Friendly service but I do expect more then this for a side order of rice. 1.75 for this, rip off.

Horrible, service was okay but I had to wait less than two min. to get my order. It was like it was pre cooked 2 hrs. before than heated in a microwave. No Asian ambience at all. Hip hop music over the speakers and MTV on the t.v. Don’t waste your time. Parking lot was full but only 2 diners inside. I should’ve realised something was amiss.

I’ve been coming here twice a month for a couple of months now. I feel the service here is great and the people are incredibly kind and fast. I just feel like the prices have gone way up. For a little piece of lime it was .29 cents each. I just feel like that’s a rip off. I like my broth to have a heavy lime flavor so it gets quite expensive. The beef broth tastes a million times better than the chicken one. This used to be my go to phở place cause it’s open so late but I feel like I won’t be coming here any time soon. It’s quickly getting way over priced and the food wasn’t the same that it has been. I will definitely be going to the phở place in olympia over this one.

Love this place very clean and up to date. First late night phở place here in Lacey that’s a plus. The broth is on point and lots of other good food options. Lots of space friendly staff. Very affordable. The only Phở place I frequent in Lacey. When in doubt of what to have for dinner this is place. They have good shakes here as well! Yummy

Stopped here after a long day of driving from California. Didn’t really want to eat fast food on the road and I usually love me some vietnamese food. Ordered the pork/prawn vermicelli bowl. They gave me a generous 3 tiny pieces of shrimp(not prawns, those are larger) I was disappointed but whatever I was tired and hungry. I’m assuming the pork is low quality at this point b/c they’re skimping so hard. About halfway through the meal I crunched down on a large piece of solidified grease that fell off the grill, gross. I spit out this disgusting chunk of bitter grossness. Not only are they cheap on ingredients they don’t clean their grill. I ran to the bathroom and almost threw up. Couldn’t eat the other half of my meal. They were nice enough to give me a whopping 80 cents off my meal for the inconvenience. I hope the health inspector shuts down this hole.

Decent place for Phở. Recently opened, super clean. Felt it was kind of pricey though.

Good clean Phở restaurant. Very modern for a Phở Resturant. We drive over 20 miles just eat at this restaurant. We finally found a Phở place that has great tasting Phở and does not look like we are in a third world country. Very nice. Really love this place.

This Phở Hoa is better than the one on S Tacoma Way! It’s really clean and sleek inside and their broth was just so much better. I wasn’t super parched and wanting to drink a gallon of water after eating here. Loved that there was a boba place inside this location! The boba itself was good, but could of been cooked a minute or two longer. I got the Jasmine one and it had fruit bits inside. The pineapple was tough. Good price, clean restaurant, nice staff. Would totally come back!

I can’t speak for anything else other than my dish. I got the vermecelli with pork and instead of egg rolls I was able to get spring rolls instead. They said their egg rolls are premade I always ask if there’s shrimp since I’m allergic to seafood so the waiter told me there was in the egg rolls but she was able to replace my egg rolls with spring rolls which I could get without shrimp so that was perfect. My husband got the phở and he also like his dish as well. We went around 11am on a Wednesday morning so it’s not busy at all like a few reviews mentioned. We try to avoid the crowd as much as we can. So that we can enjoy our food so we tend to go in the morning when there are less customers. I didn’t get to try any of their drinks but it seems like there’s mixed reviews on the tea.

Hubby and I were back in Lacey, and after a very disappointing dinner the night before(Safura’s – I’m looking at you) we decided to hit up Phở Hoa again, and this we were even more blown away by the good service, really delicious phở, and great atmosphere. We were seated right away and after ordering our dishes we got them very promptly with fresh bean sprouts, a lot of jalepeno(yum!), and lime. The portion seemed larger than last time, and we were so full of phở! RE: the review about the leggings – we saw no leggings or offending choices of clothing(my husband was disappointed). Either way the phở is so good here in Lacey that I would tolerate leggings as pants, as inappropriate as that is.

I’m going to give it a star 3 because I’m kind of the disturbed by the amount of camel toe there are all over the place every single waitress is wearing leggings you can actually see their thongs which kind of made me lose my appetite. I am a woman with children and I do not want to see camel toes for lunch that or assess sorry I just don’t I actually feel embarrassed for this poor girls. I understand that they should be able to wear whatever they feel like wearing but this is a food establishment. The men they are just here for the wrong reasons and is quite disturbing. I took a picture which I posted I was careful enough so the lady is not showing her face. If you are the manager of this restaurant please make the ladies wear long shirts is very distasteful see camel toes and asses served with my food.

Stayed in Lacey for 10 days on vacation to visit my boyfriend im originally from Hawaii we came here to eat lunch almost every other day. I would usually get phở and my boyfriend would get the lemon grass pork chop and egg. I thought the phở broth was good not amazing. But I really liked what my boyfriend ordered because it was very tasty the egg sunny side up was crispy and delicious! Also my first time trying the Jazen tea it was amazing I like the mango tango Caribbean breeze I think it’s called? They were the best flavors in my opinion! Nothing bad to say about this restaurant besides Id skip out on the egg rolls because they sell them individually and they’re not that great! Can’t wait to come back !

Kind of bummed about this review… we loved the food and the service. The resturant was really nice and they have a really cool thing where you can upload your pictures to social media with the hashtag #phohoa360 and the next time we went in like a week later my husband’s picture was up there. So over all we were very pleased… until we found a little caterpillar in my husband’s food. And of course it was his very last spoon full of soup so that kind of ruined the whole meal for me

This location is different from the West Side Phở Hoa. The atmosphere here is very modern, and there’s a TV that usually has a game on. Quick service, great food. I’ve eaten in and ordered takeout, and I’ve never had an issue with either. The staff is nice and attentive, and the Jazen Tea is different and worth a try. I most recently had a takeout order here and when I had arrived, their system was down and unable to process orders or payments. It took only five or ten minutes to fix, and they were very nice about it. I wasn’t upset because they handled it well and my order was on point.

Clean bathrooms, crappy service and the food does not even taste fresh! We live right down the street from this place and when we crave phở we drive 15 mins away to phở Lewis, instead of going to this place.

The most amazing food! We were completely taken care of by Santana(our waiter, very cute and knowledgeable). He explained the menu and how everything was traditionally eaten, even suggesting #15 as a customer favorite. All of this info was perfect because it was our first time here and we were clueless. I had a #10 and my husband #15. We also had a summer roll to share — a nice appetizer to share(it has shrimp in it just FYI, they may be able to make it without). I had a green tea«sip» to drink which has fruit in it and is delicious(my husband a coke). Our total was $ 24, well worth it. We had a lot to take home(we both had regulars) and half my tea sip left(and it was a small). We will definitely be back and tell everyone about this great place.

Yes! Vegetarians are welcome here! I love their vegetarian phở with vegetarian broth! So generous with vegetables and tofu too! Mango smoothie with boba wasn’t too bad. Maybe too sweet for my taste. Waiter told me mango smoothie was made out of fresh fruit. Thumbs up! Can’t wait to try the other flavors:) Only thing that is a no go is there summer roll with tofu. They pretty much replace the shrimp with the cubed fried tofu that comes in your phở. Bleh. No seasoning on the tofu too. Twas also impressed with the wait staff. Friendly and very helpful.

Their portions are very inconsistent here. The last time I went on Tuesday I hardly had any noodles in my phở soup. I was very disappointed. I probably won’t eat their phở again because it’s a waste of money. The fresh spring rolls on the other hand are good so I will continue to come by for those.
