Burger King

Burger King is Burger King. Generally, they are pretty consistent. I have been to this particular one once. Easy access to the freeways and not bad if you want something different than McDonalds.

This burger king is so slow. Just about every time I come through we are waiting 15+ minutes. Today, not only was I waiting 23 minutes for my food before I went in to ask where it was, they didn’t even bother to start cooking the hash browns they parked me for. We came with plenty of time to get food and get my sister to school, and ended up being late. Do your job. This is supposed to be fast food. If I wanted a 30+ minute wait I would have gone to IHOP.

Very friendly. They greeted us right away and made sure we had what we needed ordered what we wanted made sure to include everyone didn’t ignore anyone in our group I enjoyed it very much

i love this place but the girl wearing the gray fleece coat needs to wash it. the sleeves were filhy and was wearing it this wk end and i came by today Monday and she was still wearing it. Also her nails were very dirty. As a cashier i still think this is bad business. Does she handle the food??? Yikes! I love this place but thinking different place is cleaner…

Slowest Burger King EVER, and crap customer service. Do not go here go to a different Burger King.

I waited at least 15 minutes before one of the workers came up and asked for my order. They were just talking right in front of me and ignoring me. Was really disappointed and even though I love their fries I will not go back again. The place was also empty so it would have been obvious if a customer walked in.

About a month ago I went through drive up during the 2 for $ 5 promotion. I asked for the fish and the burger. When I got home I found that I had the chicken and the fish. They both had clearly been cooked long before I pulled up, On the order of a half hour before. This does not strike me as happenstance, I think that they must have poor practices in place, with full knowledge of management. I get double Whoppers here sometimes, and have not gotten old food but most of the time there is almost no vegetables on burger, it is two patties, a bun and sauce.

I’ll make this a quick one, because, well, it’s a Burger King. Service was slow and disorganized. The soda machine is next to the cashier so one has to push one’s way through the long line (due to the slow service) to get a soda. Customers have to ask for napkins and ketchup. I asked and the cashier looked back at the manager with concern. Seriously? You’re going this far with the nickel-​and-​dime routine? I took four ketchup packets, and felt like I had reached behind the counter and ripped off the till. Food was to be expected at a fast food place: mediocre and horrible for you. One server patrolled the aisles of the Burger King, presumably looking for loiterers. What the hell sort of prison lunch room is this?

Had great service tonight. We stopped by after a day at the lake because we realized all we’d had was a sandwich and a bunch of beverages & we should probably have something else in our stomachs. We went through the drive through & it was pretty fast. They were plenty polite.
When we got to the window, the guy had my drink ready to hand to me already & asked me if I wanted ketchup or fry sauce (which is AMAZING!). I got a little confused and asked him if I’d ordered onion rings because I did not recall doing so, but that’s what I always want. I could see another guy scooping up a fresh batch of fries for me. He said no, I hadn’t. So then I was THAT girl. I said «can I order onion rings?»
Dude didn’t bat an eye. He said sure, was totally cool about it and walked back and made me a fresh batch of onion rings. Also hooked me up with plenty of that amazing zesty onion ring sauce.
Maybe it wasn’t a big deal, but I sure enjoyed getting onion rings and no flack for being forgetful when ordering. We’ll be back. :)

good fast service really enjoy their new burger menu

Why do I do this to myself? In the name of all that’s unholy and convenient, my need for speed and fuel sometimes convinces me that stopping at a BK when I’m in a strange land and I’m short on time is a rad idea. I belie my Unilocal roots by going with the safety and comfort and laziness of what I know instead of taking the three seconds to look up a better place nearby.
Granted, I was in a hurry to get back to Portland in time for a meeting, and I was starving, but that’s no excuse…
This BK is fine as far as BK’s go and definitely a step above McD’s, but it’s still not really food. It’s processed… something. Where’s a Burgerville when you need one?
I do have to throw them this bone — the service was about as fast as I could expect. In fact, it was TOO FAST. No way could any element of that food have been made even close to fresh in the amount of time it took between the moment I placed my order and the moment they slung the bag with the BK Breakfast through my window. The hash brown bites were pretty gross, and the sandwich was just plain greasy. The coffee was gigantic (I’ll give them that) but the flavor was… well… I just spent a couple of days drinking Vivace in Seattle, so it was a letdown.
Overall, I was probably scarred enough by the food here to remember to avoid it in the future. While the service was fast, efficient, and all smiles (seriously, there’s nothing they could do better on that part), I’m reminded that the food is just bad.

I got a good fish sandwich here, not to heavy on the sauce. The lemonade icey was too tart though. My hubby’s burger was good. Overall we have had worse on the road. I was peeved the lights were out except over the stalls in the women’s bathroom. I really didn’t like it so dark in there.

I have the knack for finding the slowest fast food in the world.
What I couldn’t tell in this instance if the guy ahead of me caused the problem or if it was the staff. I guess its also my fault for stopping in what is the bustling city of Lacey, WA.
I think I actually heard the person tell the guy ahead of me that this wasn’t Carl’s Jr… huh? He then proceeded to order something like $ 20~30 worth of food. Like he was stocking up for winter or something as he didn’nt look like the family type.
At any rate finally got my order in. It took a little while longer than at other fast food joints. On my way I went. Let’s face it I need to remember to NOT come here anymore. I mean the burgers are fine… but I like burgerville better. The fries are OK… but McDonald’s is better. THe only good thing is that they serve onion rings… which I didn’t order this time.
So what was I thinking stopping here really? i guess I wasn’t. I was tired from a day of interviews and wanted to get home and eat something on the way.
