Apparently this particular kfc discontinued selling grilled chicken, the only healthy version. So I won’t be back. Prior to being told this by an employee, it was a 50:50 chance that they’d have grilled when I stopped by. You’d think if it were selling out on a regular basis, you’d make MORE of it, not discontinue it.
I used to go here a lot, but less and less as the time went by because they often were sold out of grilled chicken. Other than this very major issue for me, there were no other problems.

Location was very understaffed at 7:30 pm on a busy holiday shopping day. In addition, the employee at the register had trouble taking my order and looking up pricing. In general, the employees seemed undertrained and overworked. The food quality also suffered as a result. It seemed like it had sat on the warmers all day. I would not recommend this location, despite the convenient location close to major retailers, unless management corrects the staffing/​scheduling issues.

Corn served cold. Mashed potatoes served cold. The butter was warmer than both of them. Food should be served hot. If the butter mixes into corn as a paste rather than melting something is seriously wrong.

Tried to call just to find out the cost of a bucket of chicken. First of all it was like an automated call center where I waited on hold for almost five minutes then after getting through it took a couple of minutes just to look up? the prices? But before my question could be answered I was cut off! Called back again and waited for «all other agents» are busy before finally getting conected again and just asking for what a bucket costs and she wants my name??? #fail #costcoinstead

Lunch hour. ONE person working counter. I waited 5 min staring at her back while she made sandwiches before taking my order. The customer in front of me and I ordered the same thing. We both repeated it twice. When ready. both of orders wrre missing something. Then i had to go back up to counter to ask for a fork (for the cole slaw). No big deal but there were no small lids for drinks. Again… we had to ask… and wait. Is there a manager in this place?
The restaurant itself is very nice and looks clean. Food is fine for fast food.

This is my local KFC and after a a couple visits, it almost convinced me to never go to another KFC again. Col. Sanders cooked with 11 original herbs and spices, this KFC serves the original pieces of chicken he cooked back in 1952. The pieces of chicken are consistently small, and seem like they were leftovers roasting for the past 3 hours. After stopping at a different, amazing KFC on a road trip, I realize how bad this one really is.

A symposium of flavors have tickled my taste buds. Food here is what you would expect. Delicious fried food at an affordable price. Beware of the weird pricing though. We were about to order 4 pcs chicken, 4 pcs fish, 8 hushpuppies and 2 sides for 18.99, when there is a similar meal (3 fish, 2 chicken, 2 hushpuppies and 2 sides) for $ 5.
The service here is really… bad. Come with a bucket of patience.

They do their best to be polite and friendly no matter what time of day or night it is. I think that they do alot to make sure that your food is hot and fresh. While it is fast food they try to make it special for you.

This KFC sucked. The service was bad, the food was old, & the crew members were rude. We had ordered our food & went home just to realize they messed up the order. After realizing we called to pick up the right thing & they kept me waiting 40 minutes then eventually I had to leave w/​no food in hand. Do not go there!

Laugh all you want but LJS is a staple from my childhood. Just give the fish and chicken an extra pat with a paper towel to absorb the excessive oil and you have a delicious meal. The wait staff is always friendly and the food has always been fresh. On my last visit I was over charged by $ 5 and didn’t catch the mistake. Thanks to the cashier for bringing the mistake to my attention and refunding my money.
My only complaint is getting in and out of the parking lot.

This is the main place we stop to eat on our way down to Aberdeen or when we drive back up to Seattle. There is nothing spectacular about the restaurant, but nothing bad either. We love getting the chicken planks from Long John Silver, but that’s the only thing we stop for.

My wife and I ate at this KFC/​Long John Silver Resturant. The experience was dismal. We both ordered fish with two sides and a drink. The fish arrived hot however covered with oil. The side dishes arrived cold.
We noticed a bottle of malt vinegar with a broken (glass) top. We placed the bottle on the counter for the Resturant staff to see. They noticed the broken glass bottle and poured the contents of the bottle into another open bottle without straining or checking for glass shards.

Quick, consistent and staff don’t screw up our order as often as other fast food restaurants do. Although sometimes, we don’t receive all the condiments that always accompany a meal. Otherwise, I love KFC. This one is one of the better ones, even though some of their staff don’t know what they’re doing. Basically, nothing so far has deterred me from coming back.
