Love this place. They work hard to make you a happy customer. Didn’t have my size but they ordered it and called me a week later. Very pleased with the level of service.

I just got profiled at this store!!! Horrible!!! The manager followed me to the back where the pool table accessories were and he was pretending to fix stuff!!! Not cool!

Not really a big fan of big 5 but I must say every time I have needed something and couldn’t find it anywhere! They have had it at this location.

A lot of the stuff here is pretty chintzy. If you are looking for quality go to REI or something. But if you get things on sale/use the coupons it can be worth it. Don’t bother to pay full price tho. The customer service is usually pretty terrible.

A bunch of stuff but the best stuff is the clearance items. I got a pair of Denali Running Shoes for 20 bucks cant beat that. The other stuff is pricey I would think you could find a place with better prices on NON clearance items.

This place seemed to be a bit more pricey… when it first opened up, I picked up a weight set and was happy with it. I bought a heavy bag, which seemed a bit pricey back then too.

The prices are okay on sale and clearance items but regular prices are not good compared to Sports Authority or other warehouse stores, and the selection is more limited. So in this situation you would think that a smaller store like this would trump the box stores with great customer service, right? You’d think. The reality was a bored and inattentive salesperson. Contrast this to the West Olympia Big 5, where a nice guy named Phil was falling all over himself to help me find what I wanted. Go Phil!
