This place is cool! The food was great, small size portions, which was the only draw back! The staff was great! The food was of the hook! I’d for sure come back here, the won ton tacos where so freaking good I almost fought my wife for them! Hehehe

We shared three appetizers and one was exceptional, the wonton tacos. They were good but the calories are rediculous. I will give one of the 500 cal donners a try next time, which would be ¹⁄₃ the total consumed on the aps. Service is great in the bar, and we didn’t have to wait to be seated there, which is a nice change.

Only 2 stars. Listened to employees complain about other employees the whole time. Very anoying!

Love this place mainly because of the terrific staff! Lysa and Corina are the best bartenders and Mississippi is Awesome! I recommend a top shelf long Island!

We love the service here and the food portions are very generous for the price you pay. It is also a very good location for us.

Ive never been in an Applebees before.
The standout was the service provided by Mathew. We were a table of six with many specific requests during the busy lunch hour. Thank you Mathew for the great service and ensuring the experience in your restaurant was/​is worthy of a return visit.
The food exceeded the various expectations of the group. Everyone had a wonderful lunch.

Food quality and service needs some major work. Let’s be honest not looking for gourmet meal at Applebee’s however edible would be nice. Waste of time and money! Elsarape, Casa Mia, Dirty Dave’s or O’blarne’s way better local options which are very close.

I wish they would bring back the old appetizer menu, but all my worries are washed away because Paul is the best server I’ve ever met.

We went in tonight with a friend and their two teenage boys. We requested 3 tables, 1 for their son and how friend, 1 for their other son and his gf, and finally one for 4 adults and 1 child. We explained to the hostess that the parents would be paying for the additional two tables. Once we were seated we were expecting a decent experience. Once the waiter came over to take our order the attitude began, and our WORST experience. We asked that we have separate bills, and that the parents would be paying for the additional two tables. The reply we received was «well it’s going to be too difficult to split the checks.» So we ordered our drinks. We receive our drinks, everyone except me, I ordered a water. My husbands drink was the strawberry limeade, or should I say ice with a lime in it. The waiter then came over for our dinner orders. We proceeded to order, and I requested that we (my husband, myself and our 4 year old) be one check with everything else on the other check. We received and eye roll sigh and «so we are going to split checks, I thought we discussed o never mind what do you all want». My friends ordered their food, and at that time someone we knew was seated directly next to us with a different waiter. I still had no water, the people we knew ordered and received their food in a timely manner and even got their refills. My husband questioned the waiter about is lime ice, and received «well there are no refills, do you want to order anther that is just how they come.» I immediately motioned for the manager. When the manager finally made his way to the table, he was not apologetic, said he would get refills, and finally get my water. At this point we had been seated for 45 min and no food. I then asked the manger how long it would take to get our food that we ordered, the people who came 20 – 30 min after us had already received their food and were enjoying their experience. He went to check on the food, we received little to no service on additional refills, or even asking how the food was. The only communication with the server was to ask for an additional yogurt for my child, and the bill. My child had 2 servings of yogurt and later this evening projectile vomitted all the fruit and yogurt. I had a strange feeling when she ate it at the restaurant as she also received dirty silverware. I also had to tell the food runner that the applesauce packets they were trying to pass on my child had been recalled earlier this week. My family will not be returning to this location and I will be filing a formal complaint.

I ordered takeout last night. I saw a commercial with the new Texas BBQ brisket burger. The burger was very good, and I loved that the jalapeños were fresh and crisp and not pickled like some burger places use.

Smallest Martini I’ve ever been served. Sent it back. Came back the same. That’s the «corporate» pour. Martini glass a quarter full. Nobody asked if I’d like a double. Bourbon Street steak OK, a little too well done, medium well instead of medium rare. Grilled onions and mushrooms not done, crunchy. Potatoes good.

Came for lunch we did the 2 for 25 deal. We got the spinach-​artichoke appetizer it was just ok, the chips we re-​fried to hide that they were stale. That didn’t help at all our chips we just greasy, so disappointed. The food was good though. We know for next time not to order this appetizer again.

The wait staff is always cheerful, its the food quality that I can’t get around at this location…

I would give this place 5 stars but the bathroom is haunted. I went to the ladies room and saw someone go into the next stall, shut the door. Then we started singing the song playing. I stopped. Went to wash my hands and noticed the stalls were empty!!! Whoa

I typically give all chain restaurants 2 – 3 stars. Nothing really special abt this apple bees. Decent food, and ok services.

Terrible service! Arrived when the restaurant was less than ¹⁄₃ full and still waited about 45 minutes to get fried shrimp, a corn dog and thai shrimp salad. After waiting, the server only brought the corn dog kids meal and fried shrimp, then said that he couldn’t carry the salad as well, so I had to wait another 5 minutes for that. The salad had only a few pieces of lettuce in it and the rest was fried noodle chips, nuts and the shrimp. I had to request the manager and he came to the table with a small bowl of lettuce and I just told him I didn’t want any of it anymore. I don’t see why it was worth it anymore to end up making my own salad at the table. The only good thing is they comp’d everything to include the beer I had.

Waited over an hour for food that looks and tastes like it’s been sitting under a warmer for the past 30 minutes. When we finally received the food one of the steaks were overcooked and we asked if it could be remade, the extremely rude waitress (Sarah) asked us if we could just eat it. Please just make my food to order and save me the hassle so we can avoid the argument. The fries on the other orders were extremely cold and the only positive thing I can say is our server was AMAZING. I believe his name was Matthew and he did everything he could to help remedy the mistakes the kitchen made. He had also spoken on our behalf to the manager when we had a few complaints. Thank you once again Matthew for attempting to turn the experience somewhat positive.

I have ordered carside to-​go several times and my order has been wrong almost every time. It takes twice as long to get my order as I’m told when I place it and then get home to find the wrong thing. So, I started checking the big things before I leave the parking lot and still get home to find that the platter I ordered with 2 sides is actually delivered as a plate with 1 side that isn’t either of the sides I ordered. I have called to complain about the horrible service and nothing gets done about it. I was promised a gift card because of the issues and never even got that.

Easily the best service in town. Consistently quality food, fantastic appetizers, delicious shakes, this is one of the best resturaunts around here. The layout is attractive, there are hd tv’s all over the place to watch the game, a nice bar, music, my only complaint would be the new device they use for paying and calling your server and such. It never works. They need to get that fixed, but otherwise this place is close to flawless. I recommend getting an appetizer along with a burger and a shake, you won’t be disappointed. Come with an empty stomach! You sure won’t leave with one.

I didn’t want to review this place because I didn’t think it would be accurate because of extenuating circumstances, but then I got my food and feel obligated to share.
I ordered the 7oz sirloin steak. First, the steak tasted like one of those artificial, frozen Salisbury steaks. Second, the garlic mashed potatoes were so thick and heavy, I could barely lift them with my fork. Lastly, the carrots in my steamed vegetables were cold and hard.
Service was pretty sub par. I won’t mention the bartenders name, but it was pretty busy and she had to deal with a drunk idiot she cut off 1 beer to late. She was very nice, but I had to interrupt the drunk to get anything.
They also have a digital ordering machine at most seating stations, but you can only order appetizers and desserts on it. I saw it also has games that can probably entertain kids.
