so did the Flavor they use too much Pepper & Flavor isnt the same. I’m wondering if even the ownership changed? 1st it started w Longggg hold on the phone, then missing dressings & now flavor Ive tried other Wingstops & I really dont want to find another wing store. Yesterday we Dinned in & my husband being a cook stated how some of his wings were dry & old I mean For $ 29 we should atleast get Fresh wings, my 10 pcs. Order didnt even have drumsticks. I Love This Wingstop but Management needs to do something & Cleanliness really Needs to be brought up at your next Meeting. We own a Restaurant in Covina & our customers always mention how much they love us Because the Food is Fresh & Restaurant clean

Initially the service & food was good, but with the new staff things are kinda going downhill. Get put on hold forever, missing items from orders, and as of yesterday food that didn’t seem real fresh. I never had that issue with them, chicken was dry(old) and fries seemed a bit old as well. There never seems to be ice in machine, and the beverages taste a bit funky. I’d actually prefer to get combo with no beverage due to taste… or lack of.

This is by far the worst Wing Stop I’ve ever visited. The first thing I noticed was that the place was filthy. The floor was sticky around the soda machine. There was urine all over the bathroom floor. The credit card machine didn’t work, my order took over 25 minutes, and the worst part, the wings made me sick. I spent all night and half the next day going #2 and #3. The two young ladies I dealt with at the restaurant were very nice, but it’s obvious this place has problems that extend far beyong the employees. Whomever is in charge of this place should be fired immediately.

My teenage kids go here all the time. The key is CALLYOURORDERIN — and you always leave happy. Pick up 15 minutes after you place the call. Mon & Tue special you get 10 bonelss wings for $ 5. That’s what my sons always get. YES, if you walk in and wait, you will get frustrated. Another trick is I tell them NEVER order sodas anywhere — just to go McD’s for the dollar soda. We have a McD right behind our house so it’s convenient to stop there and get soda. Helps keep the cost down.

Other than the customer in front of me who looked like he was going to murder me when I asked him if he was in line, I like this wingstop. Conveniently close to home with a giant parking lot in front, there are few things to hate. The only downside is that it takes 20 minutes to make wings. On the flipside, at least they’re made to order, right? Best thing to do is to order online even if you’re going to eat in so your food is ready or near ready by the time you get there. Not much to do for 20 minutes waiting inside a wingstop if not. I am a sucker for the lemon pepper wings and the original hot. I also don’t hate the garlic parmesan. Oh and don’t skip the fries. They are probably the best fast food fries you’ll ever have so you definitely need to give these a shot.

So… I stop in for a quick bite to eat while I wait for my nail appt. I love their garlic parmesan bone in wings! But was disappointed when I got home with an incorrect order. I ordered bone in and they gave me boneless instead. Nooooo! I don’t like the boneless. I didnt doubty order cuz the guy recited it when he called me to the counter. but that’s not what I got. Lesson learned… Always double check. But I’m still not satisfied :/

The two stars are just for this being wing stop, and wing stop is always delicious. This location however is awful! They put you on hold forever for phone orders, I hung up and just ordered when I got here. Wing stop is known for taking some time, but with no one in the place other than my family I figured it wouldn’t be that long. But it still took forever. Crew on a Sunday looked like a teenage stoner crew. Probably smoking in the back that’s why they can’t attend to my order. Then we pay and he questions my fiancés card. He asks to see his ID because be didn’t believe that was his real name. If he automatically asked I wouldn’t mind, doing his job. But when he asked his name for the order, we spelled it, and he looked at the card and asked for ID then made this face like«Oh ok I guess it’s right, but unusual name.» I know his name is unique, he knows his name is unique, but that was pretty rude. Whatever. This place is also pretty sticky and dirty, you can just tell staff are lazy here. Step up your game La Puente.
