I called Ralph about getting caller ID on my older Nortel phone system this week. We made the appointment for today. Ralph arrived on time and made the necessary updates needed to get my phone system updated to gain access to caller ID. He also spent time with me on how to operate and clear the phone logging system. Great company to deal with, Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I would highly recommend Ralph for all your business phone needs.
