Twice before their renovation I drove to this location(which was, at the time, a 15 mile round trip for me) at around 9pm, only to be told that they were out of roast beef. I complained both times, I was promised some compensation by way of free meal cards both times, and received absolutely nothing both times despite a back and forth email chain with the purported area manager. I have since gone back after their remodel – which took weeks to complete, meaning they were closed for that time – and have been unimpressed those times as well. I ask for Arby’s sauce and ketchup to go with the large sandwich with large fries and I get 1 packet of each. I am made to wait for food. I won’t be going back again, I think I’ve given them more than enough chances.

«Loaded» Italian sub… not so loaded Very disappointed. The TV commercial made me come in seeing that they«stack» thinly sliced meat piled high.

I was bumming around early this afternoon when I decided to eat at this Arby’s location. Though I have been here before, this is the first time I have been back after their renovation. And what a renovation it is! Very high end and very — for a lack of a better word — SWANKY! ;) That is not enough for me to write about this place though as this is STILL an Arby’s. The way I look at it, a fast food is a fast food any way you look at it so why bother writing a review for one? If you were following any of my reviews before, you would know that I ONLY review fast food places if they have an AWFUL service or a STELLAR one! THIS is the latter. So after being impressed by the brand new look, I perused the menu and decided on their Grand Turkey Club that are served hot but you can always order cold as I did mine. The cashier punched in my order, took my money, gave me back my change and gave me my drinking cup since I ordered a combo. I have NOT finished filling up my SMALL cup with my drink before my name was called by the Shift Manager letting me know my order was ready. Now THAT is fast food! After I settled down and finished my curly fries though, I opened my sandwich and was looking for my bacon. It was not there. This is when I realized that I was given the Market Fresh Turkey instead of the Grand Turkey Club. I walked over to the counter, informed them of the mistake, the cashier apologized for the mistake(he DID key in MF Turkey instead of the GTC) and reordered the right sandwich from the back without much fuss. Mishtu, the Shift Manager, asked if I wanted the MF sandwich and just gave it to me. together with the money I overpaid for the GTC sandwich. Before I can say«Arby’s» my GTC is DONE! Now THAT is FULLSERVICE. I am glad that the customer service of this Arby’s SURPASSED however wonderful their renovation turned out to be! Whenever I am in Olympia and craving Arby’s(on those rare occassions… :P) I WILLHAPPILY be back to this location.

When you don’t want a burger, go for the roast beef. Very pleasant order takers and efficient expeditors. Go food quickly and what I ordered. Serve yourself Arby’s sauces… always like the horseradish sauce.

As expected, the food is typical of Arby’s: delicious! But the workers all have such high, screechy voices that it gets annoying sitting there trying to enjoy your meal without leaving before you’re done. I sit at the farthest end of the building and still can’t stand the high-pitched voices of the employees, and usually don’t finish my meal. Here is a hint: tone down the shrill voices a few octaves, especially when you’re just talking to each other! Customers do NOT need to hear you across the restaurant!
